Since this management company has taken over about a year ago, the overall service has gotten better. There has been more community events, the service requests have been completed quicker, and the front office has gotten back to the level I was used to in late 2018 when I moved in. They are listening to residents and taking action from their feedback. There are going to be issues that come up no matter where you live, but I once again feel (as when I moved in) like the office staff are working with vs against the residents.
I really enjoyed my time here. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff were incredibly responsive, friendly and professional. The property was well maintained and the neighbors were awesome.
Very happy being a resident here! Office staff is awesome. Amenities are great. Not noisy like many complexes. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
The maintenance team is outstanding!!! For the life of me I couldnt figure out why my apartment was so hot and the AC wasnt cutting on. I submitted a service request online and two maintenance men came in the pouring rain to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you for always going above and beyond Waters Edge at Mansfield Management....Im forever indebted🎯💓Looking for the perfect residence with no hassle and extremely pleasant customer service....LOOK no more, Waters Edge embodies the ultimate luxury living experience.😎
Property and floor plans are very nice. Noise from neighbors can be pretty loud at time. Property Management staff are all very friendly and professional. My reason for the low stars is the people that live here. They constantly push the rules. Examples are putting 5 to 6 bags of trash out at 10 am that seeps into the hallway floor. Bringing upwards of 5 or more guests to the pool when it is 2 per unit. 5 or more living in a 1 bedroom apartment. Many living without being on a lease. You can tell this by the line of cars waiting for someone to open the gate since they have no fob, even though there is a call box that they can use. People leaving non running vehicles in the parking lot. People smoking weed all over the place.
Really enjoyed my my first impression of Waters Edge! Was looking for a nice place in south Arlington but this may be worth the drive from my work. Kaylee was in the front office and gave me the tour. She was super polite and seemed very knowledgeable of the property. She was able answer all my questions and help narrow down what I was looking for! Looking forward to coming back and signing my lease! This place looks great!
My tech came in respectfully and worked allOptions until he figured out exactly what was wrong. He then stayed and quality tested the fix to ensure that the problem was fixed and I was comfortable. He was a pleasure and quick.
The apartments are great! Very luxurious feeling for a good price. One of the best and we looked at a lot since my wife and I relocated from out of state. The amenities are second to none and I was worried since we are on the bottom floor but it is incredibly quiet and I have no issues with loud neighbors. Love it here.
My fiancé chose Waters Edge at Mansfield and I’m glad she did . I love living here. The apartments are new with beautiful finishes. Very elegant and modern. They are built solid and very quiet. The pool is amazing and we take advantage of the great gym they have. We love the spin bar ! The location is awesome and convenient. I have met a variety of neighbors and they are very pleasant. Just an overall great place and beautiful property to call home . The staff is amazing and attentive.
After seeing many beautiful places, I picked the wrong one, I am so ready to move after 3 months.... cant even leave my patio door open without smelling smoke, gates constantly stays open, I dont even see how they call this a gated property, hallways are always dirty this is not what I signed up for.
This is my first apartment and I’m so happy with where I stay. Kaylee is apart of the staff and is EXTREMELY helpful and considerate of the residents here. Nice community and amenities. It’s a little pricey, but worth it!
I love living here!New Management is efficient and very respectful.I feel safe and our amenities are amazing. The location is great due to being off highway and close to local restaurants and groceries.Only downfall is the cheap paint they use on the walls and neighbors can be loud (walls not sound proof)
I am really pleased with my apartment here at Waters Edge. Got a one bedroom and its laid out really well. Feels a lot bigger than it is. Very nice features inside. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. Has a great gym for an apartment complex and the pool is really nice. Love being right off the highway and right in the middle of the metroplex. The neighbors I have met have been kind. I live on the second floor so I can hear some noise every now and then but its not anything I didnt come to expect from apartment living. Overall really glad I made the decision to move here.
Not exactly sure what to say except I was excited to finally leave. Even broke the lease to do so. The property has changed management company and there is a huge difference between what I signed up with and what is current. It seems like a lot of empty threats to get people to follow the rules but it still happens. Can’t enjoy the pool with all of the non resident guests. The smell of pot every time I walk out of my garage door. The patch work after fixing plumbing leaks after the third warranty call looks like a kid patched it. Wanted a secure community but the gates never seem to work properly.
I really wish my family and i didnt have to move. This apartment was amazing !
Just moved in today. I love it; so far. Very spacious!
