I just signed up today. I was helped by Zephyr. She was very nice and quite helpful. I had some issues with trying to sign up on the Planet Fitness app, it was stuck spinning after I entered my info, so she assisted me with the tablet at the front desk. Shes a funny person, I recommend talking to her if you need anything.

This gym is small compared to other PFs in America. The vibe here was great. People actually speak to you here. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. I give this gym 5 stars for the vibe but 3 because of the size.

The hours are great. the facility is clean. the staff is friendly. the machines are in good condition. the app works well. its a great choice for a fitness spot!

Three days ago we joined PF. Today was our second day using the facility. My wife has been trying to figure out how to sign into the app for the last 24 hours. We went on the 3rd of September to work out, and the young lady didnt have any real answers about why the app wouldnt work. She said my wifes phone number was her bar code number. So we tried again, and again. Still didnt work. Well, we went back today on the 4th. Tynaisia, and Seth were at the front desk. They both helped walk my wife through. Still didnt work. Tynaisia then went through alllllll my wifes information, and discovered her phone number was entered incorrectly on the first day. I had asked on the 3rd if the correct number was entered originally, I got yep, yep, no problem. Thank you Tynaisia for taking the time to correct the problem, and actually help figure it out. Well done, and Seth, thank you for assisting, standing by with input, hope you do well at your new job.

Its nice to be able to arrive at 4am get my cardio and workout in before I go into work. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. This is by far the cleanest and well kept planet fitness I have been too.

Ive been going to this gym for over 2 yrs and couldnt be happier. Its the perfect place for me to feel comfortable while I exercise. I will not go anywhere else.

I can’t speak for anything in the club, the equipment or the cleanliness.. I never got any further than the front desk 5/10/2021 @ 3:00. I came down to sign up my whole family and the two girls working at the front desk were the least excited, non-professional I have ever dealt with in any business setting. They greeted me with “You need to put on a mask” They said I couldn’t approach the desk without one. I asked if they had a disposable, they said no. I went to the restaurant next-door, who had about three boxes of disposable mask and I got me one. I walked back in and said “I’d like to sign up” and the lady says “are you wanting a tour?” I said “I don’t know, what do you do when people sign up” she said “that’s up to you” I will sign up at a different club. Maybe next time try “Welcome to Planet Fitness Sir, how can I help you”

Friendly employees, gym is very clean. In fact every time I workout the employees are cleaning equipment or vacuuming. The locker rooms and restrooms are always clean. I feel the gym is doing all they can to keep people well during this time. They have some equipment turned off so people will social distance. The gym has all of the equipment I need. I feel like I get a great workout here!

Being a Black Card member, Ive visited other Planet Fitness locations in TN and out of state when on vacation. Im so glad I made Goodlettsville PF my main workout home because it is the cleanest facility Ive seen and the employees there are so helpful, not to mention they are always cleaning. They even turn equipment upside down and clean underneath. They did this even before COVID-19, so I felt comfortable working out there during the pandemic. They have started blocking some machines to allow for social distancing and requiring face masks when not on a machine, but I dont know how they could be any cleaner than they already were. This gym is more than outstanding, pandemic or not, and Im glad I am a member.

I like this Planet Fitness, because it is close to my home. It has all the equipment needed to complete a full cardio and weight workout.

The customer service is atrocious. I asked if the manager could be called and the manager relayed through the employee his work hours and said “tell him to come when I’m there”. This location sent an email noting that due to the pandemic they were closing. Without telling me they reopened and began charging me. I called to get a refund but was told to come in person. I did so and shared that I have not visited since March of 2020 but they are not only unwilling to provide a refund but are requiring me pay for the current month before they will allow me to cancel my membership.Please visit the competition as this PF will disappoint.

This PF is run like sh&t. The hand sanitizer dispensers are ALWAYS empty. Compared to other PF’s the equipment is not as distanced. Compare this to the Hendersonville club and you think they are different brands. I’m switching my home club even though I have to drive farther!

This place is usually clean and kept in good condition. Sometimes the bathroom floors are dirty. Not sure why there is only one toilet for such a large place. The staff have always been friendly. It’s in a good part of town and it feels safe even after dark. It gets crowded at times but usually not too crowded. But right now during COVID-19 they have many of the treadmills closed to ensure social distancing so those are full at peak times.

