My wife and I are getting older, but we still both work and cleaning is becoming something that we dont have the time or energy to do anymore. Caleb and Johnny were on time and both did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the main floor and finished basement of our condo. For the first stop, they did deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen as well as general cleaning of the rest. Next time, they will deep clean the bedrooms and living areas.

Kelley and Diana did a great job and Kelley on the initial part A cleaning and Kelley was very attentive to detail. Looking forward to the next one!

Service and professionalism was good. Team 2 (Quesha and Z) did not complete dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping as well as Team 1(Caleb and Johnny). We would like to request that Team 1 (Caleb and Johnny) be sent back to us for service from now on.

I have been using them for years and I am happy with the results. If I have any concerns I bring the up with their team (on site or via email) and they address them. Ashley, Teresa, Layla and many others have done a great job. I appreciate the consistency with these women. The value is GREAT! I have recommended this company to a few friends. I do not like cleaning and they get it done in approximately an hour during each visit (usually 2-3 people at one time). Theyll do the clean according to your needs (I have them come every two weeks). Thanks for helping me keep my home clean.

Absolutely recommend! Weve been a client for 10 months now, I think, and weve never been disappointed by the quality of the clean or professional of the crew. My wife and I are always very pleased and impressed with the cleaning. Layla has been the team lead for our house since the beginning & has been amazing. Partners vary sometimes but have always done good work as well. Jess was with her this last trip out.Weve used a different cleaning service in the past as well as an independent housekeeper but had mediocre experiences that eventually went sour. Im very happy to say that The Cleaning Authority is completely different - SO much better.

We have always been pleased with the staff and quality of work. Laura, has been one of the professional cleaners but there are several others that have partnered with her. They come in and get to it. They were very helpful when my husband was laid up with a broken leg. Accommodating my schedule and his wheelchair and other equipment. We never had a service until we started with them about two years ago. I cant tell you how good it makes me feel to come home from work to a clean house.

I’ve used the Cleaning Authority for a few years now. When Shirley and Sam come to my home, I always appreciate how they go the extra mile to pick up my kids’ stray toys, scrub the caked-on yogurt spills I’ve missed by the kitchen table, and give me the gift of not having to spend my spare time housekeeping. Shirley and Sam, thank you for your smiles each time you come help us out! I’ve been happily satisfied.I noticed some negative reviews here mentioning toilet bowls not getting clean. FYI, a contributing reason may possibly be the style of products CA uses. Before we had our water softened, the hard water had a tendency to leave a ring at the water level. Cleaning Authority uses special “green” products that are not harsh and harmful but also may not address things like tough hard water build up (go to their website to learn more). A few times, when I requested a clean with an aggressive toilet cleaner I supplied, they would use it and cut through the hard water. No longer an issue now that our water is better!

We were so happy to have Ashley and Teresa back after the Covid virus kept them away. They came in properly masked and, as usual, went right to work. It was a treat to have the house clean and in order again. They always do a good job for us.

The staff here are terrific. From the time they come out to estimate to the service they provide. Changes in my personal life meant that cleaning was very low on my list of priorities. The day I came home and my house was clean, it was amazing. My house was sparkling and I felt like I could breathe again. Would definitely recommend.

I have a good experience with The Cleaning Authority. They have been cleaning my home for the last four years and have I have always found my home in good order after they have completed the job. Highly recommend!

We were set up for a clean every two weeks. For a good chunk of the past six months, we would get a call at the time they were supposed to be showing up and be told that they couldnt get a cleaning crew out to us that day. Sometimes they would try to reschedule, but more often they would just say we would have to wait until our next scheduled clean in 2 more weeks. This summer this happened the day we had company coming to stay for most of a week, and we had to rush home and try to clean the whole house in the hour we had before our guests arrived (and we already had other things we needed to do). I was understanding when this first happened and again when it happened during snowstorms, but it started happening at least once a month this summer, so I confronted the manager about their lack of dependability. She never once offered us a discount and really didnt seem bothered when I said that if it happened again that we were going to cancel their services. It happened the very next clean. So they scheduled a final clean (because we had already sent the check for that clean), and they canceled on us AGAIN--and, of course, we were depending on their clean because we having a party that night. When we first started with this company in Holland, they did a fantastic job. But since they were bought out 5 or so years ago, the management and service has gone downhill. The cleaning was mediocre this last year. They never wiped down our dining table or cleaned the faucets for mineral deposits. They never really got our toilets or sinks clean (rust and hard water--but we have been able to take care of some of that with bleach), and sometimes they would only dust the shelves we had at eye level and skipped anything lower or higher. I would not recommend this company, especially if you live on the outer ridges of their service area.

