I called about a pool basketball hoop backboard and also the pole that is sold separately. I was reassured that this was in stock and asked if it could be set aside for when I arrived as I was driving 40 minutes to this location to get it. When I arrived, I was told that they only had the backboard in stock and not the pole. I am very disappointed as I wasted not only my time, but I also wasted gas driving to a location that did not even have what I needed.

Leslies Pool Supply has been around for a long time and carry 99% of what the homeowner needs to maintain a pool. Prices are reasonable, a bit higher then youre big box stores but they carry everything versus a small inventory of the Home Depot or Lowes stores. Had three houses all with pools and purchased all my supplies from Leslies.

Needed to upgrade my pool....Adam and Steve did an outstanding job! I highly recommend both! Thanks so much!

Ok I am never one to complain. However I have to say Jordanna is sooooo slow. It takes 45 minutes to an hour Everytime I need to do a water test. A service that should never take more than 10 minutes. She has no multi tasking skills at all. Being the busy season maybe you guys should hire another person to help out with the super long wait time.

We have been buying from Leslie pools for several years, they always did a price match to online stores but recently stopped doing that. We just bought a $1,900.00 heater from them that we never got reward points for, and they would not price match pool cover rings. Pool cover rings are $4.00 cheaper with most other pool suppliers, it doesnt seem like much but times that by 15 its $60.00 we needed 15 for our pool. Even the price of chemicals always seems to be a few dollars cheaper online with free shipping.Im done with Leslies and you should be too, I spend hundreds of dollars on our pool each year and this year Ive spent just about $3,500 because of the expensive heater. Get whatever you need online cheaper delivered to your door, and if its pumps or motors and parts you need Perrys pool on 19th ave in Phoenix is the best in country including the least expensive.

Drove 5 miles to pick up chlorine, but the employee did not want to sell me any unless I had a water test first. I drove back home took a sample and returned to Leslies only to wait for the young man behind the counter to finish talking to someone about going to college, nothing to do with pools! After a few minutes it was my turn only to be told they were out of the chemical to test my water. I am sure he knew they were out of test chemical because I was only gone 20 minutes. I left the store shaking my head. I will never return to Leslies for anything.LITCHFIELD POOL SUPPLY is way better! Night and day different.

Overpriced and overrated

Overpriced, everything in there can be found on amazon but the one thing that cannot be topped, is how they test your water for free and help you with chemicals that you need to maintain your pool water.

Didnt have the part I was looking for. Sent me to another store in which the address was wrong that they gave me. Overpriced on a lot of items you can get online for nearly 1/2. Just plan ahead...