I have always been resistant to joining a planet fitness because of the bogus alarm and rules, but honestly its not what I expected. Its very clean and nice in there, the staff is always friendly, and it has a nice selection of machines and options for cardio. I do wish they had more equipment to use for free weights but its easy to make due. Would recommend.

I like that Planet Fitness is open 24/7 - this helps to accommodate my work schedule. Additionally, the value that I get for the price I pay is unmatched. The Goodlettsville location is spacious and has a variety of machines. There are also plenty of the machines that are popular - I have never had to wait for a treadmill or elliptical, even during busy times. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Very clean and convenient. Its only minutes from the Rivergate area and next to the freeway.

At first I thought this was a really great place, but as time goes on I realize its not.If you want a place to go and watch people sit on exercise equipment and not do anything but play on their phones, this is the place for you.Or if youd like equipment thats been sitting, broken, for over 2 weeks, then this is definitely the place you want to visit.

Love this planet fitness location. Ive been a member here for almost a month, and theyre always seems to be plenty of equipment. They cant get a little crowded at times, but not overly so.One slight complaint I do have, when I joined I was never given a tour or a go over of the place.But I see the employees doing it all the time with other new members. Ive asked for a go over of the activities and such, but am always put on the back burner.

It is mandated that everyone is to wear face covering half of the people do not have they face covered that is a problem. Not enough people working to keep it clean.

Smallest of the three PF Ive been to in the area. The equipment was in great condition and the facility very clean with all of the same options.Ive visited here a few times and find that they have been very well staffed in comparison to the other places Ive been.PF offers a great option for a very good price for the average person wanting to workout.

Would be alot better if they didnt have so many bad rules like no power lifting,no dropping weightscause they get after you for just letting the weights touch each other making some noise which is normal for a gym.

Tried 2 different tanning beds here & each of them had several bulbs burnt. It also looked as if no one cleans them after each use & the bulbs have not been changed in awhile. Not to mention the tanning bed had a pretty bad crack on the surface you lay on.... pretty unsafe. I’d say you guys need to invest more attention to the tanning beds.

Staff at this PF are all really cool. Always making sure the equipment is cleaned, products stocked, etc. Never have issues signing in or getting a machine.

Judgment Free Zone! Sounds like my kind of place. Lol. Great place to work and progress in fitness and flexibility goals. The spa area brings a nice balance to a steady, hard workout. The facilities are very clean and equipment is up to date. Signing up for a membership was very easy and hassle free. Make sure to have an account and routing number available, because payments are deducted from an account automatically. I gave this place 👍👍

I love this location! My typical time in is 3am. The gym is always clean and the staff stays busy but mindful of who comes and goes which, as a woman, is deeply appreciated!

I’m very disappointed and upset with this location. I came here with my little sister who just turned 15 as my guest. They have misleading posters outside claiming that 15-18 year olds workout for free this summer. No where on this ad do they state that you need a form of I.D. to be a guest. I’ve had a black card gym membership with planet fitness for almost 3 years now. This location was denying me a service that I PAY for. The girl working up front was adamant about getting an I.D. from my little sister and would not let her in without one. She’s 15.....she’s still in high school. She’s not carrying around her birth certificate or passport on her every single day & if you need an I.D. to get in that requirement should be posted on the board when you walk inside not a drawing of Hey Arnold cast members. I pay monthly for my gym membership and to use the gym at my leisure and thought it was ridiculous that this girl would not let her in after driving all the way from Springfield (at least a 25 minute drive) Do better and post requirements outside. Aside from that this gym is also very small. Highly disappointed. Do better.

I love my gym! I go here atleast 3-4 times a week. Sometimes more if my schedule permits. Clean, the employees are nice, hydro massage is great, the members are nice and I’ve met some people are very helpful if I need help with some of the equipment! This PF is the bomb!

