Terrible job cleaning. Paid $360 for a first time thorough cleaning that was worse than a routine clean. They didn’t even go in some of my rooms. They are supposed to empty the garbage cans but didn’t empty the ones in my bathrooms, and they actually put an empty garbage bag on top of the trash to “hide” the trash under it.Today, they were initially scheduled to come in the afternoon but changed their arrival time between 9 and 9:30. I was very frustrated because I have told them on multiple occasions that I can’t have cleanings in the morning. I ended up accepting this. Now it’s 11 and they are still not here. I have called the office twice to get an update and no one answers.I’m done with them

Met with someone to schedule a deep clean then a monthly routine cleaning. First clean was scheduled two weeks in advance for 9:30-11:30am, no one showed, received a call at 10:20 saying that they cant do the deep clean today and they can only do a normal clean at 2pm. Blamed someone else for scheduling the appontment wrong am d asked me to call the office with any concerns. I called the office and Lea said the same thing, she blamed someone else for scheduling the appointment. Asked if I was called this morning about a reschedule and I said no, I wasn;t called until after the scheduled time and she said the cleaners were suppose to call me sooner. So now Lea has blamed someone else for a bad appointment and the cleaners for not calling me sooner. Some manager she is! Everyone was apologetic but no one wanted to take responsibility and handle the situation. They all just blamed someone else insted of trying to fix a bad situation for the customer. Very unprofessional in how they handled the situation. I decided to use a different service.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO USE THEIR SERVICE. I had them do the moving cleaning but the quality is very poor. They spent a very long time cleaning the house, but after I checked the rooms I was shocked because they look awful. I had to redo the cleaning in order to be able to move in my stuffs. I cant believe they spent that much time in those areas but the quality looks like they only spent 15mins. Be careful for the quality of their service, especially they charged you buy hours. You will find out that you wasted your money to hire them for their terrible quality and you have to either do the cleaning again yourself or hire another company to do it. So think twice before you get their service.

I hired Molly maid to do a final cleaning for our home that we sold. During the cleaning process, a worker climbed onto the bathroom counter breaking the ceramic tile border around counter into several pieces. To compound the issue, it was our final day at the home before giving the keys to the buyer, so I repaired it myself with my own out of pocket cost. We called Molly Maid to report the incident and to be reimbursed. They bothered to call. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and I would not recommend them to anyone. I am pursuing small claims litigation to demonstrate that this is not how you treat paying customers. Very angry and they will not get away with this!

Steve came to our house for our in home estimate. Here I am thinking only make sure I’m home. Make sure the house is picked up. You know having anyone over is stressful. He came in to our living room. Asked the amount of rooms and square footage and gave us the prices. We asked if he wanted to look around and he said nope. What a waste of our time. I called and let the woman who answers the phone know. For the five minutes he was here I wouldn’t want to hire a cleaning company that sends someone who does estimates in five minutes.

For the first we had confusion about the timing, but they handled it professionally and responsibly. Lisa and Vanessa listen to my concerns and do a great job. They are fast and Im grateful for the way they clean our home, and make my life easier! Highly recommend.

Jasmine and Amber are my team, and I am so happy with them! My house is always so clean when they are finished, of course. Almost as importantly, they are friendly and talk easily with me anytime they are here. I feel very comfortable with them in my home. They even love my big dog! Great job, Jasmine and Amber! Amanda and Ashley just spent four hours deep cleaning my house for holidays and I cannot say enough good things about how amazing these women are! They were professional, friendly, and did such an amazing job on my home. They didn’t miss anything - even baseboards! Thank you so much for the great work you did, ladies!

A little difficult nailing down an exact time the cleaning crew was expected to get there as we needed to travel across the state to make sure we were on site. The crew did an excellent job and made the apartment ready for a move-out walk-thru.

The women who clean my house do an ok job, but not for the money that we pay. Im frequently finding dust underneath things like dressers or my sons bed.Not every one, but a lot of the women smell like smoke (and I mean REALLY STINK OF IT). This causes my house to smell like cleaning products and stale cigarettes. My wifes highly allergic to it, so whenever they clean I generally have to leave the windows open to air out the house...which is not ideal in the winter.Management almost never answers the phone. Good luck getting them to answer before 11 AM.The final straw was that on my last cleaning, one of the girls broke a ceramic towel bar, which is original to my 80 year old house, during the cleaning. They said that management would be in touch to reimburse us for it (which, I dont know how they will....its original and drilled into the original tile). Yeah that was 2 weeks ago, still no call from the management team.My recommendation for MM - if you REALLY want to use this service (and you can find it cheaper elsewhere) then do a couple deep cleans throughout the year. A monthly recurring clean is just not worth the money you pay.

