We had some pretty ugly yellow lichen stains on the front of our roof - high visibility. Most of the roofers we contacted said shingle replacement was the only solution even though our roof is in pretty decent shape, just discolored. Kleen did a great job. The roof looks nearly new. Thank you.

We invited Kleen, LLC back to our house this year after having had our home’s wood exterior cleaned and windows washed by Dave Dykstra and crew last year. Given the excellent job then, we also retained the company this year to clean our aging deck. At least three layers of solid stain were completely removed revealing a beautiful well-preserved cedar deck. Dave and his crew worked thoroughly and effectively exceeding our expectations. I made a parting comment to Dave as he prepared to leave “We’ll see you again next year”.

A long-time residential builder in the area recommended Kleen.When I contacted Dave, he was able to come to my home right away and give me a quote at a fair price. I used Kleen for multiple services, including a roof wash, house exterior wash, cleaning my TREX deck, and removing loose paint from my back patio. I was so impressed with the immediate results and extremely satisfied with the VIP level of service.Don’t waste your time with sprays you can buy or scrubbing by hand, you won’t achieve the results that Kleen can provide. My white shutters were restored to a freshly painted look, my 17 year old vinyl siding’s sheen was restored, and my house looks better than any other in the neighborhood.I will only use Dave and Kleen for all my house-exterior cleaning needs in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great communication and scheduling.

I previously posted a 5 star review for Kleen based on my two initial experiences (vinyl siding/gutter washing, window washing). These jobs were done in a timely and professional manner and at a very reasonable price. A more recent experience in fall 2020 was not as good due to a lack of communication that led to a fence washing job initially not being completed and having to be rescheduled. The work was done a couple weeks later, but despite dong almost half the work myself before the job was rescheduled, I was still charged almost the full amount of the original quote.

Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Our awning was a dirty mess and Dave cleaned it up well. Would highly recommend!

Kleen did my roof, siding and windows inside and out. The house looks fantastic! They were able to remove iron stains from the brick and the garage doors. The vinyl siding had a lot of mildew on the north side and now it looks new after the cleaning - and so do the gutters. My windows are now sparkling! I will definitely call them again in the future and have already recommended them to friends. A professional and thorough job all around!

I contacted Kleen on a whim looking to get a quote for both an exterior house wash and a roof clean. Dave came out and left a quote with a suggestion that we hold off on the roof as it wasnt necessary at this time. They scheduled a time and arrived and departed during that two hour window. I would recommend them and will use them again. I felt both of their quotes were more than fair.

Our house exterior hadnt been cleaned in several years and we live in a very wooded area. Parts of the siding were black, the deck was green, and the roof had moss growing on it. Kleen Roofs came out when promised, even though it was a stormy day, and did a fantastic job. The exterior of our house looks like its brand new again. They even came in under quote.
