This is one of many poorly managed apartment Complexes in the Metroplex. It is by far the worse, the maintenance team doesnt speak English. I have to call multiple times to have anything fix and the Management is passive and robotic. They sit at their desk and stare at the computer all day and address nothing. They are roach infested and the Pest Control is a joke. The apartment are rundown and the appliances are used and out of date. We moved in our apartment in 2019. The apartment they had to show was on the 5rd floor. I have stage 4 osteo-arthritis. I dont have handicap parking and the apartment Sheri leased us is the complete opposite of the model she showed us. She a liar and doesnt care as long as the apartment is rented. We were without water for 3 weeks and the plumbing still wasnt fixed for 2 additional months. We were without light for at least week with no heat. They made NO adjustment. It is so bad, the Local Smash the Topics did live coverage in Feb. They called the POLICE and locked themselves in the office. Water was donated, however the cases are still sitting in the office instead of being delivered to the tenets.. They are the MOST egregious and Obtuse management team Ive ever encountered. These apartment need to be condemned or be put under New Management. I signed the renewal, because of the Pandemic. My apartment is on the bottom floor, which requires me to use stairs. My arthritis in my knees is bone on bone, which means stair are detrimental to my physical health. They are aware but have made no accommodations to make it easier for my Physical Disability, which is against the Disabilities Act of 1984. They are in violation of the law. This place is HORRIBLE!!!

So where to start about this beautiful property !? I’ve had such a great living experience here, I’ve been here 12 years! The property location is perfect right off the 360 highway and for many great things like entertainment, place’s to eat and shop. I can see the texas Rangers fireworks from my balcony . It’s in the middle of downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas 20 min drive to both! The property is really taken care of and is noticeable as soon as you enter the gate. The inside of the units are taken care of and really nice, clean and modern. The residents here are all friendly, a lot goin on around here. Pool is wonderful, fresh and relaxing. Pet friendly there’s a pet park right behind the pool and grilling area. The front office staff is really helpful and kind ready to work with you. Same goes for the Maintenance crew they’re quick on their feet Ive never had any issues with them coming to fix any problem as soon as I submit a repair request, even after hrs!! Overall this Community is a good home and would recommend this community to anyone looking to rent!!

I recently moved from this apartment and have a package currently going to my old address incorrectly. I called this apartment to try to intercept the package and the officer worker who answered cut me off a lot while I was speaking and all he said was he literally cant do anything to help. I feel like he just didnt want to help. Horrible service overall.

Scam! I wish I could give 0 starsWe applied for a 2 bedroom apartment a couple weeks ago. I paid the fees and sent off all the documents they needed. One week we don’t hear anything from the office, the next we get a call saying that they’ve been waiting all day for us to move in, and proceeded to tell me the following week we could move in on Wednesday. (Weird) Since applying they’ve been giving us the run around for weeks claiming that they couldn’t verify income and rental history. Meanwhile our old apartment and current employers haven’t heard anything from three60 north. I finally called and confronted them about this and they claimed that they did get in contact and now they’re waiting….. Yet again, another lie. I even asked if we could get a refund for our time being wasted they said no. We finally got word from them that we weren’t approved because they couldn’t verify income? But also stated that we didn’t meet the requirements as well. Please do not try to sign a lease at this place! We just moved to Texas and got scammed by Three60 North. Save your money and time it’s not worth it!

My husband and I have lived her for 3 years and it is a nice place to stay compared to the rest of our area. Best rent prices within 10 mile radius. Sometimes there are issues with the water, but the office has given out cases of water bottles multiple times to make up for the fact. I appreciate the dedication everyone has

From the moment we pulled into the gate, it was great. The grounds were very clean and the leasing office always smells great! I’ve been in 2-3 times during my application process and every time it’s so welcoming! Thank you 360 North!

I live here currently & the neighborhood is very quiet and my neighbors are very calm. I just don’t appreciate the head management. I had to make a maintenance request almost 8 times on a situation that should’ve been taken care of when I first moved in. When I finally decided to make an online request it took her 4 days to call me. No sense of urgency, very lazy, and they never answer the office phone when i’m sure they’re in there doing nothing. Except for Briana though! She is the sweetest hispanic girl i’ve ever met! Hope she reads this lol. Move here if it’s your first apartment and you need a starter place. Otherwise DONT SIGN A LEASE HERE. I CANT WAIT TILL MINE IS UP.

