The office is really family friendly. After the visit, I told my wife I think you have to be 33% dentist, 33% teacher, 33% clown to work there. My 2yo son was amazingly well behaved there, and I think thats less him than it is the office setup and staff demeanor. Everyone addressed him. The lobby was friendly and filled with fun decorations. The tech let gave my son a glove so he wouldnt be afraid of it. She let him try out the air/water tool (sorry for the puddle). The dentist was great too. On the way out, my son got to choose a prize from a treasure chest. We took him to the dentist and his favorite park that day and guess what he talked about. Yep, the dentist. The solution for his pre-cavities was much less drastic than I expected, and when I apply the additional paste to his teeth in the mornings and nights I ride on the tails of his positive dentist appointment and pretend our bathroom is the dentist office. He jumps up and runs on in when I position it that way.

We had our first appointment at Precision Family Dental recently, and were blown away with how amazing it was! The technology used and the tests done to check the health of our teeth and mouth was outstanding - by far the most thorough checkup our family has ever had. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciate their more natural/holistic approach to care as well. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I went for new patient exams last week and while the office staff was welcoming and very organized, I was disappointed in my treatment by the hygienist. We had filled out lengthy forms before the appointment and had our x-rays sent over 2 weeks before from our previous dentist, but it became obvious very quickly that she had not looked at them. Both my daughter and I have had significant trauma to our mouths and for her to be unknowledgeable and not ask any questions is inexcusable and dangerous so we will not be returning. The female dentist also did not take time to ask anything about our history when she stopped by. I have never felt so much like a number at a dentist’s office before. And all those 5-star reviews? They bribe you - for entering a positive review, you can win a large flatscreen TV. Well, I won’t be bribed. This is an HONEST review.

Audra was wonderful in explaining the process and introducing each of the members of Precision Family Dental. She truly seemed to care and listen to my concerns.Jamie was awesome with the cleaning and explaining each step from each of the x-rays to each of the tools she would use. If can describe my experience it Precision Family Dental in one word I would choose Outstanding. I have been there twice first was a check up cleaning and the second was for my Wisdom teeth removed. And both times I been there it was great and fun, Dr. A. Piotrowski is great Dental and even his staff. Theyre nice and funny staff. I got all four my wisdom teeth removed by A. Piotrowski and his staff and the procedure was outstanding and I was satisfied. So overall just wonderful people.

She is so pleasant and made me feel at ease in the dentist chair. In addition, I had dental work done by Dr. Piotrowski. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. My experiences with the Precision Family Dental team are outstanding! Not only are they friendly, they make you comfortable in any situation, and practice a painless experience. Summary: After over a year and 30+ appointments I was left in a worse off place than when I started seeing them. Went to a new dentist and was fixed in 2 days time.Ive been into this office at least 30 times and Ive had absolutely zero success from things theyve done. I had a broken filling which needed to be repaired. After a couple appointments, they advised me to get a new filling and start a round of ozone treatment. (instead of getting a root canal).I trusted that this was legitimate treatment and went along with it. After roughly 30 trips to get ozone my tooth was feeling pretty good. So I assumed things had worked. A couple months later the NEW filling fell out (it lasted less than a year), and my tooth started hurting massively again.At this point they recommended an extraction and implant (or bridge) as my only option. Despite having many more trips to them, no progress towards a solution was made. Which resulted in an unbelievably painful abscess on my root.Feeling defeated, I decided to get a second opinion. The other dentist was basically floored by my story. Said ozone is not a substitute for actual treatment and that they never should have let it get this far. FURTHERMORE, an extraction and implant isnt even necessary. Im just going to have a root canal instead. 48 Hours after my first appointment a root canal was completed.Precision Family Dental saw me THE DAY BEFORE I had a massive tooth abscess turn into a 4 day painful ordeal, and did not identify a problem, or schedule a time to fix it. I asked point blank Is it going to be a problem to wait 3 months to address this?, and the Doc said no, most likely not. Maybe Im just unlucky, but it seems like something they should have caught.Im giving them two stars instead of 1 ONLY because of the front desk, as they seem to be doing the best they can given their massive workload, and theyve been nothing but professional and friendly. The dental advice on the other hand....So if were doing some math, Ive invested ~$2500 in treatment with them over the past year, and none of it has helped my situation that could have been fixed in two days of real treatment.

