My iPhone 7 had a problem with the microphone, I was super upset, having car trouble’s, broke down 800 miles away with a new car that I just bought, if it wasn’t for the great service, and the great deal I got on my new iPhone from this place I would’ve probably had a mental break down that day.Normally I don’t leave a review because CPR cell phone repair‘s are a dime a dozen. But not this one. The level of professionalism, down to earth Personality, and honestly the atmosphere of the store I couldn’t be any more happier with the service I received. Truly a great place to go get quality work, at a great price, with a smile.

CPR Cell Phone Repair services were great! Quick, clear, and easy. They were faster than an hour to get my screen fixed and texted as soon as it was done. Jason did a great job helping/ informing me and he made sure I was fully taken care of.

John Paul was outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable, and polite. Set the expectation and then surpassed it. I basically have a new phone now and could not be more pleased. I am taking my sons iPad in for a little TLC ASAP.

Carried my wifes phone to be repaired here and they require half the money down on deposit before they will even order the parts to fix the phone? I came back with the phone when the part came in and I was told I had to wait outside while he repaired the phone because they dont allow people to watch what they do to your phone??? How shady is that? I dont trust them and I dont recommend you bring your phone here for repair.

Walked in and discussed the issue I was having with my device, the person working there advised me of the cost and that it would probably be a better value overall to replace my phone entirely as the battery replacement I was seeking would cost more than the phone was worth and that it would take a few days for the parts to perform the repair. I discussed it with myself and said I like my phone I dont want an upgrade and the cost is reasonable enough to keep me from buying a new phone until the end of this year or even next year.Once the parts came in and I was able to bring my phone in the battery and screen replacement took less than two hours, and my phone is now functioning as it did when I first got the phone, with 2 days of use on a single charge. Could not be happier.

Dont trust this guy to work on your phone! I paid up front for the parts and then they made my husband wait outside while he fixed my phone? Unheard of! What do they have to hide? Very sketchy and unusual business practices, take your phone somewhere reputable.

I was in a pinch while traveling through Goldsboro and shattered the glass on my iphone right before my flight there. When i googled it came up with CPR repair so I brought it to them. They fixed it within an hour and also offered to put a protective cover on it. Thank you so much CPR!

A horse stepped on my phone while on vacation at Yellowstone and cracked the screen. My phone seemed to still be working even though nothing showed on the screen. I took my phone there in hopes of at least being able to get my vacation photos from the phone. In less than 2 hours my screen was replaced and my phone was fully functional and looked as if nothing had happened to it. I had checked reviews before I took my phone there and saw such great reviews and now I can add mine to them. Great service, great price, very satisfied.

Went to CPRs (Gizmos) because my daughters macbook needed repair and there were no appointments available with the Apple Geniuses. Turned about to be a GREAT choice! Jason was great!I spilled a pretty decent amount of water on my MacBook and after trying, unsuccessfully, to fix it myself I found Gizmos repair. I had already tried all the YouTube tricks and home remedies I could find.You can tell Jason really knows his stuff and quoted a very reasonable price for my repair (He even told me he wouldn’t charge me if it was unrepairable).When I picked up my MacBook Air, it was like new again. Jason’s work even came with a warranty.His shop downtown was pretty convenient, but I really love the new location (right outside the Air Force Base). I will definitely go see him if I need any computer, tablet, phone, or gaming center repairs in the future.

Great service at a fair price. Was told at other cell phone repair stores that my phone couldnt be repaired. CPR not only repaired it but it was much less expensive than other stores.

My tale of woe starts on 06/27/20...I took my xbox360 in to Gizmos to have it repaired the pandemic and quarantine had me playing alot...figured id get it fixed in a bout a week...that was not the case...when i went in it was said that the drive was toast and I needed another one...when I returned in a week I was told they had replaced the lazer eye...not what we agreed to but whatever had it worked I would have said nothing but it didnt work.. Fastforward to them making several attempts to acquire the correct drive...In fairness no one can make ordered parts come faster or make sure they send the right parts but I had to call o show up each week..finally Friday August 7th I get a call while Im out of town to say it has been fixed...i received a generic apology as I pay on Sun August 9th...would have been nice to knock off 5 dollars or some show of genuine remorse but whatevs...go home and the unit works fine but my wireless controller wont link...in all honesty that could be the controllers as they are old...so the take away is they did the job they were supposed to...the price was reasonable ....the unit works fine... however the time and the lack of communication and them not originally sticking to what we agreed to is the reason Im not pleased with this experience...would I reccommend the folk to someone sure....with the following conditions...1. If you dont care when you get back your item...2. If there is no way to replace your item or it has some type of sentimental value...3.If you have no problem leaving something with someone and not caring one way or the other if it gets fixed...

This place is FOR SURE the best in town. I will never take my stuff to anyone else (I have an alienware and they are NOT easy to work on). When my phones battery, a Samsung S6, would no longer hold more than a 70% charge I knew it was time to replace the battery. When I looked at the process to unglue the screen, seperate it from the phone chassis and then undertake further work just to get to the battery. I decided it would be far more reasonable to have expert assistance in replacing my battery. I found this in CPR Cell Phone Repair in Goldsboro. When they were done replacing the battery you could not detect the phone had ever been disassembled.This is the highest praise I could give.Joe