Quite well maintained apartment complex with amazing amenities and a beautiful resort style pool. The office staff are welcoming yet professional and and the maintenance staff are efficient and respond to request pretty quickly. The complex is located in a partially wooded area (close to Lloyd park) so the environment is very relaxing and gives you an away from the city vibe although it’s still very close to all the surrounding cities. It’s minutes always from grocery stores, TARGET, shopping, car washes, food places and more! There’s also easy access to the 360 toll for a faster commute if needed. Definitely a hidden gem! (2 years of experience)
Gorgeous apartment village, inside and outside. Accommodating staff helped us navigate what seemed like an overly complicated application and contract process, but the reward was a comfortable, beautiful, and mostly quiet home that exceeds all expectations. Outside of the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, I have never experienced a residential setting so well-maintained and well-managed.
Almost 3 months living here and my move was nice and smooth! I had an issue with my restroom and the tenant portal was easy to use and super fast. It’s really calm and peaceful, I can’t wait to take my kids to the Pool this summer! Staff is great and I love the luxer lockers available!!
Kaylee was amazing and made me feel at home! Professional, upbeat and listened to what I was looking for in my new apartment home! You are the real MVP!
Love, love the layout of the 2 bedroom apartment. Love the closet space! The amenities are super nice to have! Love the security gate at the entrance.
The maintenance team left what I’m guessing is my old air filter on my counter top. They said they replaced my filters but when actually they replaced the air filter and only hit reset on the water filter because according to maintenance the complex is not replacing water filters. When I called to the office to ask why they said the new company doesn’t do that, that we can buy our own. We pay rent and for “luxury” style living to not do those things ourselves. I guess we pay to do part of the maintenance people jobs.
I am in love with this place! The property truly is beautiful. Modern, clean and incredible. Each unit/home from the 1 bedroom to the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed and crafted. Each home shows like the model. Your only challenge will be deciding on which one you will call your own! The staff is incredible. Ryan, Alyssa and Shelly went out of their way to make my daughter and I feel a part of the Aura3FiftyOne family. It speaks volumes when the staff of an organization willingly call the community where they work - home. They answered my questions patiently and were willing to provide me guidance through this process and are the epitome of excellence in customer service. Youll be hard pressed to find a place as rare as this. I am so blessed that we did!
Leasing agent Alyssa was a pleasure to work with during the leasing process. Kaylee helped me on move in day and made everything streamless. I couldnt be happier in my new home. Thank you to whole the team!
Modifying this review.Initially when the new company - Pinnacle, Cushman-Wakefield took over, some things improved. They still do a much better job in handling maintenance requests but in general they have become very inept in handling things.I am moving out on 06/20 due to relocation from work but also because of some of these things.1. They close the pool every Monday for what they call deep cleaning. Even though they already keep it closed from 10:00 pm through 10:00 am. I am not sure why maintenance of the pool cannot be done early in the morning versus residences having to sacrifice something we pay to use as part of living here.2. The security gates were just repaired after about 6-8 weeks of being left open for anyone to drive through at any time. This includes a back gate designed for exit only. Thankfully I had a garage so did not have to worry about my vehicle during this time.3. They do not address individuals who violate the terms of their lease or guidelines. Instead it is a blanket email to all residences. They had to put chains on the pool gates to keep people from using after hours instead of addressing those people. This is used as a pathway to get to the gym, mailboxes and such. Again residents are making a sacrifice. Also, trash is put in hallways outside of the scheduled hours or pick up days. Two residents on the first floor of my building continually leave trash for days making the hallway stink. I say they are not being addressed because this has been an issue for several months.I will say, the floor plans in this complex are very nice and they made good use of the space but for the money they charge, they are much better places to live.
The first year was nice. The second lease is a nightmare. Building 4 is loud and they let anyone rent here as long as you can pay. It was really nice property, now it is dirty and not being kept up. Will be moving soon due to the excessive noise! Update: Sara was nice, very helpful, and accommodating. She made the last few months better before I moved out.
Everything about these apartments is absolutely perfect. The grounds are always kept clean and neat. The residents are very welcoming and respectful. The area is usually quiet and peaceful. Both Ryan & Shelly are absolutely great and are easy to contact. I am very satisfied with Aura 3fifty One!
My only complaint is with the lack of quality control. When we moved in the water smelled like rotten eggs to the point it was intolerable to be inside. I understand the apartment has been vacant but it would have been nice for the staff to turn the water on the day before the move. Sound-proofing with flooring is not the best for the price of the building. Work orders are disregarded unless you call them in and follow up multiple times. Sometimes they are still not completed after that. The office staff seems more concerned about policing what you keep on your balconies than fixing the much more pressing issues.