I really dont recommend this place. They frequently shut the water off and we sometimes go without water for days. I cant use the restroom and I have to leave my apartment to find a bathroom nearby. Of all the years I have lived in apartments, I have never paid more than $100 for water and trash. I currently still live here and I cant wait for my lease to be over.

Would not recommend this place at all. We were without water for nearly a MONTH. I’m pregnant and it was super hard to live here without water. We got mold and when we reported it it took them a month to come out & spray. We asked them to spray with vinegar Bc I’m pregnant & they sprayed with bleached. They still have yet to remove the mold it’s now been two months & my baby could be here any day. The managers are HORRIBLE & do not know how to talk to the tenants. She has a horrible attitude. Do not move in here.

I’ve lived here for about 5 months and I absolutely love it. Granted there have been a few hiccups here and there but what apartment doesn’t. During freeze issue, while our water was off the office handed out cases and cases of water and also set up a shower and laundry facility for us to use!

There is a provision in your lease which states that the landlord is obligated to provide you with clean water. There is no out clause for natural disasters. The owners have violated the terms of your lease contract. Make your voices heard.

A month with no running water in February 2021 because of broken pipes is unacceptable. Then flooding my apartment when they turned on the water was worse. It was nice that they had every plumber in the tri-county area working to restore running water though. My cars and my trailer keep getting broken into. Neighbors drive drunk into the front gate 3-4 times a month. Neighbors drunk drove into the sign in front of the property and through the fence on the north side of the property.. It would be a good idea to hire a security guard due to all the break ins and drunk driving, and put some reflective tape on the gate. Ive lived here for 3 years and Im kind of ready to leave but I have no where cheaper to go and they wont let me out of my lease so I guess Ill just keep living here. Rent goes up and up every year by $10-$20 which is pretty good for this area (most apartments raise rent by $100-$200/month when you renew your lease in this area and thats idiotic), but living here is just hard. Its a nice looking property off of the 360 north bound access road so you have to get on the highway to go anywhere. Nearest grocery store is a medium drive away, which has made it hard for me to go to the grocery store. Theres a school around the corner. Its quiet and I like that. The train comes by once in a while at night and thats a really soothing sound for me. The planes flying overhead arent too loud which is surprising considering that its right next to Dfw Airport. Bell helicopter is right next door and some nights they have alarms going off and smoke coming out of their building and all kinds of mad science chaos going in there which has me kind of concerned. Lots of single pane windows. Heat is electric, hot water is done with gas and boilers (no water heaters inside units), air conditioning always works but has a hard time keeping up in the summer due to the Texas sun. The drunk driving on this property really needs to stop and they need a security guard working here.

It’s been 2 weeks and we still don’t have water. They have zero sense of urgency. Also they need to update their blinds because these don’t stay attached and they charge you for it. I would give everything about this apartment complex a negative rating. Just demolish this complex and try again.

Submitted an application for these apartments, paid the app fee and admin fee online and they NEVER ran the app! I’ve been calling for a week now and all I’m being told is that they’ll refund my money they’re just waiting to see what the process is and will call me back! Yet to get a call back!!! I did everything I was asked to do as far as filling out the application and paying the app and admin fee. They failed to run my app then stated they needed more information from me to run the application. At that point I requested my money back because if you forget things to initially start the process I’d hate to see what living here would be like! I’m still waiting on my MONEY!

I’ve lived here since March of 2020. So far, I don’t have any complaints. It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly, maintenance usually has a fast response time, and management has worked with me on my rent since I’ve had trouble during the COVID pandemic. I wouldn’t mind renewing my lease for another year when the time comes.

So I lived here for 2 years, and honestly, I was extremely happy. They keep the property clean, its dog friendly, maintenance was awesome. I loved the staff and management company. They are affordable, so its just all out easy living. Sounds perfect because it kinda easy. Best apartment complex EVER.