The manager I dealt with was amazing, understanding, and totally caring. She helped me out of a tough situation and was totally compassionate. The ladies that came to clean were really great they got in did a fantastic job and were totally professional. I recommend them to anyone especially this bunch.

Do not waste your time with them if you have a deadline to have something cleaned. I tried calling 4 days in a row to schedule an appointment for them to clean the apartment I just moved out of, finally got ahold of the business manager yesterday who told me he can schedule my appointment for today sometime afternoon. Day of the appointment I get a call from the maid service saying they will be there before 1, then I got a second call 2hrs later saying they had to cancle. Do yourself a favor and call another service so you wont waste your time like I did.

We used Molly Maid for a move-in cleaning. We had to reschedule and Molly Maid was able to fit us in last minute. Emily and Nydia did a fantastic job! They were done in half the quoted time and were friendly and professional.

This is my second visit from Molly Maids. They are on time, get to work promptly and do a thorough job. This time was a first visit for one of the gals, therefore in a home with many knickknacks it is a learning processI am pleased, but a swiffer was used and table tops were missed. Other than that the staff is friendly and aim to please. I am looking forward to building this relationship.

I had a cleaning company prior to this one, but after 5 months it unfortunately just didnt work out. The level of detail was just not there. Then I found Molly Maid. :) So happy that I selected them! I never realized what I was missing!!!! Thank you to Amanda and team!

Our team, Jasmine and Molly, do a great job cleaning our house. We have a dog that sheds a lot, they make sure to thoroughly clean our floors. We appreciate their attention to detail.

They took 3 hours to clean an apt that was empty and then they bill the wrong card

The worst cleaning service I have EVER had!! Save your money and find someone else who will actually clean your house. They claim to do such a wonderful deep clean, but they dont! Your walls will not get washed, crumbs will be on your countertop, bathtubs not cleaned, cupboards not washed, and more. Find a better company, there are a lot of other great cleaning companies.

They walked in did a couple of minor things, scratched up my solid wood dresser dragging something acrossed it, locked my cat in a closet, picked up my check and walked out. The floors were not swept or mopped, nothing was even wiped down, kitchen/bathrooms nothing was cleaned. Its like they came in scratched up my dresser then shut my cat in the closet and grabbed my check and left. I left messages and sent pictures as soon as I got home..I got responses saying my check was already cashed but they could issue me a refund and next cleaning free because the pictures I took were so bad. I thought that was odd they cashed my check that same night..well it didnt clear until a week later. Then I never got my refund so I emailed them asking to confirm it was sent and they said NO we are not done talking about it. What?? What more was there to talk about I sent pictures and was told I would get a refund and a free cleaning. You know what..Im done..never again. I wish I could upload pictures to show you all what I came home to after they took my $100.

Always accommodating and very understanding. The house is always in order, fresh smelling and full of wonderful vacuum lines (Im a sucker for those!) in the carpet. Im very pleased.

I was frantically searching for someone to do a deep spring clean for me as Im an older gentleman and hired Molly maids!!! But they were so late and then there was cigarette smoke right outside my open windows to my beautiful home right before they left for lunch after only cleaning for two hours. This is was so disappointing. I should have read the reviews first but Im not keeping. On this Internet stuff :(

The ladies were very professional and did an amazing job. We specifically asked for their names, so when we use the service again, we could ask for them!

Told by the owner it would be $270 for $1600 sq ft 3bd 2 1/2 baths.From ceilings to floors. The 2 ladies Lindsey & Ashley arrived late. I told them they do not have to do 1 bedroom. I stayed in 1 part of the house, why they did the other & vise versa. No windows cleaned, no cupboards cleaned, alot of things left undusted, floors streaked terribly. Never had my home cleaned before & never will again. Called to complain with Cheryl, she called me back to say we can give you a $40 credit! Not have someone fix it..Let her 2 messages never heard back. $420 down the drain, was quoted $270. Still have to do all the work with my bad back and knee. Just terrible :(

Worst service - a 10yr old would do a better job. Dont bother. Total waste of time and $$$$.

Stole from us and then put the burden of proof on us to show who stole. Unbelievable. Would not recommend using b/c once one of their fill in crews come, its guaranteed you will be missing cash and/or valuables.

There was still a lot of dust on my counter tops and it didn’t look like the floors were even cleaned. Also my master bathroom didn’t seem to look like it was cleaned.

Worst Molly Maid!! They have broken down equipment, duct tape holding together their vacuum. Look and talk very unprofessional. The Molly Maid in Grandville is the place to go!!