I am one of the first residents to move in to this amazing property about 11 months ago. The grounds are well kept and the common facilities are well maintained. The apartments are gorgeous as well. The gym is one of the best equipped Ive ever seen for an apartment complex and the POOL IS AMAZING!!! Although the complex is now full, I have not noticed any change of the noise level. Its very quiet considering how close we are to Hwy 360. The staff is AMAZING!!! Ryan and Shelly have been both helpful, patient and professional throughout my stay here. Ive lived here almost a year and I feel like they care for the residents like family. They do not tolerate lease violations which I appreciate as a resident. Some people do not like to be told they need to be considerate of others and follow rules. Im totally OK with those people not loving this property and the people here like I do. Ive been through all four seasons and I would gladly recommend this property to my family and friends.
I rarely write reviews, but I really felt compelled to today. I have lived at Aura 3Fifty One almost a week. All of the office staff are so kind, but the one who helped me find my apartment was Shelley. She really went above and beyond to help me. She helped me find the perfect floor plan, walked my apartment prior to my move in, and any little question I had she answered. This place is beautiful and well kept. Im so thankful Shelley helped me make this my new home.12.29.20I love living here! I feel safe, and like my opinion matters. The leadership recently changed and are strict, but the changes were needed. The apartments are beautiful, maintenance is timely, and the floor plans are great. I have huge furniture and everything fit perfectly.
Amazing place to live, I love the amenities and the staff. Great place to live
Updating my review from two to one. Now that they have new management from Aura 351 to Waters Edge I was hopeful that things would improve. But they haven’t. As a matter of fact, I’ve had a worst experience. They made residents pay their rent in person last month due to the transition, which residents were given little to no warning about. And then this month we had to re-input our payment information into the system again. And now they are trying to wrongly charge me a $100 fee because of a technical error with the payment going through. I never had issues paying rent before the new management. And now because I had to re-input my account to pay rent, something went wrong. And they think they have the right to charge me a fee! When it’s all because of them and the switch to Waters Edge. There are so many issues already and now they are trying to wrongly charge the residents when they are ones inconveniencing people. Ridiculous.—The apartments are modern and clean. We have enjoyed our living area and appreciate the attentiveness of the maintenance folks. However, I want to be honest about a few of the negative experiences so far to warn those looking to rent in the future. The dumpsters in the back smell horrible and are constantly overflowing. Residents dont comply with recycle guidelines and leave large items like mattresses, TV stands, etc. back there so it looks like just a large overflowing trash pile. There is dog poop everywhere, which is also frustrating to the folks who pick up after their dogs. I always have to watch where I am stepping when I take my dog out. They need more stations for dog poop disposal, and if not, then they need staff to clean up more frequently. The office staff seems more concerned about policing what you keep on your balconies than fixing the much more pressing issues. There is also no consistency with mail delivery. My husband and I have missed important packages because drivers had no knowledge on where to go or deliver. Some delivery folks drop stuff off to the door while others use the lockers that are provided. We never know if and when we will receive our stuff on time. I am seriously reconsidering staying here another year, as it has definitely come with several frustrations. If you are okay with the aforementioned issues, than I would suggest renting here. If not, go somewhere else.
Apartments are made so cheap. You can hear your neighbors *up stairs, next door and in the hall*conversations from any room the the apartment. Residents are really nosy! everyone can look inside your apartment if you have the blinds up. They are not worth the price :/ these apartments are just for show. It’s not worth paying more then 1500$ for tiny apartment and you can’t do anything without violating a rule. They add new rules every other week! DONT Waste your time or money!!! They don’t care about the residents I called to report my ceiling leaking and maintenance just came inside and said “we will be back tomorrow” DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
Not only is this property and amenities are absolutely STUNNING, but the office staff is on point! Ryan and Shelley are AMAZING. The customer service is on point. Ryan answered all the questions I had with such professionalism. He and Shelley were extremely welcoming and friendly. I dont usually come across that at other properties. When my lease is up in September, I plan on moving to Aura, and I cant wait to be a part of this community. Thank you so much Ryan and Shelley for everything!
I have a good experience with people in office. Kaylee Tran helped me out so shoutout to her positive attitude. Like the facility and the area a lot.
Prompt service. Caring and Amiable Ambience.
I love our community it’s very quiet and clean! All the areas are very cleaned and maintained. The new staff has been very helpful and attentive to our needs.
