Billy & his crew literally built us THE pool of the century! The sheers, the slide, the stairs, the lights, tile, hot tub, technology, gates, diving board, bbq station....all of it? First class. Every time I look at my kids swimming I feel like I’m at a resort! Thank you Billy. This is the second pool he built for us and we’ve been 100% thrilled with both!

First I must offer with regard to the review by Ms. Stumfoll, Ive had extensive experience with the staff at Monster Pools over a long and involved project. I have not found anyone at Monster Pools to be as she describes.Through what was perhaps the most difficult year in the pool building business in decades, we had Monster Pools do a full backyard package of pool and landscaping. If you want a company that will take your project personally and stick to it until a 5-star job is done, then Monster is the company. The staff at Monster is committed, caring, patient and honorable in doing business....even while handing the incredibly difficult market circumstances caused by the Covid virus. We are very happy with the product Monster produced for us and would definitely recommend them.

These guys came and wasted my time. Never sent me the final design or price. So went else where and spent 70k. Their loss. Even reached out twice to get my quote.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Melissa, was a big help.

Rob was superb in every way - a skilled electrician and plumber and equipment expert. He stayed on schedule with crisp and clear communications. He was patient with me - a not so tech savvy guy - and we now have a fully automated system for the pool and spa: programmed filtering and lights and spa heater on demand via the smart phone app. Love it! Recommended for quality, timeliness, and professional expertise.

Really liked the sales guy but he gave us an incorrect bid. He forgot to add a few things which meant the bid was thousands of dollars off. We were of course disappointed but were still interested in hearing the correct bid. The company has since ghosted us. No follow up or returned phone calls... ??Billy, unfortunately you do not have correct information. The very last conversation I had with your sales person was on August 11th where his last words were let me make the corrections and see where were at. I proceeded to call him 3 additional times and left 1 voicemail with no response. At NO point in time did we say, we couldnt do it. Youre basing this off of the preliminary question we were asked about our budget and where we wanted to be. We quickly learned that we were going to have to expand on that budget to meet all of the requirements that come with a diving pool. Either way, were counting our lucky stars that we didnt end up doing business with Monster as its taken 16 days just to hear back from you and from what I can see that seems to be a trend among your customers. I obviously cannot attest to the quality of the pools you build however I hope this offers a bit of insight to your customer service..

I would give zero stars but the review makes you choose at least one. I can’t speak to the products of the pool company, but I can speak to the employees. On 1/16/2021, my husband and I visited the Lowes which is right next door to their location at 13277 W. McDowell Road. The loading zone for Lowes is right outside their store. We bought some very heavy wood and were in the loading zone area loading our wood. Because we had a truck and trailer, our truck reached and was parked in front of their store. We were over to the right of the drive so there was room between our truck and the sidewalk area.All of the sudden a small gray pickup came flying up going really fast, pulled between our truck and the sidewalk and slammed on his brakes about 10 feet away from hitting my husband who was standing there. The man got out and started cussing us out, using profanity, screaming that we cannot park in front of his business. He said “this is my business”. We asked if he was the owner and he would not respond. At one point, a women came out of the pool store saying “Rob, come in side. Rob, stop!”When we finished getting our wood in the trailer, we then moved out to the parking lot to tie down. Obviously, this employee has anger management issues. I will be trying to contact the “real” owner of this store to let him know of our experience and I will NEVER use this company and I will tell everyone I know NEVER to use this company. I cannot believe they would allow an employee to react in such a way.

So far so good. Mike Moreno came out today, sat and talked, measured, chit-chatted about everything we could think of. No presure sales, no upgrade pushing. Monster has our business. Thank you Mike Moreno. Look forward to moving forward on our build.

Monster Pool renovated our backyard in addition to constructing a pool, patio and pergola for us in the Fall of 2019. We couldnt be happier. Spending more time outside now than ever before and our house has become the go to spot for family gatherings.