Came here to apply for a two-bedroom apartment, went to the frontdouble glass doors and the girl at the front desk just sat there looking at me as she sat there eating a BIG MAC🤯 it was only 830am 🤔. Came here to look and lease, had all deposits and fees ready to pay, however I wasn’t even allowed to apply. Reason given I hadn’t rented an apartment in 5 years because my families home is owned. I asked if we could go ahead with the application and see and I was told they had to speak with a manager and then told I would be given a call. I never heard of this, usually places are quick to get the application done and get the fees. I was called back a few hours later being told that I would be denied, they had no information on me except my DL and phone number and her “manager” made the decision to deny us. If anything screamed discrimination this property did. VERY disappointed I will be reporting to BBB and their management company.

I’ve been here almost a year now, and it hasn’t been the perfect relationship of course but you won’t ever find an apartment community that is. With that being said when I’ve needed them the most they’ve gone above and beyond what any other apartment complex I’ve ever lived in has and that’s the most important feature any apartment community can provide. If you looking for the “perfect” apartment community, good luck, but if you want a home where they will do their best to help at all times then look no further. If you ever come by you will always have a great experience with the staff especially the assistant manager shelli or her boss.

The staff are friendly and attentive when they are in the office. I made an appointment to meet on a Saturday at 1:00. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early to find the office was locked. The one person in the office that day was out showing others an apartment.I applied for a rental and was approved, but decided not to move in. I asked for my deposit back, and they would not give it back stating it is in the terms of the application that it is non-refundable if approved. I am fairly sure this is not legal, and will edit this review once my attorney finds out the information.Do not rent from this complex.

I move in tomorrow but so far, the process of leasing with Victoria has been great! She is very nice & helpful through problems that arises!! I’ll update once I move in!!Update: I initially gave them 5 stars before I moved in. When I moved in my apartment was infested with roaches in the laundry area. They offered me a different unit but could not provide any moving companies to move me. Sucks, my first day here and I already wish my leasewas upUPDATE: The manager Denise was very helpful. They offered me a new unit but I decided to no longer lease in the apartments. Denise also provided maintenance to move my furniture for 24hours until I was able to gather all my things! Beside the roaches, the apartment was perfect! Very satisfied and I will consider leasing in the future if I am in the area!

The management team of ladies are always accommodating and have got right on any concerns I have had thus far. They make it so easy to take care of things like paying online!! When I do have to go to the office though the ladies are always nice and helpful. Prices arent bad for the apartment types and all the ones I have seen are well taken care of. Love the floorplans and closet space for sure.

I live here since July 20, 2015, and I have no complains. I posted several work orders for some minor repairs and they came in the next day and fixed it. All paperwork, payments, notifications are made online, which I love!! I dont regret it, at all. Personnel at the management office is friendly. There has been some days without water because they were doing some repairs. The notified prior and let us know so we can make some arrangements. This only happened two separated days, and it last half and hour, and no more than three hours the second time.

I moved in because rent was reasonable and the access to 360 going south was great. Original management worked with me when leasing to get a reasonable rate but I have to say that the water charge is a little ridiculous. I dont see how one person could use $70-$100 of water when the other units have between 2&7 people in them. My family of 5 in a 2400 sq ft house spent that much. The office was also always next to impossible to reach. Plus with the new warehouse being built the lights shine right in to my windows and theyre so loud.However, maintenance has always gotten to my needs immediately and the convenience of online pay is great. The unit itself is ok but The insulation is practically non existent. The property just got bought by new landlords and my first interaction with the new staff was wonderful when paying rent this morning. Ill be leasing again due to income and if the place starts to clean up might consider a third year after that.Biggest complaint though is there is ZERO COMMUNITY! No events, no meet n greets, nothing. Im a social person and would like to get to know my neighbors but theres no opportunity to do that.Its not a perfect place and its not the best area to live in but for me, its home.

I have lived here since Dec 16, through the transition of old/new management, and have to disagree with the negative reviews. The staff is great, the neighbors are friendly and theres a real community feel. I live in one of the townhomes and my neighbors and I really enjoy it here. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and they even call to follow up in case anything was missed or needs further attention. I will be very sad to leave when the time comes.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I didn’t listen to the reviews when I moved in and now Ive been kicking my self ever since. The water is constantly off and they will never take money off your rent because it, they will say it’s not their fault. I’ve been here 8 months and the water has been off 3 times a month every month, I’m talking for 8-10 hours each time. I thought I would save money by moving here but again I didn’t listen to the reviews. Whatever money you was gonna save on rent they will charge in utilities, I’m only home 3 days a week because of work and yet some how my utilities are a $100 on average. This place is all about money so they try and get as much as they can out of you before you realize what’s going on and leave. Come speak to any tenant and we will all tell you about the water issues and utility bills. Be smarter then me and just move onto your next potential home.