I dont usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to give an honest review and take on what living in this complex is actually like due to the various comments and reviews left online. Ive lived here for about a year and my lease is due to end soon. I first moved here when the property was with a different management company and formerly known as aura3fifty one.Pros to living here:- Quiet neighborhood- Close by to almost everything, restaurants, grocery stores etc.- Nice interiors and finishings inside the apartment- Really pretty pool, and some of the nicer amenities Ive ever seen at any apartment.- Cons to living here:- If you have children, you may as well not live here unless you stay on the 1st floor.- The flooring inside these apartments is like paper. Ive had my amazing (sarcasm) neighbors call the courtesy officer, and make complaints to the leasing office numerous times due to my 2 year old walking across the floor. - even though my 2 year old spends maybe a couple days out of the month with me in my apartment lol.- If you dont pay for reserved parking, sometimes parking becomes an issue if you come home past like 6 or 7 pm. youll find a spot eventually but you may have to park pretty far from your actual building (not a huge issue but can be annoying at times-- if you live in a building near the dumpster it does unfortunately tend to smell really bad and be overflowed with garbage so do keep that in mind. but they have valet trash pickup so I never really have to deal with going near the dumpster- a bunch of wasps and bugs in the spring/summer due to being near the lake but the complex does *try* to keep it under control.- maintenance request do take time to get resolved, and i usually have to call the office a few times before it actually gets taken care of.In conclusion - I will say all in all these are pretty nice apartments, no complex is going to be completely perfect, but I work various hours and come and go at all times in the day and Ive never felt unsafe, or worried about me or my childs safety, the apartments are very nice and spacious with high ceilings and large closets. Also great school district.I do wish the leasing office would handle neighbors making unwarranted noise complaints in a better matter but I DO understand its not completely their fault because the floors are really thin, and its a structural problem, and they cant really control pesky neighbors making non stop complaints every time my daughter is home.
WE at M is wonderful! I enjoy living here!
I am in love with my Apartment still decorating i love it.
It has been two weeks since I placed a work order for the vents of my dryer to be checked by maintenance. I own the washer and dryer so I had a tech to come take a look at it and was informed it had to do with the vents and that I would have to place a work order. When I first placed the work order two days went by and I called the office to ask why no one has showed up because my clothes are still damp and would hate for them to get moldy. Kelsey at the office told me they are taking care of emergency work orders first... it’s been two days!! I worked in the industry and that is not how to address a resident or anyone with an issue at that in general. I let it fly. Beginning of a new week I called the office they said they would have someone come by and take a look. You guessed it, no one came by, no phone call letting me know it’s been postpone... nothing! At this point I am highly disappointed at the service I have received from the office staff (the ones I have come in contact with.) And at whits end with this. I can’t even do a full load because it will not dry accordingly. Huge inconvenience which has left an overall displeasing outlook with the staff! On a brighter note, Ryan has been majorly helpful everytime I called along with Shelly. We miss you Alyssa, you are a gem!
To start off, the staff here is beyond amazing. Kelsie was always super patient with us and answered every question no matter how small with urgency. Every morning the maintenance crew walks the property and collects trash and refills the doggy bags which is always appreciated. The gate is great and makes us feel really secure. Just a beautiful and great community all around. My only complaint is with the lack of quality control. When we moved in the water smelled like rotten eggs to the point it was intolerable to be inside. I understand the apartment has been vacant but it would have been nice for the staff to turn the water on the day before the moveAlso, there were numerous things broken in the apartment. Our sink head was broken (which they urgently replaced) and our microwave is broken as well. The sink was not a big deal, but due to the pandemic they won’t be able to replace our microwave until they decide to lift restrictions which could be indefinitely. I completely understand that it’s for both my safety and the staffs, but that’s something that should have been checked before move in.Overall I can’t recommend these apartments enough, but if I could do this all over again I would have asked to walk the unit before move in so that I could have gotten these issues resolved. In the meantime I bought my own microwave to use, but not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to splurge 200 dollars like that.
Great customer service!!! Great location.
Amazing amenities! I am so glad that I chose to move here! After moving into my new apartment Ryan has become my go to guy for anything apartment related! Any problems I have had, he has been reliable and efficient finding the solution. He always has a smile on his face and is one of the hardest working employees at this apartment complex.
HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME.I went to take a tour yesterday and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. The young lady by the name Kelsey was the extremely unpleasant as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in. She acted bother with every question we had and multiple times when asked about an layout her answer was You can look at it online we got that answer about 5 times or more. Why would we take time out of our day to drive to the complex to be told look at it online? On top of that we asked to view 1 and 2 bedroom apt but were only showed the 2 bedroom and I would not consider that a tour what so ever. We were only shown the pool from the gates and when I asked about the gym she pointed to the building and said Its over there when we were on the other side over the property. Yes we did not get to see the gym at all not even get near it. (Mind you I am only looking at properties with gyms and would give my money to a property that offers a good gym and equipment but guess I would never know about Aura gyms)Before we left my boyfriend had to ask for a pamphlet of the 2 bedroom which she handed over to him in a very ugly manner like it was a problem he was asking for info. She did not even write down the prices or the application fees nothing. Because of this first experience I would never recommend this property to anyone nor live here for one day.And I notices it was not an isolated incident because next to us was a man looking for an apartment who was getting about the same attitude and shortness. The man left with no pamphlet and interaction seemed dry as well.
The stairs are so filthy I think having trash pick up is a waste. It seem to make hallways and stairs dirty.
I work in the industry and helped my friend fill out her app and everyone in the office was helpful. My friends application experience was a bit lengthy but it did make her feel better knowing the staff is just not approving anyone. Looks like a lot of people are not reading their forms.
I enjoyed my tour at Aura 351, all the amenities are one of a kind! Love the fitness center and pool. The staff Shelly, Kelsie and Ryan, greeted me with a smile and were very welcoming and nice. My leasing agent Kelsie was very knowledgeable and made me feel at home. I will definitely be leasing here this fall.
This is the worst experience we’ve ever been through. We submitted an application on the 7th of October and told Shelly that we have to move in by the 13th. She assured us that we will get an answer by then and move to the apartments we picked out on that date. We paid the $200 “Non-Refundable” application fee and the app was submitted successfully. We called every day for the following 5 days and every time Shelly told us that they are still working on it. October the 13th comes and without any consideration we get an email saying that we have until 5pm same day to submit bank statements or the application will be rejected and we would lose the $200. We were so frustrated but we really just wanted to get an answer and move on so we sent everything she requested right away. We call around 4 to see if she got an answer and same response as before “we will let you know tomorrow”. We waited 4 more days and no one called nor emailed so we decided to just go head and apply at different apartments. We call them on the 16th and request a refund because they literally just never gave us an answer except for an email saying that we were conditionally approved. They tell us they need to speak to their corporate to get the refund approved. We called today and they said they will mail us a check for the refund after 30 days and she said it so rudely as if she is the one paying that money back and as if she didn’t do anything for us to request that refund back.I’m so mad, what they did was unbelievable. I’ve never heard of a company that would do that to someone. Stay away, they will waste your time and give you a run around and then hold your money for 30 days: that’s exactly what they did to us.
Definitely in love with this place! The leasing process was simple and fast! Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming, especially Ryan ! (:I look forward to seeing what all the community has to offer .
I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff. They make moving so much easier and ensure every amenity offered is received and maintained. Many of their residents are also social, making it a well rounded community living establishment.
Ive been thinking about moving back to Texas for a new job and these were the first apartments I was interested in. Kelsie was sooooo nice and helpful!! We had a phone consultation and she was able to answer any and ALL questions I had. She was very respectful and patient when we talked and I highly recommend requesting her if you want to talk about getting one of these apartments!
Beautiful property! Top of the line amenities & I can’t forget to mention the staff! Sabrina has been so helpful and provided great information about the community and the area!
My wife and I aren’t the type to take time to leave reviews. Our experience here at this property has been horrible. We have had trouble with our carport for months without any enforcement from the front office. We have had people parking in our paid carport for months without any repercussions. It even got to the point that because of people parking in our paid spot they hit our brand new car that was parked right next to it. The office had lied to us and told us that there was a tow company to when they didn’t have one. After months of complaining I finally got in contact with the regional manager, K Gavre. She told me that there is nothing they can do and that unfortunately we have a carport that other people park in and that’s usual for some properties. Now come to yesterday and there was someone parked in our spot again all night. There is a tow company now and we called twice and waited all night. The tow truck never came and again nothing was done by the office. This has been the worst experience ever, and I will never recommend this property to anyone I know. I hope that no one else has to go through what my wife and I have gone through.
My husband and I toured with Ryan, and this property is beautiful. He was very professional, and educated on the property. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. My husband and I also met Alyssa and Letitia, and both were extremely welcoming. I am pretty sure once our house is sold, we will be at Aura 3FiftyOne! I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!
