I try to be understanding but this is absolutely ridiculous. They are Unprofessional and rude. I spent months trying to 1. Getting them to stop double charging me and 2. getting a refund for all the months I was double charged. When I transferred my membership from the Whitehouse location to Rivergate, rather than transferring they actually signed me up for a second one. I had to physically go in there weekly for well over a month to finally get the money back. Now I’m trying to cancel after moving out of state. Which is also proving to be more than a headache. Called today to try to get my membership canceled and the guy was rude and not helpful whatsoever. This place is a joke.

This is a great place to work out. A lot of space, good machine spread, clean locker rooms. The lady that works the desk is very friendly and super helpful. Sometimes in the evenings you may hear sounds like men giving birth but once you get used to that its all good. Definitely recommend.

Best gym Ive ever been to. The sauna is wonderful. The staff truly care about your health and safety not your money.

This gym offers weekly passes for a great price and has all the equipment you need. Friendly staff, after hours available (non staff ).bathroom needs an update but over all great gym!
