This company needs to learn how to treat its customers. Ruin a $1,500+ Intelliflo VS pump with a bad lid o ring that caused the shaft seal to fail due to overheating. Instead of fixing the problem with a $20 shaft seal and a $4 o ring, they limped it along letting water spray into their motor for months. This cost their customer an impeller, a seal plate, ruined a VS motor and drive, just in time for the warranty to expire. This forced the customer to replace the super energy efficient and extremely expensive drive and motor with a less powerful and very inefficient 2hp motor along with an $80 impeller and $150 seal plate. Not to mention the increased energy bill for the life of the pump. Great job guys. Way to screw people over!

My wife and I had an idea for revisioning our back yard, the centerpiece being a spool “spa/pool” with a rock waterfall. We interviewed 6 contractors, 3 were arrogant and did not want to waste their time on our spool idea, 1 had a “monster” idea and never came back and would not return our calls. It came down to Jerry with Grand Canyon and another “high end” firm who does a lot of work in Pebble Creek. We really like them both, honest, sincere and great ideas and both loved our spool concept. 3 things swung the job to Jerry, his sincerity and desire for our business, his idea to glass the pool vs pebbletec and he came in below the other bid with a superior pool design. Our experience throughout was great and we finished ahead of schedule! Trust Jerry with your pool and more!

Do NOT use this company for anything. They’re actually about to go out of business if they haven’t already closed up shop. Jerry just won’t have the guts to tell you that. We were told if we went with a travertine deck, it’d be a lifetime warranty should any pieces start to detoriate only for Jerry to deny any request for stone replacement. His “boy” will litter your back yard with cigarette butts and show up when they’re able to. It’s a very unprofessional operation they run. Our deck now has dips and sags throughout. Looks like a 12 year old did the work. Do yourself and your property a favor and stay away from this company even if they come back on line in the future.