I toured here a few weeks ago with Ryan, and it was such an awesome experience. He was so knowledgeable about the property and the area it is. Not to mention how friendly and welcoming he was. My wife and I LOVED him. We were planning on moving into the property, but sadly my job transferred me to Chicago... Either way if youre looking for a beautiful place to live with exceptional office staff, this property is the one for you!
If you are looking for your new home, look no further. I came in to tour an apartment and was greeted by Alyssa McClendon. She was personable, very knowledgeable about the complex, and all around awesome to work with. I highly recommend Alyssa and Aura 351!
My sister and I visited multiple apartment complexes in the Dallas Metroplex/surrounding areas, and while most of them had amazing amenities and great floorplans, what separated Aura 3Fifty One from the rest was the friendliness of the staff and the environment they create, in particular our leasing agent, Kelsie. She really sold us on the community and property highlights. I am typically a little skeptical when it comes to apartment shopping, but she made us feel at home while touring the building and really understood what was important to us. I havent moved in yet, as we were looking waaaay in advance, but have no doubt that we have chosen the right place.
Writing this review based on the experiences of my close family members. I want to start by saying that my cousin and his wife are very responsible, respectful, and honest people. They moved into these apartments last year and have had may issues with the staff being unresponsive and unprofessional. They have a PAID car port and have constantly had issues with other vehicles parking there. They even had their brand new PARKED car hit because they weren’t able to park in their carport. This has caused them much hassle and discomfort. They’ve tried to find solutions for the issue several times but they never get anything resolved. I hope that this review will help the apartments understand that this issue is causing their residents extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment so that they can ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING about it.
I toured this property, and it is beautiful. It’s not even finished being built, and you can see the crazy potential this property has. Ryan showed me around, and his customer service was insanely on point. I also got to interact with Alyssa, and she was awesome! I want to thank Letitia and Rosie for being so welcoming as well! I’m hoping my job transfer falls through so I can move to this community. I’ve never experienced such a beautiful place with such exceptional service!
This property is new with excellent amenities and beautiful apartments. The reason for the low star rating would be for communication and security with residents. For most of my short time here there has been no security on this property, therefore allowing residents to pretty much do what they want once the office closes. Residents blast their music In front of residents windows, they hang out in the parking lot smoking and talking loudly, grill in the parking lot, residents kids run through the hallways which causes a lot of noise! I have on numerous occasions had to deal with neighbors on both sides of me and directly below me have blast out parties literally till 4:30 in the morning!! When I moved in several residents had broken down oil leaking cars in the parking lot. One truck still here leaks oil so bad I have to be sure to walk myself and my dog around that entire length of the lot so we don’t walk in it. There’s has only been a courtesy officer a short while and when I’ve called there has been no follow up from the office acknowledging the call so why bother as you know nothing will be done. There are residents who are cramming3-4 people into 1 bedroom apartments! When there are teens and smaller kids you can bet you will not have any peace! I know people sometimes need to do the best they can manage but if you know your violating your lease keep the extremely loud banging and knocking down! These neighbors cramming 2-3 kids in a one bedroom aren’t even home during the night with these kids! The office has been fully aware of these violations and yet I have one time to get a good night’s sleep!! As I write this there is stumping and banging and they live next door not above! I’m paying too much to not be able to at least freaking sleep! I have even resorted to moving my bed to the opposite wall and still noise is too great! I understand there will be some noise in a apt community but this is not within the norm! I made the huge mistake of getting an apt overlooking the pool, no security meant outrageous parties till the wee hours of the night, many kids unattended running rampant, and trash everywhere! This went on for months!! I will be moving out early because there is no way I can deal with another summer like this past one! So many residents in my building never bother using their trash bins so the halls and stairways have become beyond filthy! Residents will spit out their tobacco on the stairs as they walk down and the food stains have left them disgusting! Maintenance is awesome, however without power washing several times a month it’s just disheartening and nasty to see the stairwell and hall. Residents with dogs will allow them to poop and pee anywhere (hallways, stairs, entrance to the stairs), it’s embarrassing! I have a dog and refuse to allow him to potty where he shouldn’t and ALWAYS pick up after him. There is a lack of doggie bag stations for the number of dogs here. After only 7 months I’m moving out because I am so tired. I am also not a fan of unprofessional and messy behavior you will come across from a couple of the leasing agents. This is such a beautiful property that I hate to see it destroyed so soon after opening, but unless policies are enforced consistently it will continue to deteriorate.
