I arrived for my “Jude’s” haircut at my scheduled time to see Mariah. I was left waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time. She was frantically walking around and disappeared for another 10 minutes. We are now 35 minutes past my appointment. I finally sit down and she is not apologetic for making me wait so long, she is talking to herself the whole haircut and making very awkward conversation. I must have heard “there you go” 600 times during the haircut, seriously every other word. The haircut looked not blended at all, I asked her to blend more on the sides.. She told me that it would ruin the fade. The shampoo was not relaxing because she kept talking. Very pushy with product sales, I told her I had a product I loved at home and she aggressively was trying to push a product on me. After all that, she had the nerve to hand me a business card. Will not be coming back, my hair was fixed by a real barber.

I booked an appointment for the 28th street location, the lady asked what cut i would be getting and i told her a fade and a clean shave after getting me all set up the lady told me we will see you at the fuller location at time and i said you mean the 28th st one? And she replied that one closed, then i drove all the way to the fuller location and the lady asked what i wanted, why did the first girl ask if she didnt put it in my appointment notes?, so i told her and the girl replied i cant do that, so i said okay just the shave then and she said i cant do that either, so i left, i literally got service so poor i didnt get service at all

I usually go to the Judes in Eastown. I have been for 5 years. I was pressed for time so went to this Jude’s. I paid for a beard trim which was patchy and crooked and for a faux hawk haircut which was also crooked. I didn’t notice inside the shop. Extremely disappointing because I tipped the girl extremely well. I will never return to this Jude’s.

Brittany (Manager) took care of my son today, and she was amazing. I dont recall the last time a stylist I didnt already know engaged and made him smile, laugh, and connect as much as Brittany did. I greatly appreciate her sincere efforts and the many ways she made my son comfortable and happy.

Mariah was easily the best stylist Ive had in awhile! She had great suggestions that I really appreciate.

Having a bad day? Go see Taylor. Special occasion? Go see Taylor. Just trying to maintain a good style. Go. See. Taylor. She works magic and made my homely-looking self look half decent, and thats just shy of a miracle!!

I got a great cut for a good price. Its more expensive than great clips or super cuts, but not by much, and for the extra few bucks theyll actually style your hair and make it look good. No 10 minute buzz-cuts like at the cheapo places.Very friendly and welcoming environment. I was in the chair within 10 minutes of walking in.

Always found this salon to be clean and friendly. Now that we are in a current/post Covid world, I appreciate their efforts for safety and health even more. Ashley is my go-to stylist. She is always pleasant and is wonderful at her craft.

Jake did amazing job on my fiance hair. Took his time and was very peticular about making sure he got it just how she wanted it. Even made sure to look at her when speaking so she could read his lips since she is deaf. I highly recommend him! We will be coming back!

I have been getting my haircut here for years. It is always a delight to get it done. All staff are friendly and helpful. Sadie is the best as she is always friendly and helpful. My cut is easy to do but many have gotten in wrong in the past; Sadie always gets it perfect. I would highly recommend.

If I could give Jake from the Fuller location 10 stars I absolutely would! He fixed what another salon screwed up royally and I appreciate him immensely!

The staff is very professional with a casual flare.I have been going to Sadie for a year and she always makes sure I am happy with my cut before I get up from the chair.If youre looking for a place to get a cut, give them a try. I dont believe you will be disappointed!

Wanted to give Katie a shoutout for not only giving my son, Mason, a stellar new cut, but she was faced with a REALLY rude, aggressive, misogynistic male while doing so and she was completely poised & professional. She and the lovely person working with her should get awards for how well it was handled, because that man was entirely out of line.

LOVE this place. Would not trust anyone but Lindsey with my hair. Seriously, ladies - if you have or are considering very short hair, see Lindsey. Goes without saying that this Judes is clean, professionally run, and well priced.

The haircuts that I have gotten here have for the most part, been good. The décor is tacky, and I think that all of the half-naked women on the walls are in poor taste. But again, the haircuts are good, and if youve ever been to a Judes before you know what to expect. Good service here.

Pros:1)The staff is friendly2) well trained staffCon:1) Not walk in friendly as much as they claim to be. If you do not make an appointment expect to sit there for a good half hour +2) Staff at times have an issue with time management. Its like making an appointment at the doctors. For example If you make an appointment 4:00 expect to sit in the chair 5-20 mins after your appointment was actually scheduled.I wish to stress this is a good location to get your haircut, but sadly there are a few bugs that need addressing in order for their customers to get in and out fluently. If Im in a rush I go to the great clips across the street, but if Im killing time, then Im deff heading here. The haircuts are solid.

Worse haircut Ive ever had. Im 59 and ened up with a cut a punk teenager would want. I had to stop her in hopes that it can be salvaged, which will cost me $28. Apparently she needs to go back to school and learn the difference between 3/4 and 1/8, the later is what I ended up with.

Arrived at 8:30pm and was turned away rudely despite the sign saying open till 9pm.No customer service whatsoever and complete disregard for courtesy.

They got me right in, and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted.

I used to enjoy being able to take a 5 minute walk and get a decent haircut. Now, not so much. Today was a prime example - I arrived at 3pm as a walk-in. Its a barbershop for goodness sake - walk-ins should not only be expected, they should be welcomed. But not today. The first words out of the girl behind the computers mouth was did I call ahead.No, I just wanted a haircut. Well, I guess there were a few call aheads scheduled and I would have to wait until 3:45pm. Mind you there were three stylists there and no clients. It appeared one girl was going home for the day, but there were still no clients in store. And IMO the client standing right in front of you is the most important one of the day. But I was still told Id still have to wait until 3:45pm. So I went back out to my car to wait. I really waited to see if one of those call aheads showed up - I waited 10 minutes and didnt see anyone. Took a peek inside, didnt see anyone. Went back in and inquired about getting in early - nope. Still, there was no one in the location, but I couldnt get in until 3:45.I guess Ill be looking for someplace else for a haircut because it seems my moneys no good at Judes. I dont mind calling ahead for a cut - but I expect to do that a hairstylist, not a barbershop.

Have yet to be unsatisfied with my service here. Ashley does a great job.

Worst haircut I have ever received. Dee was very aggressive with the clippers causing bruising. And she didnt know how to square up my neck; she cut my neck line 1/2 higher than it needs to be cut and it looks like I have 5 oclock shadow on my neck....and its not even straight. Dont let Dee cut your hair.