This was my first time going to Precision Family Dental and I was blown away by the services I received. I had Taylor as my hygienist and she was very informative on the different services that the office had to offer. She offered her professional opinion about my concerns and I felt very comfortable with her. Dr. Piotrowski was also very professional and made sure to answers any questions that I had. There are SO many wonderful things to say about this office its hard to know where to start... the ladies at the front desk are so friendly, helpful, fun and they work SO HARD to accommodate for their patients ! Every single staff member in the back is amazing, compassionate, kind & just fantastic!! Both my little kiddos had their teeth cleaned & my son had the ozone treatments done on 6 teeth and the staff was AMAZING with them! (the tooth tickler that polishes their teeth& Mr. Thirsty the suction device were highlights for my kiddos) Jamie was SO PATIENT with the kids, explained exactly what she was going to do, letting them ask questions and put both kids at complete ease! I am in the process of having amalgam removal and had a crown placed and the entire experience has been wonderful and I am beyond thankful for the extreme caution they take to protect from the amalgam. All of this being said I truly believe that this office is so fantastic because of the excellent leadership and example set by Dr. Piotrowski... He is extremely gentle, kind and compassionate to his patients young and old and he puts you at ease. Having previously worked in healthcare I was so impressed with how he treats his staff.... telling them thank-you, telling them what a great job they did on cleanings, crowns and prep work.... it might seem like a small gesture but I think that kind of attitude is contagious in an office and it starts with leadership that truly cares. I feel like my entire family is beyond blessed to have found this office to care for all our dental needs and the fact that he offers holistic options is the cherry on this (dairy) free sundae! :) I cannot recommend this office & dentist enough to a family or individual looking for the best dental experience! Precision family dental is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever gone too and the only one I ever will go to again. After going to multiple dentists over the years, I kept finding myself not having my individual voice respected as a patient, and that didn’t sit right with me. I was so relieved when I found PFD. Precision family dental is a safe haven for having your voice heard and respected. They always answer all my questions without watering them down, and listen to my concerns without invalidating them. Here I had my multiple amalgam fillings safely removed, replaced with partial crowns, and now I have no pain in my mouth whatsoever. They took my dental health from 0 to 100 and I couldn’t be more happy with their services. 10/10 recommend

So impressed and grateful from start to finish! I was really wanting a more holistic dental experience with alternative treatments, which they have and they are EXCEPTIONAL and knowledgeable in. But my Fantastic Experience has far exceeded just excellent holistic dentistry. Dr P is sincere, warm and highly skilled/informed. I rarely write reviews on Google, however, I felt compelled to do so after my visit at Precision Family Dental. This review is for the people (like myself) that utilize others review for insight/deciding factor. For starters, I was not happy with my previous dentist and decided it was time for a change. I went with PFD not only because it was highly rated, but it was also close to my home.The difference PFD makes in comparison to my last dentist is literally night and day. Upon arriving as a new patient I was greeted by the friendly front staff that give me an introduction to the overall office/team. For once, I wasnt just a patient. They treated me like a friend and made an effort to get to know me.As for the actual dentistry part? Well first, I was quite surprised by the affordability. I needed a decent amount of work done thanks to an injury and the prices were fair and reasonable. They even have ways of helping those without insurance. What made it icing on the cake was the discount they give to those who prepay (which is nice who doesnt like extra savings?).Although, I could continue about my experience at PFD its one of those things that you have to witness for yourself. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff and their Doctors are top notch and the technology they use is top tier. I had the pleasure of seeing Taylor C. she made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. So if your looking for a place thatll treat you well and get the job done right give PFD a try. They did a great job of helping me feel comfortable during the process and it was over pretty quickly. I have been a patient at Precision Family Dental for several months and at first was apprehensive about getting familiar with a new dental office. I have found the staff to be informative and very nice to work with. During the pandemic, I felt very assured that the practice has made every effort possible to safeguard patients, both with office visits just taking measures to keep visitors/patients free of any type of general contamination, to the hygienist stations being outfitted with extra equipment used to prevent any chance of oral secretions from treatments being passed on. There is a reason why Dr. Adam Piotrowski is the best dentist I have ever been to in the 30 years that I have been alive. I smashed my two front teeth out when I was 12 and had them fixed by an orthodontist. Flash forward to last year. I had a horror experience where the savings dentist on my insurance plan broke them while I was having a routine teeth cleaning. He fixed them and they broke on two other occasions. To say that I was a bit nervous and scared to go to the next dentist is an understatement. Dr. Piotrowski and the staff at Precision Family Dental are very friendly!! They put my mind to ease and made me feel comfortable while looking like I just got hit in the face with a bat. I had two crowns put on with a hanging cantilever. Im not over emotional, but I could finally smile while I was teaching or talking to parents after school. The joy that brought me was 100% worth the money! If you are still reading this and havent called them I dont know what you are waiting on, the time is now.