I have returned to update my previous post about Aura 3fiftyone. I have to start by completely complementing the leasing staff as a whole on a awesome job showing me around and handling my questions and concerns. I moved into my place on the 10th of this month and I must say that Im loving my unique apartment and wonderful location as well. Its clean, quite, and modern luxury apartment with a touch of feeling of home sweet home. The gym is awesome!!! Im thinking about cancelling my gym membership. The gym has all of what you need to get fit. The spin class, Abs, etc... They are great. The pool is wonderful I cannot wait to enjoy it this spring/summer. The lazy river pool and the resort style pool layout just cant wait. You can pay your rent online and have a layout of the bill of the current month. If you would like to know more just come check it out yourself. Im a happy resident.
Such a beautiful place to stay, I love it here. The individuals at the leasing office are amazing. Alyssa McClendon is my go to problem solver she’s amazingly kind and genuine. I will be staying here forever!
I absolutely love living here. Its safe, quiet, we have some good neighbors, and the pool (thumbs up)! Me and my boyfriend used to live at the neighboring complex and loved the staff and management. When the management shifted--so did we. We followed them right over to Aura3FiftyOne and love them so much. Ryan is a super helpful and caring leasing consultant and through Ryan we met Alyssa who is also a joy!Anytime theres a concern or issue especially with a package the team here gets right on it and resolves the issue ASAP.Love it here and would definitely recommend.
An amazing place to stay. Brand new with amazing finish out and away from the hectic city noises. The people at the front desk are out standing people and very easy to talk to. Thank you for welcoming me to the Aura Family!
I work for a courier service and some packages were mis-delivered to these apartments at an apartment door. Ryan the leasing agent was extremely helpful in helping me retrieve these packages that belonged to a resident across the street in a different complex. just by his courtesy and willingness to help others i know these apartments are a wonderful place to live with great management like that.
Howdy everyone!I dont write reviews at all. However, I had to take out the time to write a review on the customer Service at Aura 3fifty one. The representative Alyssa and Ryan is totally awesome. They kept me updated on my move in date, and answered all my concerning questions. If you are looking to move in to aura dont question yourself, just do it.Happy residentTank
My fiancé and I toured here with Ryan. We knew that this would be where we wanted to be. We’ve already leased and can’t wait until after we get married and move in here together. It’s going to be a beautiful start for us. Thank you Ryan for being so great! If you plan to check this place out, you need to go to Ryan Gonzalez!
Before COVID-19 I toured these apartments and heard rumors of business getting closed down, so I stopped myself from applying. I hope the beautiful leasing agent Shelly didn’t think I just didn’t want to live here! (I do!) When things picked back up I came back! I did not have any other apartment complex in mind! Met with Shelly again but this time toured with the lovely Kelsie! My experience from the very beginning has been extremely pleasant! I signed my lease and I can not wait to be apart of the Aura Family! Looking forward to meeting my neighbors out by the pool! Love you Aura Staff! 5 star’s! (Five star emojis!.. with heart eyes lol)
Ryan and Shelly are really good leasing agents, especially Ryan. They are extremely helpful and courteous. I do like some of the ammenities like the pool and gym. However:1. The property manager is not responsive at all and does not keep her word nor follow up. The previous manager, Leticia, actually seemed like she cared and responded.2. They dont clean at all. It has been MANY months since the buildings have been cleaned. You would think with the pandemic they would actually increase the cleaning. Some floors or not as bad as others, while others are filthy with large dead bugs and stains, including blood, from trash bags, etc being left in halls without bins and general carelessness. Stairs are always really dirty and stained with the exception of a few. Cobwebs line the hallways and the ceilings, and more are still being added. Months ago there was a HEAVY infestation of HUGE bugs that would line the ceilings and walls of the hallways and die. About 200 or 300 of them were left dead in piles on the floor of my building for months. It was really DISGUSTING. No one checks to see how the hallways, stairs or buildings are being maintained. I had to finally put in a request for them to be removed, which still took another month, or they would still be there now. Very unsanitary. Thank God I didnt have guests all the time. I would expect lack of cleanliness in an older, mismanaged building, not a new, luxury building for the exorbitant rent.3. The current courtesy officer is LAZY and does not respond to messages at all. I have also heard the same complaints from a few other residents that initiated that discussion.4. Sound-proofing with flooring is not the best for the price of the building.5. They send out notices that they fail to enforce, so people dont take them seriously.6. It could be worse, and looks to be heading that direction, but it also could also be far better for what Im paying.7. Prepare to deal with various luxury infestations on the property and inside your unit especially...even if you are a clean freak (bees, wasps, ants, roaches, spiders, earwigs, mosquito eaters...dont know what is next) and I KEEP my unit CLEAN with no food left out because that is my nature, plus I detest insects.8. Work orders are disregarded unless you call them in and follow up multiple times. Sometimes they are still not completed after that. This all falls back on the property managers and the management of the property and the owners. So far, my stay has been okay only due to the assistance of Ryan and Shelly with certain issues. Overall, would NEVER recommend. Will definitely be out when my lease is up, because I actually have standards I adhere to, although management and owners do not. Plus I dont believe in wasting money.Update: As of October 2020, new owenership and management have taken over the property. There has been no improvement regarding the list above. They SUCK just as much as the last owners and management and also make false promises that they dont adhere to. There are also recent 5 star reviews from new residents that havent lived in the building for over a month or extended time like a year. Once they have actually experienced living here for more than a week or couple of months, I doubt some of the incentivised reviews will remain high.