If I could offer less than 1-star then I would give Three60 North a negative 10 star. Not only has the maintenance crew stolen valuable items from my apartment, but the management crew at the time has done little to nothing to eradicate the roach issue weve had since moving in (which they said we wouldnt have)!Here at Three60 North, the management crew cares only about signing lease agreements and nothing more. You dont matter to them and neither does the status of your apartment.Ive asked for a dresser drawer for my bathroom since the moment I moved in (in August 2016) since it was missing and now its April 4th, 2017. Still no dresser drawer!My roommate has had his car broken into while being here. The office was broken into during Christmas weekend and several residents had their packages stolen (probably the maintenance crew). The water bill is $70-90 a month regardless of your water usage. And most importantly, the management crew is insensitive and passive regarding your simplest request.Do yourself a favor and go live in a cardboard box. Its a luxurious lifestyle compared to Three60 North.

My apartment has been leaking for 5 months with no resolution or compensation for my inconvenience. I have repeatedly been told it’s fixed in addition to being suggesting to file an insurance claim for my damaged items. Poor service. They do not care for their people. Do not rent here.

They will say they come fix things and dont. My water bill is higher than the electric bc they have a bunch of random charges that dont make sense. How is my light bill $50 But my water $80. Hidden fees, and make sure you have proof that you clean you apartment after you move out or they will try to keep your deposit. Your water bill is per person in the apartment plus your actual water usage. They get you with a low rent price, but the water bill will make up for up for it.Update: Turns out I was running my water a lot, once I stopped that, the water bill dropped to about 55-60.They fix things in a timely manner it just has to be documented. Put in a request online, dont call. Repairs are good but could be better if its not a simple fix you most likely will have to make a maintenance request 2x.If you dont request pest control, they wont come even though you pay for it everymonth. Once every few months your water will he cut off for the day for repairs.Ultimately I renewed, its not a bad place to live.

We moved here as we needed a place that was cheaper, as we were starting a new family... We have not had one problem!! Yes they are older, but the office staff is always super nice and helpful and not had one issue in our apartment. I love that they have the townhome style as we love the space and makes you feel like your at home. I have recommended this complex to a few people.

Have to give a huge shoutout to Keli and Shelly, they are both wonderful people that have handled every single one of my concerns no matter what is going on, they provide excellent customer service, and even located a package that I had sent to the wrong address, and got it back to me. Keli has an amazing work ethic, I never feel like I have to continuously call for the same things over and over again. Shelly has awesome customer service, I feel like I can ask her anything regarding my apartment, etc. This is also a great community to live in, people really keep to themselves and I have had no issues with my neighbors. Honestly management has made my experience here one of the best, thank you to Keli and Shelly you guys are hands down the best!

Poorly trained, manipulative staff. They violated my privacy multiple times when I lived there. Was late 1 day on my rent and they decided to just open up my apartment and walk in. The office workers were very rude to me and they tried to jack my rent up an extra $200 after my first year, so I left. I dont recommend living here. Took them almost 2 months to fix my broken A/C unit after I called and it was 98 degrees in my apartment. Washer went out and it took them 3 weeks to fix it.

This has not been the most pleasant apartment complex for me.1. Pricing: Pro- rent price is reasonable and everything done online (free only if using a bank account). Con- water/utility chargers are unreasonably high for allocation, they charge a random $8 charge monthly. ($70+monthly in charges/fees/utilities for 1 bedroom, 1 occupant)2. Access Gate: Pro- Nice they exist. Con- they literally never work3. Pet Friendly: Pro- Nice for pet owners. Con-not nice for people who dont want to worry about stepping in dog poop.4. Pool: Pro-nice to have. Con-was closed the majority of summer and usually looks pretty murky5. Pest Control: Pro- it is automatically chargers..so one would assume automatically done. Con-you have to submit a request for pest control that is really ineffective. I actually ended up spraying my own apartment and placing my own mouse traps. I had to solve my own mouse, huge roaches and ant issue because NOTHING they did worked and they didnt seem to care either.6. Maintenance: Pro- when I first moved in, they were very timely. Con- that lasted for about 2 months. Now they pretty much half fix things when they actually do show up. They actually used my decorative towels to clean up their mess! Now my expensive towels are ruined.7. Office staff- they are actually overall pretty friendly..but not that reliable.I honestly dont recommend moving here if you can find some place nicer. The golf course views have been traded in for an ugly industrial building. The lower rent is completely offset by high utility chargers...so you may as well opt for a nicer community. Im thankful my lease is up in less than a month. This has not been a good experience. Dont move here.

