Beware - I never leave any review but this is the most horrible experience I have had with a merchant in years. Spent 20 minutes with the owner, Becky, on the phone last week going over every single room in the house and my expectations for cleaning. Then she took my credit card and emailed me the cleaning checklist. I made it clear that I wanted all stories in my home cleaned. In the checklist, I checked about 95% of the available tasks including emptying multiple trash cans throughout the house, cleaning all floors and rugs/carpet, changing the sheets for clean ones, cleaning all kitchen appliances, etc. They charge $50/hour which I thought was expensive but willing to pay it for an excellent result. Well, today, someone other than the owner came to my house to clean. Super sweet lady. But missed the mark - by a lot. No trash cans were emptied, sheets were not changed, kitchen appliances not cleaned, rugs have evident dirt debris, all my floors have dirt debris. My husband even joked that her vacuum cleaner must have not been working and she didn’t even noticed. When I prompt her to clean the outside of the stainless steel she said she had done so. When I showed her the clean smears of my boys’ dirty fingers on the handle, she said “oh, I must have missed that.” She then cleaned them up (I wasn’t looking) and when she left, the marks were still there. I was charged $262.50 for 5 hours and 15 minutes of work and after I argued, it was reduced to $200. This is the absolutely worst experience I have had with cleaning people. My house is not even that big. Pictures are worth 1000 words. Have fun going through it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Rebeka from Clean Corners comes to our home every other Thursday to clean, and the results are fantastic. She is super detailed and the house looks and smells amazing after shes done. Beyond the cleaning, weve also really appreciated her flexibility over the past months - shes often had to work around us (+ our 2 dogs) as weve dealt with remote work/school, always with great efficiency and positivity. Clean Corners has been cleaning our office for many years now and we have been very happy with their workers, the customer service and the high quality of their cleaning.We really missed their cleanings during the two months during the Covid shutdown where just had one person in the office and paused our cleanings. Even with only one person here, the difference we saw after they started cleaning again was very noticeable and greatly appreciated. We knew they were good but absence really does make the heart grow fonder and this saying definitely applied here as well.We are glad they are back cleaning up after our busy and sometimes messy crew and highly recommend them if you want your office to stay clean without having to hassle with it yourself.

Becky and her associate were right on time and organized. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom of a disabled relative’s apartment. Both areas were done well. In addition, they cleaned other accessible areas. Becky is straight forward, responsive, and pleasant to deal with.

I am so happy my friend told me about Clean Corners! I normally clean my house but I want the walls, baseboards, grout, all of that cleaned and I just don’t make enough time for that. I was able to come home to a really clean home! It smelled so good and they did everything I asked! I’m so happy and I am definitely having them come back!

We have been using Clean Corners for a few months at our office. Recently we had a pipe burst while they were there over a holiday weekend. Becky handled the situation very professionally by contacting us and explaining everything. They also did such a thorough job working to clean up the water that the restoration company didnt have anything to do the next day! Not only did they save us by cleaning up the water but they handled everything with detail and professionalism.

I moved over the summer and wanted a move-in clean for my new home. I called around to different cleaning companies in the area, and I decided Clean Corners would do the best job. They sent a very thorough checklist to mark priority for certain items. I was encouraged by someone at the company to increase my cleaning time from 6 hours to 10 hours. My house is NOT large, about 2,000 sq ft. So I spent $400 to have my house deep cleaned. I will say that they did a nice job cleaning the inside of the oven and the refrigerator. Here are the things that were missed:1. bottom drawer of the oven not cleaned and covered in dog hair2. carpets and stairs still completely covered in dog hair from previous owner (picture two of vacuum filter emptied in trash - 3 empties in total)3. water stains on the faucets (picture one)4. one cabinet in the kitchen not cleaned out (picture three)So, I called and requested someone come out and fix everything. The manager/owner offered 30 minutes of free vacuuming. She revealed to me that she sent 2 college students to clean my house and admitted that she KNEW that they wouldnt do as good of a job as she wouldve done. Not sure how two college students can be referred to as Grand Rapids cleaning experts at Clean Corners. Im very unsatisfied with the way this issue was handled. For $400, I was expecting a spotless house. My rating would have been higher if a free clean had been offered. But, having better trained employees would help too.

Never received a call back. I guess they dont want the business.

The staff is professional and they get the job done. Employees feel more safe especially with the pandemic because of the job they do.

I called Clean Corners because I needed to quickly get a house ready for sale. I’ve never used a cleaning service before so they gave me a walk through of their services and price structure. So helpful. I felt comfortable hiring them for the job and I wasn’t disappointed. When their associate left, the house was sparkling and ready for the first showing. They were very flexible with their scheduling as we needed them to clean within a small window of time between move out and listing date.The two cleaners they sent over went above and beyond in making the house look great. Extremely personable, easy to communicate with and great staff. Becky and her team are very professional and scheduled an inspection first, and then since then there has been a consistent team. If there is a new team member, a previous team member who came to my house worked with them at least once so there was never a brand new person. Thorough and always pleasant!

My life had gotten a bit crazy, and the cleaning in my home a little behind schedule. I hired Clean Corners to come in while I took my kids out for a fun and well deserve afternoon away. Services with this company were less than desirable from the beginning. Besides the initial phone call to request information there was little to no communication unless prompted and the clean itself was horrible. The paperwork that was supposed to be sent in order to schedule the clean was not sent, once prompted it came. Questions regarding the paperwork went unanswered. The requested date of the clean was ignored (even though we were told it was available) and instead a date 4 days early was offered (we accepted to have it done). The checklist we were asked to fill out was not used by the cleaners, they did not even use the same form at all. Because of this none of our priorities for the time allotted were considered. Time was spent in areas of the home we specifically asked not be cleaned so that other areas were taken care of. Specific areas of the home that were prioritized were not cleaned at all. This was a move in cleaning. We were charged for 8+ hours of clean time and now have to re-clean areas and also clean areas that were specifically asked to be done that werent touched. The purpose of this was so that we did not have to spend the time cleaning and so that it is done at a higher level than what we could do ourselves. That is not the result we received. I expressed my frustration and provided the company with specific feedback regarding what occurred...again no response. Too bad, we had wanted to use a company for regular cleanings once moved in, but given the horrible communication as well as the less than quality service we will find a different company.

I am a stay at home mom but I don’t alway have time to clean my home because I’m running around taking care of my kids. It was such a breath of fresh air to come home to a home I didn’t have to clean myself! And speaking of fresh air, the smell of the products they used are amazing, not too strong but enough to know you have a clean home! I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

Clean Corners has been cleaning our home for about 2 years now. Its always an immense relief when Becky is coming -- our lives have gotten pretty hectic lately, and nothing beats a clean home. Clean Corners does a fantastic job on my residence! My cleaner always shows up on time, does a thorough clean and uses quality products. Once I had a room that couldnt be cleaned so my cleaner emptied my dishwasher and cleaned the fronts of my kitchen appliances since she had extra time. Another time one of our toilets was clogged by a mystery toy and my cleaner left a note about all the steps she took to try to fix it for us. These examples are why Clean Corners sets itself apart.
