We had Peachy Clean do a deep clean today and I’m so happy with the results. Kaci and Megan did an amazing job. We are so happy with the quality that we scheduled a cleaning to occur every month now! Thank you!

We hired Peachy Clean to do a deep clean for our family. They did a great job. My favorite was the extra magic eraser on the entry way and the deep clean on the cupboards. I wish I could make it shine the way they do!!!

I hire Alyssa every 3 months to deep clean my house and get the stuff i don’t do (or do well enough) on a regular basis. My house looks and smells amazing every time! She doesn’t charge an arm and a leg either.

Hi my name is alyssa. I am the owner of peachy clean. It’s been brought to my attention that some negative reviews have landed on google. I don’t have access to respond to google reviews. Most of our business is done on our Facebook business page. Feel free to go check out all of our positive reviews!I just want to take a second to explain what our company offers and address a couple of these reviews.Peachy clean is a deep detail cleaning company. Although we don’t offer any maid type services or hazard cleaning including cluttered spaces, dishes, laundry, or animal feces. We do specialize in deep detailing. Like baseboards, trim, light switches and so much more. We are trained to come in and shine a home up. We offer 3 detail packages, and an ala cart menu for the option to have a little deeper of a clean. To address Hannah’s review, when we sent her our packages, she booked a basic move out clean with inside the refrigerator. Upon arrival, (A 50 minute drive for the cleaners) the girls found they couldn’t access their details due to clutter. We were under the impression it was empty since she booked the clean a day before she was to be out. There was nothing packed, and they were still actively living there. As far as the toilets. When she dumped cat litter pans into the toilets, it caused more damage than we were able to take care of. And we also don’t clean animal feces unfortunately. She has asked us not to respond to her review with the photos we have. But accepted my apology for my lack of communication after our first attempt to clean her home.To respond to Kari’s review, she asked us to clean inside of appliances, cupboards and drawers instead of doing the floors. So instead of the up charge, we did the insides and not the floors per her request. (I can find conversation screenshots if needed). But she then said the insides weren’t up to her standards so we gave her a partial refund. She accepted the refund and said she’d remove her bad reviews that she left on 3 separate pages. We have learned to better describe what we offer and what we don’t. We have also hired a receptionist to improve our communication skills. And we are now doing gift certificate drawings multiple times a year to encourage positive reviews. We strive for satisfaction and love honest feedback on our detail cleaning. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email us at [email protected] a blessed day and we look forward to all our new changes and Satisfied future customers.

I would not recommend Peachy Clean due to problems with communication. I had a pretty bad experience using them for my move out clean. The first appointment I scheduled with them was about a month out, and I did not hear from them at all to confirm my appointment or to give any instructions for prep. I texted to make sure they were still coming and Alyssa confirmed. I received a text upon arrival the day of my clean to let me know they would not be able to do it, because my apartment was not completely cleared out. I understood, although I was not told to empty my apartment prior to the clean, and they were nice enough to reschedule for a few days later. The day of the new appointment, I was working until late, and returned to my empty apartment at 9pm to find they had never showed up. It was a no call no show, and I had to be out of the apartment that night. Stressed, I tried calling Alyssa and could not get ahold of her. I ended up contacting one of the cleaners (I happened to have her number from when she texted me at the first clean). When she finally was able to reach Alyssa, she said that she was waiting for confirmation that my apartment was empty. The last text I had sent said Thursday sounded good, so I thought everything was set. The cleaner said she would come the next morning, and after bargaining with my landlord, she gave them until 3pm (painters were coming). When I asked if I could receive a discount from peachy clean for all of the trouble, they informed me that would not be possible because it was a miscommunication on both ends - something that is untrue, I was never asked for confirmation that the apartment was empty. I called Alyssa once again for confirmation for the next morning, and she did not return my call. The next morning, I receive a text from the cleaner saying that she broke her ankle and would not be able to perform my clean. Alyssa finally replied and said she would send someone, worse case scenario she would come at 1pm and clean it herself. I then get a text saying someone is on their way at noon. More bargaining with the landlord, and she wants to do a walkthrough of my apartment. I waited for an hour and forty minutes with a check for someone to show up, and just as I was leaving to get things to clean it myself, they pulled in.I walked Marissa in, (very nice lady) and showed her the areas I really needed help with in order to get my security deposit back. She stayed well past when the landlord had specified, and I did not know when she left. The way I found out was an email from my landlord letting me know she had done a walkthrough, and we needed to come back and clean it more in the areas I had asked Marissa to focus on. While she did a great job on the tub and sinks, one area I needed was untouched, and many baseboards were left unwiped. Photos attached.I will echo other reviewers - Peachy Clean needs to work on customer service, communication, and better preparing their customers for what is expected. If you are going to work with people who are moving, they need a stress free experience. There are not many reviews as replies get very defensive, and I hope peachy clean will take my constructive criticism to heart so this does not happen to someone else.Edit - As I predicted, I did receive a defensive text message after posting this review, many questions unanswered, and no attempt to issue a partial refund for places missed. I finally did get an apology, but this was not handled in a professional manner. I trusted them inside my home, and Alyssa and her cleaners do frequently take photos without any agreement beforehand. I needed cleaners because I needed cleaning, not for things to be judged. As you can see in Alyssa’s own review of her company, this is the 2nd time I have been guilted for how long the cleaners had to drive. If I’d have known it was a long drive for them, I would have picked another cleaning service. Rather than a laundry list of excuses, successful businesses strive to make things right with a customer. At Peachy Clean, the customer is always wrong.

While Peachy Clean has some good reviews on social media, I would caution you to be very clear when negotiating precisely what you want cleaned and the fee structure. We were not satisfied with the job that was done for us, however, Peachy Clean did eventually work with us to offer a partial refund.