MICE INFESTED, NEW MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE, ITS HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH OFFICE STAFF. CHRISTMAS GIFTS WERE STOLEN FROM OFFICE, HOT/COLD WATER IS ALWAYS SHUT OFF DUE TO EMERGENCIES, WATER IS ALLOCATED BUT THEY MESS UP YOUR BILLS. I WAS WITHOUT POWER FOR THREE DAYS WITH OUT ANY CONCERN OR OFFERED A UNIT WITH AC IN THE SUMMER HEAT. MY STOVE WAS INFESTED WITH MICE DROPPINGS AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COME TO CLEAN IT. My son rents here and the managment and staff are absolutely RUDE. They look for any kind of damage to the apartment and charge you top dollar to repair or replace for so they dont have to refund your security deposit. They say one thing and do or charge you for something else. They cannot show proof that the damage was true. My son moved to another unit and his new unit was in worse condition with rust holes in the bathroom sink, bathtub has mold around the ceiling and caulk areas. The balcony has rust around the ac unit. The staff is extrmely unprofessional and has no idea how to handle customers. The stairs have multiple layers of paint peeling off, the stairs are not level. There is trash all around the grounds. The “security” gate is always open and this place is in an not so nice part of town as well as being right on 360. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There is a valid reason this nasty apartment complex has a 2.4 rating. Go elsewhere if you want a clean, safe place to live that wont financially rob you.

Rodents PROBLEM! The problem is keep getting worse and there is no way to get read of them. You can hear them running in the walls, feces everywhere, and smell!!! When they caught in trap you can hear them screaming 😔 and did I mention my neighbors have them too?! We caught 6 already and the neighbors caught 20!!!! And just incase you do not believe my comment, here is the picture of one we caught this morning!!!A little update: it has been 3 months of our rodents problem. No help from the office and management. Manager just stoped talking to us. We have to spent our money for traps because they do not provide anything. It is a nightmare 😖 picture of rodent number 22 is also updated, sorry you can only see tail coming out, but this is the best traps ever!!!

If I COULD PUT A ZERO FOR THE RATING I WOULD!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPLEX!!! They suck ! I have been living here for a few months and its been hell since I gave them the security deposit. They do not provide their tenants with any information on how they actually operate. Apparently the office is just for leasing only they dont handle anything else! They just expect you to know their structure!. EVERYTHING is done online, application, deposit, rent, any questions, e.t.c, (which they never stated from the beginning) they also charge a really high processing fee to make these payments online (which they never specified). Out of nowhere after the security deposit was paid (150.00) they turned around and asked for a secondary deposit sure deposit (260.00). I have never had to pay this sure deposit at any of the properties I lived prior to moving here. I researched sure deposit this is a security bond that assures them that if the property is damaged in the event of leaving the property all damages will be taken care. This is ONLY required when the applicant has had prior issues or has something related to that nature effecting their credit (which is not the case at all). They also require renters insurance on top of the security bond ??? This deposit is required and not refundable and you will not be aware of this deposit until the security deposit has already been processed and the money is gone. Every single month the rent seems to get higher and higher with the fees that they charge ! I MOVED HERE TO SAVE MONEY!!!! HOW AM I PAYING MORE IN A CHEAPER APARTMENT ??? Everything is done online so there is no statement to review the charges that are being accrued monthly. I called the office phone for a month straight they do not answer!!! I had to physically go up there several times to see what are the charges. When they finally produced the statement to me after several calls and unanswered emails, my eyes couldnt believe what i was reading on the charges ! Every month I grew frustrated wondering how could I possibly be paying 900.00 for and apartment that is priced at 640.00??? They had been charging me 750.00 as my base rent the whole time !!!!!! The leasing agents and apartment managers showed no sympathy at all, even tried to argue with me stating that this was the current base rent UNTIL I PULLED OUT THAT LEASE! It was all in black and white, THEY ARE SHADY AND I DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO LEASE HERE EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION DONT FALL FOR THEIR NICE SMILES AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDES BECAUSE THAT WILL BE THE ONLY TIME YOUll SEE IT !!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT THERE ARE MORE ISSUES THAT IVE EXPERIENCED HERE BUT I HAVE RANTED ENOUGH TODAY!!!!!! HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL!

