Paid $220 for a 10min tow from 161 😭🤦🏽‍♀️. And the guy said he even charged me less then he should have. They take your card info before they get to you and tell you that they will charge you $89 if you decide to cancel too. The guys were nice but im allowed to be upset.

Dispatch was friendly and kept me informed! Driver was nice and got there in a timely fashion and dropped the vehicle off safely! Thanks for the help!

This place is a terrible unprofessional company.I called. to get a quote on having my semi truck jumped started a few miles away and rude guy tell me $89 plus 60 to 90 dollar extra on to price nonce they arrived.but when I ask is it 60 or 90 extra and give me the total the rude guy hanged phone up in my face.I do not recommended this company at all and think the deserve 0 review.

Smh they are rude I told the guy all I had was $40 and he said aint nobody gone do it for $40 and hung up in my face how you expect to have customers being that rude and im only 27 with my first car I wasnt even done talking.

Won’t be calling again after being told that I’m guaranteed to not find any better pricing anywhere then they hang up. Funny is that I got someone to do it for $60 while it’s only 10 miles to the destination to tow a car. They “guaranteed” I won’t find anyone cheaper than $129 to get out here then charge me extra per mile. Less than half the price. Not only a rip off but also not professional if you don’t agree with their pricing. My money not theirs.

I was quoted for $89 dolls at the end of service I was charged $200 for service and the call. The guy wouldn’t hand out the key until he processed my payment.

I was quoted a $79 service fee, 10 free miles and $4 a mile after that. I was informed at drop off there was also a $75 pick up fee. The total tow for 13 miles was just under $190 and I was expecting a little over $100.I wont be calling them again.

If you can have a good experience needing a tow then this is is. Great Towing company. They really cam through for us and we really appreciate it. Great team of professionals that took care of everything we needed in no time. Highly recommend David Towing company!

Honestly impressed.. hauled my 2500 with 2000lbs in the back like a pro, even eased my stress of my work truck being down with small talk. Quick and on time, even dropped the truck off in the drive way

Not Transparent. Maybe bc I’m a single woman. Well, I almost just lost my life on the highway. Hydroplaned and severly damages my car but the back bumper protected me . Which I explained to them this on the phone when I called for the tow. They quoted me one price and raised the pride by $100 he said bc it was difficult to load but it took him 10 mins and wasn’t different from any other tow I’ve ever had. I do not recommend their service and will be filing a complaint with the states. My car drive 1 mile after the wreck but then the battery died and this is the reason why he went up $100. I DONT THINK SO THEY ARE CROOKS

This is the only towing company that I use and I refer to people. They always have quick response times in the dfw during rush hour. Overall I am always satisfied with their service and price. Towing is not fun but the driver made it easy. Great communication.

They have ridiculous rates. Towed my car (with a flat tire only) to my house which was only 8minutes away and they charged me $163. 00. I don’t not recommend them because my friend plaid this rate for a tow from Arlington to Lewsville

Their customer service is terrible. Couldnt find my car, didnt know if it was stolen so I called asking if they had it and after repeating the same situation to the employee about 3 times he says hes distracted because hes watching the nba finals rerun and asks what I think about it. After I told him it was an emergency he still went on to say he wont answer me. Very unprofessional, rep said his name was Steve but it was probably a fake name. Just terrible !

Very unprofessional they hang up on you they cancel your towing services And they dont notify you about it making you wait over 2 hours until you give them a callback to find out the ETA of your service call! Anyone who uses this towing company Im telling you do not for your sake and your safety.!!

Wish I could give NO STARS. Don’t call these people, not only did they claim to be “stuck in traffic” They left my husband stranded in the middle of the street claiming the tow truck had “broken down” after several hours and that sending another truck will cost YOU (the customer) extra. Long story short they never showed after sitting there for 6 whole hours and being sent to voicemail. This company is pure TRASH. DO NOT waste your time and risk your safety calling them. AVOID!!

Don’t ever use this place!! I made my first call to them at 7:13pm had to recall them 6 different times to get the ETA on the tow truck driver. After almost 2 hours I called to cancel and the dispatcher was so rude and argued with me about trying to cancel services. We where on the side of 20 for 2 hours with a 5 year old that was sick and throwing up!! Plus they are way over priced!

Very rude, once I told them that their quote seemed quite more expensive than other quotes I received from other towing companies. I only wanted to move it from one part of my apartment complex to the other side. The caller hung up in my face. This is not Customer Service, you don’t respect a possible client because she tells you that your prices are not competitive. Will Not Ever Do Business with this Company & will tell others... Only reason I gave a 1 Star is because I had to do that to submit the review.

This company is not profesional, they will steal your money and provide your debit card with others without your permission, get away from this people.

Reserved towing services but later driver was not on schedule. Chris tried so much to help reserve a driver but could not do so and he was kind enough to refund the reservation fee.