In trying to be judgemental, the discourage people who work hard. There have been several times that someone drops something or makes a loud noise that sets off a siren. Its really funny in trying NOT to be judgemental thats exactly what they do. They seriously need to lighten up. A clean decent place to work out if you can get past the silliness

In town visiting Family and looking for a gym for a couple days.The website says that MONTHLY club memberships range from $10 and up. I was quoted $40 for a TWO DAY guest pass.I don’t think I need to say anything more than that. You do the math...

Ashley is phenomenal every morning. Always great walking in at 4:30 and seeing a smiling face.

This is a gym with no frills, no mocking comments on weight or ability, and no fancy classes to challenge the inept beginner. What it does have is friendly, supportive staff, lots of equipment, and a no judgement philosophy.The only negative is the parking, which has already been a challenge in that area, and is now worse with all the members. But that is minor compared to the pluses.

It’s very clean and everyone is respectful. However, it’s a little small & crowded. I am a Gold’s Gym fan. I think the “lunk alarm” & “dress code” and all that is so far fetched. It’s a gym...And the pizza, bagels & tootsie rolls. Like what? Also, PF doesn’t have child care or a family plan. At Gold’s, my parents and I all could go any location unlimited, use tanning, participate in the many group classes, participate in hot yoga, and use the sauna for $30 a month!! Black card at PF is $25 a month. I really only go to PF bc it’s closer to my house than Gold’s. But they do a good job keeping up with everything & it does the trick :)

I joined Planet Fitness because its a little larger than my current gym. However as much as I have enjoyed working out using different equipment that has stuff hit different muscle groups and thus made me feel like Im getting a good workout, I have to say that the lack of certain equipment, which is common for Planet Fitness as that is their motto, has prevented me from completely leaving my other gym. Also and again, I know this is part of their slogan or campaign push or whatever it is that you want to call it, but their Pizza Fridays and having Tootsie Rolls available for everyone kind of feels like it defeats the purpose of why ones going to the gym. I think its a disservice for the folks, you wouldnt have alcohol as a drink for people trying to quit drinking. Outside of these courts which apparently have proven to be successful and positive among members, the gym is very clean, the equipment is new, and the staff is fairly friendly as well.

A good place to work out and very affordable. I wish there was more space for stretching though.

Much smaller than the Hendersonville gym. Requires signing in for each Black card items.. Annoying.Sign in front of mens Locker room all the time I was there indicating female staff cleaning in there. Waited for an extra hour to take a shower. Finally walked in with no staff inside. Apparently the regulars have learned to ignore the sign. Again, annoying.Nice equipment as in most Planet Fitness gyms

I love working out at this different facility however this Planet Fitness had just a little bit fewer machines than the one in Hendersonville words larger but I still managed to carry out a solid workout with my fiance

False advertising! I came to join with black card membership, but found out I can only use other gyms 10 times a month, not unlimited like the website advertises. This is a bait and switch and is WRONG! Manager refused to talk to me and had their employee deal with it. WRONG! They refused (said they dont have it) to give me coporate or franchise contact info to voice my opinion. Horrible customer practice.

Despite this PF being much smaller and lacking a few machines that the Hendersonville PF has, the enviorment the staff creates cannot be beat! They make a point to get to know their regulars. Shannon at the desk made a point to know my name and greets me every time I walk through the door! Overall, Goodlettsville is awesome and I can’t praise the staff enough!

Im a new member, but theres all kinds of things that come with the monthly $24.99 plan. All of the gym, tanning beds, massage chairs, jet stream massager, stand in sauna, and half off drinks. Its pretty big and very clean.

Clean locker rooms and good amount of machines to use, however the building has a couple of leaks in the most inconvenient places and everything is crammed in there; their isnt much room for routines.

So I travel for a living and have yet to return to the same Planet Fitness since I joined 3 weeks ago. This one happens to be closest to a place I spend my off time at, and I won’t lie, I may just drive to another location. The staff was great, but man the women’s room is tiny! One changing room, only 2 bathrooms. The ab machines were hideously close to people who were laying on mats doing a training session. I was very uncomfortable using it with someone so close to me. Finally, I think something is wrong with the AC here or maybe I’m just used to the gyms up north. It was a lot hotter in here than the other 5 I have been to. I was sweating so much I almost wanted to cut my workout short and leave. Not looking forward to returning to this location but I will if rush hour is a factor.