My mom lives here and has had rats since the beginning. Nothings really been done either. Pest control came one time, and left two sticky traps and never came back... Its honestly disgusting. Shes caught 6 so far and weve seen two other ones but havent yet caught them. If I knew how to add the pictures I would. And her neighbor said shes caught 16!!

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. Do I need to say more? Unfortunately Im stuck here for a year and this was not something they said would be a problem. My house is neat and clean and ROACHES keep coming up! So beware that they wont tell you this up front until you get into your home and you have critters with you. Ew. Oh by the way the area is pretty bad too a lot of crime and homeless people and sex offenders in the area too something else thats not disclosed. I wish I would of done my research before moving in.

The 3D tour online is only available in one building (because it burned down!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!The staff is poorly trained, manipulative and unprofessional. I submit my application over a week in advance to my appointment I scheduled to drop off my fees ($150 non refundable admin fee for poor service). When I came into the office, the assistant I had been emailing with did not fill out the proper information to get me in the system and had misplaced my application. All of the employees their were very unprofessional, always had to confirm with management as is they were not trained. The application that I signed stated that the deposit ($100) may be refunded via check and mailed to the applicant however they did not honor this. The only option they gave me was to pick up the money order which prohibits me from getting a full refund (there was a fee to cancel it) and it took up to 30 days to get a refund.They will rip you off if they get the chance and they will have no remorse about doing so.

This place absolutely sucks! The staff lies, they try to con you out of $$ and have no pride in the community. We constantly got notices on our doors to lock both dead bolts, watch for unusual activity, etc. The crime in this community is unreal. The gates dont do anything except back up the line to get into the complex. You can walk right on to the property from behind the back fence... USELESS!! We are MOVING ASAP!! This place sucks RUN!!

Let me first start by saying that the front office staff is really, really, really nice and quite helpful when you are able to speak to them on the phone, or in person. However, my a/c unit has broken down 3 times since I moved in and it was finally fixed, but a few nights in an unconditioned apartment were, less than ideal. Rent is reasonable, the apartment is ok, nothing fancy. I initially had issues with ants, but after I requested maintenance come back and fill in the various holes in the corners of walls and they had pest control out, the ant problem has gone away.However, there seems to be almost no insulation between units. I can literally hear everything my upstairs neighbor does, even when they drop change on the floor. Very few of the dog owners in the complex seem to pick up after their dogs, which I suppose is par for the course for most complexes. Water bill is insane, my first bill for a smaller one bedroom apartment was $71, which is about what it was in the duplexs Ive rented in the past.

I chose this complex because of the view, square footage, and their willingness to work with my credit issues. Staff are helpful and fair. They do need a larger maintenance staff or better scheduling, because some issues take a long time to repair. Otherwise they are very, very good at their job and have always gone beyond to fix problems. My charlie bar was broken and they nearly reset the entire porch door! It was thorough job.However, the complex spends a significant amount of money on advertisement and gimmicks. I received a balloon bouquet at my work to celebrate my move-in. Money better spent on renovations below.The apartments are newly renovated but not particularly well. I hope they fired the contractor.Examples are below:--Electric is poorly installed. The porch light outside my apartment has been replaced twice. The kitchen fuse blew so my kitchen was without power for two days. The bathroom fuse is currently out and has been for a full day. Showering in the dark is not particularly relaxing.--I came home at 9pm one night to find my kitchen ceiling fan had fallen out of the ceiling and smashed on the floor. Ive never been afraid of ceiling fans before. I didnt know they could fall out of ceilings by themselves.--The walls are painted cheaply and amateurishly. There is paint splatter everywhere. Baseboards are uneven. In the corners and around switch plates paint is peeling because the contractor painted over what looks like thirty years of dust.--While appliances are new, stainless steel, and work very well, the sink hardware is offset, leaks and rusts.--toilets are older and have a tendency to run and run and run.--while the outsides of cabinetry is beautiful, the shelving itself is uneven and unfinished.--there is an open hole in my living room drywall that the contractor ingeniously covered up by caulking an electric switch plate on top of it. I love the creativity!!!These are just the problems inside my apartment. I dont spend much at the complex, I sleep here and thats about it. I dont care about the outside. However Id like to sleep here without problems, and the maintenance is beginning to become an issue.Oh and when the upstairs neighbors decide to light their special cigarettes, it wafts down through the a/c. This could be a pro or a con depending on who you are.I suggest looking elsewhere. Things seem to be headed in a negative direction.