Precision Family Dental is the best! Dr. P is one of the nicest healthcare providers I’ve met, and he and his staff are top notch. From cleanings to crowns and a couple things in between, each individual demonstrates authentic care for me as a person, my comfort level (I have some anxiety around dental stuff...), my health. And the actual procedures are done with an impressive blend of professionalism, high levels of knowledgeable excellence, concern for comfort - but also laid back, friendly, relaxed.Conversation flows easily as each person shows CARE for me as a human, which relaxes me & builds trust and confidence that allows me to focus on my dental care needs, communicate well, understand - and be healthy. Tons of communication re my comfort level before, during and after a procedure to make sure Im feeling ok.Tell me what they think I need, but dont upsell or oversell. Very concerned about my physical comfort during dental work.A masterful blend of best practices, excellent technology, expertise and deep, authentic CARE.The only thing I would suggest that could possibly make it better is if we could rinse with a nice single malt scotch (say, Lagavulin 16?) instead of just water or the water hydrogen peroxide mix. Other than that - fantastic! : )Highest recommendation.

Each time I interact or visit Dr. Adam and team at Precision, Im reminded of how I should have switched dentists long before I did. Their professionalism and care for me doesnt go unnoticed and I can say they are the first dentist I havent dreaded having to go to for an appointment.

I was searching for a dentist that was trained to remove mercury safely and found Dr. Piotrowski. He put all my fears to ease and was able to extract the mercury with minimal pain. If you are searching for a dentist who is not only extremely intelligent and proficient, but also kind and caring, look no further. His office staff is also amazing! They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need; they even kept in contact with me during the Covid shutdown. I was so impressed with this office that I decided to make Dr. Piotrowski my regular dentist. I just had my 6 month cleaning and again was blown away by their customer service. Jamie did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. So glad that I found Precision Family Dental!

I was gonna let this go, but after today, I can no longer stand by and say nothing. This office has the most incompetent office staff I have ever encountered in any medical setting. They were unable to give me a cost estimate of the treatment the Doctor recommended, even after a year, I gave them multiple chances, kept calling, trying to get answers. They didnt return calls, call my insurance, nothing. Finally, I told them I was leaving, 6 months ago, transfered my records and went to a different dentist. Now, they just called me to confirm an appointment I never made for a procedure I did not need. The Doctor I saw was good, but the office staff is failing miserably. They clearly need a leader, better supervision, maybe some retraining. If you have lost a lot of patients and cant understand why, heres your answer.

As I just moved to Grand Rapids I looked online for a holistic dentist, with IAOMT certification. And found precision dentistry. Unam so glad i did! My family and I have out first visit yesterday and could not be better, the receptionist was extremely friendly, the hygienist was amazing, explained every single detail and did an excellent job, the dentist is a great person who really cares for you as a person, was very professional and made us feel at home. I learned so much with this visit! Keep in mind that I am not a big fan of dentists in general due to pain and anxiety, but this visit was fantastic, no pain or discomfort. They also have the treatments in the natural way without chemicals or toxins. I would recommend!!

Precision Family Dental is by far the best dental experience Ive had. They are doing amazing with Covid protocols, and I have felt very safe bringing my family in for our regular cleanings. I also had the amalgam removal done on four fillings, and could not have imagined a better experience. I used to dread going to the dentis before I went to PFD, but Dr. Piotrowski and his team do an incredible job making sure their patients feel calm and comfortable.

Dr. Adam and his hygienist Jamie were so nice and understanding of my dental fears. Dr. Adam recommended a protocol that would be less stressful for me and Jamie was very gentle with my teeth. I have finally found a dentist office that feels like a perfect fit! My whole family will be using precision family dental from now on.

One of the best dental experiences that I have ever had. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming from when I arrived to the moment that I left. Adam is a super friendly guy and an excellent dentist. I had a front tooth chip fixed along with a filling (my first one) done in the same visit. Everything they were doing was explained thoroughly as they were doing it and they made sure I was comfortable for the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Staff was excellent and explained everything thoroughly, without high pressure sales tactics. They gave complete estimates of work to be done and filed everything through my insurance! I’ve had “surprise” bills with other dentists not giving complete estimates, so this was a breath of fresh air. They also thoroughly explain alternative/holistic treatments, which is great! It’s been a year since my last visit and I was so happy to be back again for my thorough checkup and cleaning. I am always impressed with the whole team at Precision Dental. They are knowledgeable and efficient, and treated me with genuine care. I appreciate seeing the X-ray pictures of my teeth on the wall right in front of me the whole while I was at my checkup! These views of my teeth/mouth along with important information from the hygienist and doctor help me learn more about my dental situation and care.