Super leasing staff, awesome property, great amenities, and brand new!! Tell Alyssa that Dale sent you and you might get $500 off your first months rent! Or maybe not.....I dont think there are any specials right now...... But it truly is a great place for you to call home :)
My husband and I toured this property with Kelsie. She was energetic and so sweet to us! She seemed to genuinely love the property and was very knowledgable when it came to answering our questions. Very much recommend because of her!
The leasing staff and place is just amazing who wouldn’t want to live here and have a lazy river in their back yard?? Alyssa is amazing! Ryan is hilarious! We cannot wait to move in!!
I am moving here at the end of August, and I am so excited. This is such a luxurious community, and I can’t wait to settle in once my apartment is completed. Ryan, Alyssa, Letitia, Rosie, and Shelley have been so sweet. I can’t wait to make Aura 3FiftyOne my new home!
I have only been living here for a little while, but I absolutely love it! The people in the office are amazing! Alyssa, Ryan, and Shelley are so sweet, and Letitia, and Rosie are amazing as well! So glad I chose Aura 3Fifty One as my new home!
I love this place!! They are very prompt about helping you with your concerns. Alyssa is the best leasing consultant I’ve ever encountered. She was one of the reasons I choose the aura 351.
By far the best apartment complex I have lived! Very clean, bug free, friendly neighbors and staff! Brand NEW!! The gym is AMAZING!! We love Ryan & Alyssa!
I love this beautiful complex! I was a resident of aura before they became 3fiftyone and I knew I had to be apart of there newest establishment! I couldn’t of done it without all the help that Ryan Gonzalez gave to me. He coached me and walked me through all the steps that I needed to take to be a part of this new and beautiful facility. Thanks Ryan your awesome! I couldn’t be happier being a part of the Aura family again!
I am a current resident, and it’s been great living here. Not only is my apartment amazing, but the community in general is. The office staff is so attentive, and friendly. It’s truly been a joy living here, and I am so happy I chose to live here!
The apartments are nice. However, I was hoping to have a better tour, especially since it was with the property manager Rocio. I came in and did not get a friendly greeting. Roció was very short and did not seem to have the experience a property manager should have to tour.
Such a waste of my time. I was given the most lazy tour for the property, the lady just kept pointing to were things were never did we actually get to see much besides the one apartment and a quick over view of the clubhouse. Did not get to see the weight room or fitness room or up close look at the lazy river and pool. When asked about other apartments she looked annoyed and referred me back to the website. After a very upsetting time and half a tour I left not knowing what is the application fee is or overall fees. When I asked about a garage she told me theres a waiting list but I can go over the process of the waiting list when I submit my application. As if she didnt want to waste her time on explain it if I didnt become a tenant.
Have had problems with office staff, multiple issues with apartment service requests and appliances. Would not recommend.
The staff is so friendly!! Rocio, Ryan, and Sabrina are simply the best!!! I’m in love with this property!!
The community and staff are wonderful and the amenities are the best in the area! Highly reccommend!!
Beautiful property ! Was greeted promptly and all questions I had were answered . The staff was amazing!
Office staff is rude, have explosive behavior, poor customer service .. Facility and amenities are amazing. Ryan, Shelley front desk secretary have no manners ...
Called to get leasing information but unfortunately the employees here are not trained to answer phone calls which is quite a shame. I have personally lived in ZRS management apartment and I knew this place would be it, Sadly not with that kind of service.