DONT MOVE HERE, STAY AWAY from this apartments!! If you want to be out of water or hot water at least once a month come here, do they have phones at the office? Idk they never answer, maintenance takes at least 2 weeks to repair things.. Im just waiting for my lease to end.. And yeah theyre not cheap and they turning gettho!! Oh but the office is really nice. And dont count on the pool those summer hot days!! And the golf course is gone so no more nice view.. Also if you want the security of a gate, forget about it is there but it never works, and you can see the police once or twice a month because of the gun shots.. But yeah if you do something wrong they get mad and sent you a lot of emails like if they were doing a great job.. Like I said STAY AWAY!!

Really bad management. They make it as hard as they possibly can to get anything done. Tried to pay my bill 3 times and they kept trying to pull it out of the wrong account online and then charged me 300 dollars in late fees because of their mistake. Maintenance takes forever to show up. Waited 2 weeks for them to come and fix my washing mashing that was broken when I moved in. They still havent come to fix my A/C. Dont waste your money on this place.

I made the dumb mistake to move here, for the past 2 months that i have been here i have put in more then 5 or 6 work orders for roaches and rats, I am a super clean person. And I have been complaining about this since the day i moved in. And the problem does not get fixed. I am about to start my 3rd month and i cant wait to move the hell out of here.... I exressed a smell before i moved in and the reply i got was a few plugings should fix that. I am very unhappy with this place.

Its the worst place to live. The office takes too long to take care of anything. It took over a month to fix a leak in my roof. Two of my neighbors moved out because of rats. There is also an ant problem, because of no weatherstripping then its easy for them to get in.

Dont moving there!! I lived with my husband from 2010 to 2012 because it was the closest complex to our job location and its awful the staff act nice but they dont do any thing only milking your money out of your pocket,Water bill is very high even if you run the water the whole day or you didnt use it for a month, maintenance is slow and they dont show up on time i told the office when i signed the contract that i will not allow any one into my apt when am not there no matter who he is and every time i have problem with the apt they dont show up on time and whenever they have the mood to do it theyll just open my door without even calling me they just walking in !!! Always notice on the door talking about some criminal activity and be ware!!!,The gym is small and always full and all the residents have an attitude most of are black, Hispanic, and trashy people,Cops are always there to arrest somebody, strange people driving in and even resident with loud hip hop music at 2 AM!!!, My Neighbor was trashy person kicks my door at 1 AM every time shes drunk i called the police at 1:30 AM because she kept cursing us out and kicking our door for no reason and when the Cops asked her why she said because she didnt like us!!!! and Cops asked if i want to press charges i refused because i told them this is it am moving out next morning and thats what we did, The Gate is a joke because even when its closed strangers are parking on the sides waiting on someone to get in or get out so they can come in!!!! And plus to all that after 10 PM youll see girls from the corner of the street walking around and YES they get picked up inside the complex!!!!!!! And for the apartment it self its ugly and paint stains all over the place, Paint is ugly and nasty and i had problem with my ceiling for almost nine months it was leaking on the carpet and i had to put a bucket in the living room when it rains and no body fixed it !!!!! And finally when i moved out they didnt refund me my $ 75 just like that!! PLEASE DONT MOVE IN THERE SAVE YOUR LIFE AND STAY AWAY, THIS COMPLEX IS OUTRAGEOUS CAN YOU BELIEVE IT $ 68 WATER BILL FOR ONE BEDROOM APT??????? I ALMOST FORGOT DOG POOP EVERY WHERE!!
