The process was simple and easy. I called in, got my offer in 5 minutes. We set up the appointment for two day later I wondered would something change. Nope the driver came on time to pick up my Car so that’s a plus. He handed me check after a quick inspection and the deal was done!

Good follow through by towing company despite tow truck breakdown. Cash amount for car was fair. Setting up the tow was EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT. First, the details were verified twice. Second time someone from New Jersey was verifying details. Where car was left had no street address nor mile marker. In the end, we ending up meeting tow truck driver at an address in vicinity, waited for tow truck driver & went together to location of car.

Called them yesterday around 6 p.m. for a price quote for a car I would like to get rid of and I was told by the guy on the phone that I will get in touch with one of our buyers and give you a call back. I never received a call back. Called today and got as far as being asked if the the title was clean, salvaged, etc and I told the guy that I wouldnt know how to tell if the title was clean, salvaged or otherwise. He then transferred me to Pick n Pull which left me a bit confused as I ended up speaking with a Pick n Pull representative that was equally confused. Honestly if you are looking for some place to sell your car steer clear of this company. They obviously dont have the time so dont waste yours with them. I really despise writing this up in a negative light, however, it is the truth. Keep swiping up until you pass up their ads. You will save yourself quite a bit of stress if you do so.