The staff is flexible and acommodating if there are changes to my cleaning needs.

I happily use this cleaning service for the detail work that is hard for me to do. I only use a monthly visit; but its a boost for me, and refreshing!

My regular cleaning team of Layla and Sammy or very thorough and will do addition cleaning upon request with no hesitation. I am very pleased to have this crew in my home.

I was referred to this place by a good friend. I decided to give this company a try. Well, this was the worst service ever. The crew showed up at my home and did a horrible job. The bathroom floors were dirtier after smearing their mop over my floor. They wiped the sink and stains were left behind. The toilets were barely touched and the vacuum cleaner did not work. I complained about the poor service and they offered to come back. I dont think so. The crew looked like they just got out of prison. NEVER AGAIN AND THE REFERRALS STOPPED HERE. Dont ever use this place.

The Company is HORRIBLE!!! The cleaners took the gas stove apart and reassembled it with a piece left over; never told the owner. No cobwebs were removed - no blinds were cleaned, multiple surfaces were not dusted. The Company is a disgrace to the Cleaning Business!

I appreciate Theresa and Ashley very much and want them to become regulars at my house.

Was such a disappointment. After the deep clean there was still spaghetti sauce on my cupboards, dust on every surface above eye level, the window sill wasnt touched, and none of my windows were washed. The floor was still dirty. I was told they would do another deep clean, but even after the second time none of the issues were resolved. I really wanted to love this service, but I felt completely let down. :/

Cleaning Authority cleaned my home biweekly from September through January and did a great job on the first two cleans but after that we started noticing some things they missed. After a few times where we were not satisfied, I contacted them and complained and sent pictures. They apologized but were unable to come back to fix it, they said the next clean they would take care of it. They did. But it continued to get worse and worse. This week when they cleaned I came home from work and I could not even tell they had been there. I took pictures of dusty window sills, dirt on the floor, a sink drain that was caked in a white residue, dirty marks on my appliances, bits of dried food on the counter, they did not bother to wipe down many things they were specifically supposed to be deep cleaning with a toothbrush per their own cleaning schedule. I complained and they offered $25 off the price of the cleaning. They wont even come clean all the areas they claimed to have cleaned that they obviously didnt. I cancelled the service. I think they start off strong but then do a terrible job and dont care when you leave because its a big company.

I too was told how great the rotation service is & was the reason for choosing them. I paid extra 2 wks in a row for a “deep clean”. I had another service already do this 1 month before this. They did not do what was on the rotation list the very 1st time! I was expecting a very spotless house considering I already had a “Deep clean” previously! Every week was worse, so much so that I had to clean after them so it was acceptable as clean! They didn’t even move my canisters or small appliances to clean behind on my counter or anything, the fronts of my cupboards where still untouched,they missed a spot on living room floor for a month! My grout was never done nor was my hood. So very disappointed so I cancelled my service! They send me an email to rate them & so I did & never even heard a thing back from them😔 I do not recommend them at all!

So awful. My husband tried to surprise me by hiring a cleaning service for me but they did not do a good job. The letter they left said they were doing a detailed clean on the kitchen and baths. They didn’t even clean the toilet bowl, so how is that detailed? Master bath backsplash was not done. Master shower shelves also not done nor was the bottom of the shower door as there was gross orange gunk there that was easily wiped away as I did it myself when I got home. The wood floors were not mopped. There were dirty spots all over them. My family member who was home said the women were there for 1.5 hours which is not near enough time to clean my home which is a pretty good size.

LOVE The Cleaning Authority! We’ve been using them for a little over a year or so and have been very pleased with their work, customer service, and responsiveness. Marissa and Kayla are our usual crew and are especially great. Amanda helped this most recent week too.

When I interviewed this company to clean my home by weekly, I was promised the world by the owner. I walked him through my Home indicating what I wanted clean, and he promised me everything. What I didnt catch at the time, was their rotation system. There are four rotation areas that they use to clean your home. I assumed that on each rotation, it would be an extra deep clean. However things as simple as windowsills, only got cleaned on that rooms rotation. Which means only once every eight weeks for a biweekly schedule. This was the worst cleaning service Ive ever used.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our house for several years. They decided to drop us with no notice. They blame logistics. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

I ask Hey I know its a long shot but do you happen to have any openings today or tomorrow?Her reply- we dont do same day cleaning.Ok- so what about tomorrow.Her reply- we dont do weekends.WOWzers how hard is it to answer the initial question. Or be nice or act like you enjoy your job. Or maybe instead of saying everything you DONT do- maybe ask a question or offer what is available. Customer Service training is needed for her.
