This place is amazing 👏🏼!I was stranded at work, by myself, in the pouring rain, a hour away from home, on New Years Eve with a flat tire and no crowbar! We called a couple of places and it was going to be over $100 to come help me change the tire.We called Daves and they were much less and showed up within 15 minutes! It turned out the spare didnt fit 😳 The driver, Jeff, was so kind!! He took the flat tire, and me, up to the tire repair shop, helped get it patched and put it on for me!!My heart was so grateful!I DEFINITELY recommend this company if youre in need!

Rated 1 Star- 1 Star-👎 Not Only Was My vehicle Wrongfully towed off Merchants back/side parking area, It was left Jacked Up for proper preparation upon our return with replacement.(Inside exposing the several AutoZone Boxes which held newly purchased parts for repairs) UNACCOUNTABLY disregarding all verbal follow_ups and physical Check-ins I made daily, Not one member of Management nor Staff presented Tow Rowers with our UNDERSTOOD AGREEMENT that assured tow protection with communication as a liability. While my commitment and Consistency Fulfilling all requirements reached completion, their act of UNPROFESSIONALISM forced me in walking AWAY FROM my car instead of AWAY WITH my car. Not Even The Innocent Recieves Fair Judgement When Obedient

Worst place ever, we lost some tools, and a lot damage on my car, disagree complete with the service.

They messed up on my purchase 3 different ways. They did get everything fixed, but so inconvenient.

I was stranded on the service road of 161 on Sunday morning of 9/27 with a baby, and Daves was the only towing company I knew of. The driver arrived within 15 minutes - which I know is probably not the norm when it comes to requesting a tow - but it was SO very appreciated. The dispatcher and the driver were both friendly and helpful. I would both recommend and use Daves again.

I do roadside assistance and I was on 360 doing a tire Change early in the morning it was very dark. I was in fear for being hit by a car Dave’s hi way tow operator took it in his own hands and blocked traffic for me and made my job much safer.

Had my alternator blow out on Beltline near 30 and an Officer stopped and called Daves. Within 15 minutes or so I was hooked up and on my way to my mechanic. The driver was super friendly and just bsed with me about Mustangs and what was probably wrong with mine, which put me in a better mood. Wasnt a cheap tow, but it was quick and friendly, and my insurance should refund it. I absolutely cannot complain.

Driver refused to wait 10 minutes for me to arrive to pay him so he took the car to his companys lot, I had to pay an impoundment fee and a days storage fee for only a few hours. When my wife called in to get an explanation of the costs she was insulted and treated very rudely. Unacceptable! Find someone else how knows how to treat a customer.

It was awful if I could give this place negative stars I would. As soon as I walk in she’s on the phone which I understand but doesn’t greet me nor helped me the whole time I was there. Everybody was on their phone and the receptionist had messed up my title release and had to start over. Worst customer service ever!!!

This tow service charged me $336.00 for my car being on their lot for almost 3 days. I consulted another tow truck company and they told me that Daves Hi way overcharged me almost $100 bucks. They suggested that I report them to Grand Prairie municipality since they are the one who has a city contract with these clowns. Then they wanted to charge me another $200 dollars to tow it to North Dallas (I got a different tow truck company that drove all the way from Plano to get the car and bring it to Richardson for $120). This place is located right next to the auto auctions and charge their customers sky high prices in hopes that you will just leave your car and never pick it up so they can profit from the auto auctions.If you dont have to use this place I would not. Plus their attitude is very poor!!!!!
