Actual repair was fine after it was finally repaired. I was told it would be ready over the weekend, but when I went to pick it up on the day quoted, I was told they didnt have the part. When I called to make the appointment, it was confirmed that the part was in stock. I did not receive notification that the repair would be delayed due to having to get the part in. The part failed to be delivered to store on the next shipment. Again I was not notified. Next I was told the part would be on the next truck several days later. When I called to check on the status of the repair, I was informed it had already been repaired. Again, no communication, and I had an hour before closing to pick it up. At the time of pickup, I expressed that I was not happy with the lack of communication, and that I had waited over a week for them to get the part in. If I had known it would take that long, I could have taken it somewhere else for better and faster service due to losing value time and money, as my business is on the device. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was told that I was already receiving one. The same discount everyone gets for making an appointment rather than just dropping it off. Very disappointed in the customer service at this store.

Employees were extremely nice and welcoming, and my phone looked brand new after the screen repair with no issues. The price was a bit high, but worth it compared to the price of replacing the phone. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their phone. They gave me a time estimate, and worked with my schedule so I would be able to pick up my phone on the same day.

I was very impressed with the staff, its professionalism and assistance in resolving my issue with a battery for my phone. They did such a great job, and were so wonderful to work with, that even when I later discovered that the problem wasnt entirely battery-related, I opted not to return the item or seek a refund as it was more important to support the business.

I came in today to the local batteries plus in town after having a very frustrating two week long experience trying to get the screen on my iPhone repaired at the staples in town, as soon I I walked in I was greeted by the manager Dave who was very informative and knowledgeable I was so relieved to finally be dealing with a professional we gave me his recommendations on what to do with my phone after telling him that I use my phone a lot in my daily work day as an insurance agent I agreed with his recommendations and he then gave me a time to pick my phone up the work was done in a timely fashion and done very well. Needless to say I would recommend Dave and batteries plus to anyone because of my 5 star experience today

Took my iPhone 8 plus there and was nervous because my screen was completely shattered. It took the technician awhile to figure out how to fix my screen due to it being blacked out but he did. He was just as excited as I was when he finally figured it out!!!! The staff was super friendly and they did EVERYTHING they could do to fix my phone. It looks like a brand new phone!!!! Nice guys and replaced the battery in my iPhone 6S plus in 15 minutes.

Dropped the batteries off on 9-22-18. They were suppose to be ready on 9-24-18. They were finally ready on 10-3-18. I was told first that St Louis messed up on sending parts. Then the machine at the store broke down. I cant complain about the cost since it way cheaper that buying new batteries for the cordless drill.
