Appointment was at 10 a.m. by 10:14 a.m. a call and text was made to the stylist Saquoia. No answer or reply. I then texted from my cell and still no reply but she then reply to the client and stated she was on her way. So the client waited and waited then the stylist next appointment showed up. The 10 a.m. client sent another text because its now 10:41 a.m. still no response. Its now 11:29 a.m. and the stylist finally arrived. She starts on the 2nd appointment and tell the 10 a.m. client that 5 different numbers was texting her and she feels she was rushed and the client in the chair is going to take about an hour. Wait what, huh. Very unprofessional on how the stylist handled the situation. Very disappointed in how my daughter was treated! Time out for being unprofessional and treating people how you wouldnt want someone to treat you. Please learn from your past mistakes to do better and be a better stylist. Always saying support support but then treat your like as if they dont matter. One thing for sure things happen and that is why you use the tools you have to communicate. Just know we wont be returning.

This is my first time in Grand Rapids since I’m a college student coming here over spring break. I haven’t had a haircut in about 7 months, they set me straight. Very clean, use a lot of healthy products!! Anytime I’m back in Grand Rapids this is the #1 place to go!!!The barbers are very personable, genuine people. Bill got me in his chair right away and knew what cut I wanted with only a few words from me. He took his time and has a very sure hand.The cut turned out perfectly and I will definitely be back.
