Best Dentist in GR by far...not even close! Dr. Cid is very down to earth and brings a great sense of humor to circumstances that may be less than ideal. Great staff as well! Cannot say enough good things about this practice!

Been going here for years, even came back after he filled my tooth with a color darker then mine. And I miss a appointment and now I can’t come back? Carly whoever answered was very rude. Sounded like she was happy to tell me I couldn’t come back. Like if it made her day. I guess my money will be going elsewhere! Very disappointed in Dr.Sids rules and regulations. Thought this was a better company than that.

VERY kind staff. Incredibly professional, and worked quickly. This was my first time ever visiting somewhere than my family doctor for my entire life and i was incredibly pleased with them.

I hate going to the dentist and had put it off for over a decade. During that time I broke one of my molars which hollowed out and began causing the most intense pain Ive experienced in a long time. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at and the tooth was removed the next morning, I mean FAST! I didnt even feel the shots! Everyone at the office was very professional and considerate. Its now the day after the extraction and theres almost no pain! Normally I loathe the thought of going to the dentist, but these guys are now the only exception to that rule, THANK YOU!

I HATE the dentist...absolutely hate. In the last two months I finally had to cave and get 2 decayed wisdom teeth removed, and 2 cavities filled. Dr. Cid and his staff made the experience as painless (literally and figuratively) as possible. Dr. Cid is such a warm and friendly person, and his staff seem to really enjoy their jobs. I have been at the West Side and Downtown locations and had a wonderful experience at both. I will refer anyone I know to 616.

Great dentist, easy to talk to and doesnt try to sell me on more dental work that I dont need. The office is really nice - right across from Rosa Parks circle. Everything is really clean and comfortable. Glad to finally find a dentist I dont dread going to. I have a wacky insurance for dental too and they really go out of their way to get to know and help their patients.

I went to the west side location and loved it. The staff is all warm and kind, I really enjoyed the care they provided. My dental hygienist, Laura, was very receptive of my anxiety and very patient with me. She was wonderful and it made the cleaning as enjoyable as a teeth cleaning can be.

I moved downtown and am very thankful that I found this dental practice! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in on a cancellation quickly and I found the office environment very relaxing. They have the latest, greatest technology and my cleaning and xray experience was very stress free. All of this and their prices were very reasonable! The Hygienist, Jaimie and Dr. Cid were top-notch professionals. My new dental office for as long as I live in downtown Grand Rapids!

Dr. Willey and staff are fantastic! Due to the damage on my mothers dentures, she was unable to wear them. I called around for dentist in the area, and explained the circumstances. Their friendly staff I told me to bring them in to see if anything could be done for a temporary fix until the dentist at the nursing home could see my mother. Dr. Willey helped us out and didnt even charge for his services. I would highly recommend this office for dentistry needs.

Dr. Cid and staff, Shelby and Jake are the best ever! Very professional and Dr. Cid is a perfectionist!! I had a devastating experience and had cracked my front tooth which was part of a bridge I had done just over three years ago. As I went back to my dentist in Rockford to see if I had any type of warranty on the bridge and it was for three years and I was just pass that. I was told you couldnt glue porcelain together it wont stay so I got an estimate on a new bridge which was a lot of money. I had went back to work that day towards the end of the day and my co-worker told me about Dr. Cid, which I worked right across the street from there. I called there office up, explained to Shelby my situation and they got me right in, long story short, Dr. Cid, glued my chipped porcelain tooth together to get me by, he also said may not hold for long, but it did. I ended up getting implants too replace part of my bridge and Dr. Cid was able to utilize the other half of my bridge so that helped with the cost. Just several weeks ago I got my implants and bridge and not one discomfort, everything feels so great!! Dr. Cid is the best, and he makes me smile too!!

Katrina Harrison was terrific in helping me set up my appointment, taking added phone calls for scheduling and insurance provider inquiries. Was a engaging in person as on the phone.

The entire team at 616 Dental is incredible. They were honest, answered questions, and gave me updates about what was happening and what options I had along the way. They told me how much I would owe before the appointment was over. They were so professional and friendly and I felt comfortable right away. I have never been to a dentists office that was this well organized.I would recommend this office to anyone who is hesitant about scheduling an appointment.

Great experience, friendly and knowledgable staff. LGBT affirming and accepting. Their forms allow for a preferred name. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. They talked through my x-rays with me and before the dentist left he made sure to ask if I had any more questions. Thats a small and simple but powerful way to connect with patients and I left knowing Im informed about my dental health.

I found Dr. Cid through his sponsorship of the Grand Rapids FC, and I am very happy that we connected. Dr. Cid and his team are very professional, courteous and helpful (Thanks for your help Shelby!) They are effective communicators operating in a very clean, brightly lit, state of the art office located downtown GR. I needed a checkup and advice on chipped teeth/night guard/retainer, etc.. All went very well, and received some great options to consider.Enjoyed the energy and service here and will certainly be back!

Had an amazing dental experience with 616 last week! Staff was friendly and efficient. Their X-ray machine was the coolest, no plastic inserts required, which traditionally are uncomfortable and time-consuming. The machine is something out of a Star Trek movie :)Dr. CID took his time to cover topics such as teeth coloring, bruxism, teeth length, and appearance...topics that my previous dentists havent covered.The experience was awesome!Also...free parking right downtown GRThanks again Dr. Cid and team!

Easily the best dentist I have ever been to. The whole staff was amazing and very personable. I felt incredibly comfortable and they took care of every need I had.