Very Poor communication. Did a good job with the pool, but once we released the loan to them they stopped working on our stuff and never finished. We kept calling them to come and finish and we never get an response or call back. They also lied to us about them being hands on and that they don’t send different people every day. They never stepped foot on our backyard. The pool is having cracks and also need repair but don’t trust them to get back to me or come out to do that, it has just been two years. They also took way longer than expected in making the pool.

Billy & Erin are AMAZING people, hands down this business is one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to revamp their backyard! Not only do they care about the business, but they treat every customer as family which makes your experience that much better! They are great to their employees & hold their standard of work ethic high, not to mention everything is always finished so beautifully and timely . They will always be at the top of my list!!

Billy with Monster pools built my first pool in 2005 and it turned out amazing! Over the years I have referred other friends and family to monster Pool’s which they are all also as pleased as I was. Over the years Monster pools has helped maintain my other pools for repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I have full confidence in this company and thank you very much for the service you have performed .

This is a small business and a very friendly bunch. But I could never get them to respond to me at all and when I asked for help with an issue that was beyond their skill set they just shut down. No advise, no referral, just said they wouldnt touch it.

Rob was exceptional! He squeezed me in and was at the house within a couple of hours. I cant say enough about this company. Totally professional and reasonably priced. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them and I will definitely call them again!

Monster Pool completed our pool in time for Summer! It’s amazing! We give full credit to Billy and his vision of our backyard! Monster Pools is local and not your big pool company like Shasta or California Pools. What we got was personal attention and feed back that I don’t think we would have gotten with other pool companies. We also feel lucky to have Ben and Santos as the main masonary guys on our site. They are hard workers who take pride in their work. We are happy with the quality and professionalism of work from start to finish that was given on our project. Billy and his guys did not rush our job and at times we did have to practice patience, but the quality of work was worth it and in the end we got more than we could have invisioned wIth Monster Pool! Thank you 100 times!

Overpriced. They sold me a skimmer basket for $25. The basket didnt even make it a year before the weight broke off the bottom making a hole.. The same basket I was able to purchase at Litchfield Park Pool Supply for $15

An absolutely amazing company! I went in and talked with Erin, she answered all of our questions and treated us like family. Thank you for providing us with first class customer service. Plus we loved the fact that they’re family owned. I will be referring this business to all of our family and friends.

After 3+ months working with them.. giving extra time to get bids back and forth.. there was a complete stop in communication. They wouldnt send me the price for my pool and backyard remodel.

I have to say that Monster Pools did build us a beautiful pool. We had a few bumps along the way thats for sure and it did take a couple weeks longer than we were told but it has turned out perfect. We had a couple problems that came up after it was completed but a call to Randy was all it took to get it fixed. The pool looks great so we are happy.

When looking for a hard to find part Billy knew exactly how to help me find a quick solution. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for future needs.

First and foremost, Im very pleased with my pool build and service! I had checked other pool builders with there packages (all seem gimmicks because when they showed up everything seemed to cost extra). Right from the get go everything was layed out accordingly from plans to the workmanship with honesty and integrity. And read previous reviews were they did not return calls..thats a joke! They very responsive! They came in I did what they said, and to me thats what matters! As family we are very proud ( my kids love) our Monster Pool!

I cant begin to tell you how great of a job they did for us!! Start to finish 41 days ! I learned be patient and let them do their job..they know it well! What a beautiful Paradise they built for us! Billy and Erin Parr are 2 of they most sincere people Ive met lately. Glad we picked them, family owned and operated and they treated us well. I highly recommend them for your pool😂😂

Sent my wife out to get supplies to get our pool back into working order and despite her limited knowledge of pool care Billy and Erin were able to help her get exactly what I needed without a bunch of unnecessary stuff.

The rashness of driving by their truck convinced me not to have them do my pool.

Owner is a douchebag who belittles his customers. I wouldnt waste my time with a business that doesnt act professional. Therefore will be taking it to a more reputable establishment.
