Cascade Fresh came to our rescue after another highly rated cleaning company canceled on us 5 days before our scheduled deep clean. We were listing our home the day our cleaning was scheduled, and leaving for vacation that morning so we were unable to clean our home and needed a high quality deep clean. After making sure to fit us in the schedule, they arrived on time and did a great job. We did not see our home after the clean since we were on vacation, but our realtor said the home looked amazing and even after many showings and an open house, our home was still beautifully clean 4 days later. I can not recommend them enough, they truly are the definition of professional and quality.

This company is absolutely wonderful! I have had a few other cleaning services and Cascade fresh has been the best by far. Here are just a few reasons why I chose them and will never go with anyone else.....1) As a busy mom with a family our schedules are a nightmare and I wanted someone to come out on my time frame and be in and out. I didnt want a personal relationship between myself and the cleaner directly to where I would feel awkward bringing something to their attention. I wanted strictly business on my terms with a crew that had a management system with standards. Audrey in the office is wonderful and makes this happen! 2) The first time they came out I was blown away. You can tell these are trained professionals that are held to higher standards vs just the average cleaning person. They always leave a feedback sheet and want to be rated on each category and then Audrey always follows up to make sure it was done to my 100% satisfaction. I have them do laundry and organize and other little things I add to my list. Its always done AND done correctly (WITH common sense might I add, as I have discovered not all companies have that.) 3) I love the fact that you have 3 cleaners that all come out together as a team vs 1 person who will take at least 3 hours. They are extremely through and efficient and it only takes them about an hour to clean my average sized ranch style home (even when I add things above and beyond). I found that when you look at their man hours billing structure at first, it was a little confusing, however I have found I am actually paying about the same or less then I would pay for just 1 person who considers themselves a cleaning professional. I have the best results I have EVER had that takes less time to achieve. Its totally worth it and dont be scarred of the initial price, these are professionals who are extremely reliable and it all balances in the end. My husband who never compliments anyone or anything noticed the difference.

The best day of the week is the day I come home to my clean house with made bed. I can’t afford all the luxuries of the world but I feel like this is money so well spent. I have the luxury of not worrying after a long work day about needing to clean, which I hate and can spend that chore time on being able to do other things for my house. And with two long haired dogs, without them there might be tumbleweeds of dog fuzz. They have always done a great job. This crew in particular really rocks! The cost is fair and they do a really thorough job. And they are kind to my wacky pups.

Attempted to sign up for bi-weekly cleaning services. Answered an extensive interview, was given a quote, accepted the quote and was told I would be called later to schedule a first appointment. Waited a few days and followed up, still didnt hear back, then a few days later was told that they didnt have the capacity to handle new customers.A company should know immediately if they are accepting new customers, as opposed to going through an interview and setup process and days of waiting before determining they cannot provide a service.

I am quite disappointed. The cost was above the high end of the quote and they didnt even finish. Mostly a surface clean, that I could have easily done in a few hours. Im not sure where all of these fabulous reviews are coming from.They came into my house smelling like cigarette smoke, turned down my air conditioning and left it running after they were finished, left all of my windows unlocked, left tv and radio on, and left an oversized chair in the middle of the room.I would not recommend them. Also, they use bleach. I do not clean with harsh chemicals, and I had to air my entire house out after they left because the bleach/cigarette smell was so strong.

Completely unprofessional and a terrible experience. Set-up cleaning, submitted my credit card, and two weeks later told no room on the schedule. This was a gift and resulted in having to search from square one again. Glad this unprofessional behavior was demonstrated before cleaning my home though as not a place I would recommend doing business with.

We have been customers for many years. Our team is great, prompt & friendly and I love the way our house looks & smells so fresh when they are done.

We decided to do a trial run with Cascade Fresh and paid $105.00, for three man hours to clean a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom. I had already superficially cleaned these rooms the day before and again that morning.Here are the results. The cabinet door fronts were dirty, the refrigerator door was dirty and sticky, the counters were sticky and dirty, the microwave was left dirty.NONE OF THE FLOORS WERE SWEPT OR WASHED AT ALL.Neither of the bathroom sinks and shower were cleaned, soap scum was left everywhere.I contacted Audry at Cascade Clean and provided about 15 pictures, and she blamed me for not giving them enough time. With three man hours, they couldnt even get one room clean?Totally disappointing.
