Cant fine the place and they wont answer the phone.

I have a 65” inch Vizio TV and it was not powering on. So I called David yesterday, he came to my house since I had no way of bringing that large of a TV to his shop. He took the panel off, and took it with him, fixed it and brought it back to my house tonight. My TV is as good as new now! Very prompt and reasonable rates. I would highly recommend David!

I want to give this place no stars but unfortunately I dont have that option. This dude has had my tv FOR OVER A YEAR. Every time I call and ask for an update he says oh I havent touched it yet. Ill open it up and let you know. Ill call you tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. Seriously, DONT take your TV here.

Took my TV to Northway on Wednesday, noticed all the TVs in the shop that appeared to be out of operation. Some were the old projection TVs. This was an initial concern, so I asked the owner if he was a one-man shop. He said yes, but he could handle the additional work. Asked him how long it would take, he said he would call me later in the afternoon with an estimate, if he didnt call me, I should call him. He never called I called him and left a message. He finally called me Friday. He said he was out 1/2 day Thursday and all day Friday, because he had to take his father to the hospital. He gave me my estimate late Friday, then said he would have my TV ready Monday by 5. Monday at 5 came. I finally called him at 6. He still didnt have my TV ready, said it would be ready on Tuesday after lunch. Well I asked him if that meant 12:30, ipm, 1:30 or what. He said about 2:30 initially, then he said 3 PM. I called him at 3:10 PM on Tuesday. He actually got belligerent, and asked me why it was so important that I get my TV back. Asked if I understood that he was out for two days with his father at the hospital. Finally got my TV back Tuesday 6 days later. For the record I was a 1 man shop myself, so I am not upset that it took 6 days, I am upset that he didnt tell me it would take about 6 days during our initial conversation. One thing I learned is that your customers believe what you tell them. Customer satisfaction is more important that customer service.

Shady and unprofessional. I had the most uneasy feeling as I drove off after leaving my TV there. Although it was ready the next day at closing time, Im pretty sure he knew what was wrong the second it was dropped off. He called the next afternoon with a price for repair before asking the question what exactly is the TV doing and not doing, leaving me to believe it wasnt a very involved repair. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Was having trouble with my 70 tv, a number of people were telling me it wasnt worth fixing that the panel was bad. Went by Northway TV to talk to David and give him some of the symptoms I was experiencing with my tv. He told me he could fix it, I said ok lets do this.Brought to him and in a couple of days, voila, tv working again! Would like to thank David for the great service. Would recommend calling this place! Thanks David

I received excellent service from Northway TV. I was told that my power supply was out on my Vizio by digital connects and that was absolutely not the problem. I took my power supply to Northway and they tested it and immediately discover that my power supply was not the problem. From their experience he came to the conclusion that it was my main board based on what I told him my tv was doing. I took my main board to Northway and they repaired it. My tv works perfectly. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!

Northway fixed my Samsung Tv at a price that was more than $200 cheaper than Samsung themselves.... Kept me up to date and game me several options. Recommend +++
