Slowest oil change ever waiting 2.5 hour while only the 3rd car in line for an oil change after waiting 40 minutes to be help they stand around and talk to each other rather than working the guy rang me out and walked away had to call for assistance to be let out of the building they need better time management I used to get all my oil changes here but this was the worst experience I have ever seen and that includes other quick service shops. The manager needs to correct this or they will continue issues their board says 1 price they are out of stock and they tell you after they drain your current oil and add 20 bucks for bottle service since they dont have any oil from there board in synthetic. Choose wisely as this might not be it of you dont want to hang out in Walmart for 3 hours

Waited until 7:12am (opens at 7:00am on Saturdays). I understand running late but I could see people laughing through the windows. I’m all for having fun at work but don’t do it while the customer is waiting for you to open, so disrespectful. Went to Midas across the street instead.

Appt for 3:00 and never took my car back until 5:06. Waiting area was taped off so I had to walk around Walmart for over 2 hours! Never again will I buy tires from there.

The first Walmart I went to said that they would be able to take care of my oil change. After 2 and 1/2 hours they said they couldn’t do the oil change because they were missing parts. The front representative actually asked the guys in the back if they had the part and they said yes but really they lied.Then I took the car to this Walmart. Made an appointment and took it in. Everything seemed to go well except later that evening I’m getting a check oil pressure light. I stop and check the oil level and there’s almost no oil in the engine. I had to get the car towed and put oil into the engine. I had to do the job that I paid Walmart to do because their mechanics can’t be bothered to pay enough attention and actually do a simple oil change.

Was supposed to be open for the elderly or in general! Been here since 6 am its 7:30 AM now and they still arent open have been calling for the past hour! They ARENT EVEN OPEN OR FUNCTIONING DURING THIS TIME!

Bought a few sets of tires here. Always get the warranty because its worth it. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I love that I can bring my vehicle in to be serviced and go shop while I wait. Very convenient. But I try and get there early so I dont have to be there forever

This visit was not good. It was very unfair from Walmart Auto Center guys. My car needs an oil change and they do oil changes - which is good. It is actually cheaper then Firestone - which is also good.I went there, dropped the car, and waited for the phone call to pickup my car. I was promised less then an hour wait. Well my phone never rang. Not for one hour. I didnt want to be rude so I didnt go and ask for the status of my car for at least one and half hour. Then eventually when I asked - I was told that the air filter couldnt be removed and the oil change was not done. Thats shocking, after one and half hour of wait - I was told no oil change.Walmart customer service is always in question. Its a good store and people are generally nice. But they need to get their process in place. Somebody should be accountable for why the call could not be made to my mobile - after they determined that the car could not be serviced. I had similar issue at Nortera Walmart (Happy Valley) and they were nice enough to give me a call and let me know that my car cannot be serviced.

I just waited on hold for the Tire Dept. for 30 minutes then gave up. Why doesnt someone answer the phone?

2 cars in a row and told both times that oil cap was too tight..Let my car sit for four hours..

This place must honestly be the best run shop in the Valley. I called here at the last minute on a Sunday after getting the run around at the Anthem store. Michele got me an appointment right away, and the staff performed an oil change and installed 4 new tyres in about an hour. Everyone here was super friendly too. You can’t beat that!

I had a battery replaced and the manager in service David helped me so much and staff was excellent. Thank you so much for finding my battery receipt and replacing my battery. This is best customer service!!!

Purchased a tire through Walmart and they still charged me a very high price to mount and balance it even though they said it would be free if the tire was purchased through Walmart, you will get price gouged if you buy tires from them.

Great value for the service. This location has an auto department that is managed good. They have long lines so plan for up to 1 1/2 for an oil change.

I went to have 2 tires replaced and I was told I was 1st in line. 2 1/2 hours later it was done. Friendly staff. Inadequate software. They could be more efficient.

Three hours and counting i was the first person in the door to change a tire! Insanity!!! Do not buy tires here the couple of dollars you save which you dont because an insured tire is just about as expensive as a new one. You actually save money if you ever need a warranty replacement at discount.

Affordable service but youre going to wait for it. Unlike most oil change places, they dont usually reset the maintenance light for you. Still, beats having to change your own oil.

I change my engine oil at this Walmart quite conveniently. The guys are good. They are fast and know what they are doing. Great attitudes too.

I was honestly surprised at how happy I was today with the service at Wal-Mart. I was on the freeway with a torrential downpour and two broken windshield wipers. By the grace of God I made it to the parking lot near the auto center. I called to ask if I could pull into the service bay before I made the purchase and if they would be able to install the wipers for me. She advised me it would be fine to do that given how bad the rain was. When I got inside she also helped me find the wipers. The guys in the service area were awesome! They were joking with me about how bad the current wipers were and expressed how happy they were that I was ok. They installed them in less than 30 seconds and even though they didnt get into my car they also put in a carpet and seat protector for me since I was wet. Havent ever been this impressed with Wal-Mart and am so glad they helped me get back on the road safely!!!

First, I have to say Lisa helped me and she was great, I do not think this was within her control but we had everything lined you the day before had an appointment for 10am tires paid for... Did not get my car until 2:30, 4 hours for 2 tires one car there in front of me????? Someone has got to fix this.

Great prices and the people are friendly. The price is why I use them for oil changes. I have a diesel and they only charge $50 when every place else charges $100. If you have a diesel this is the place for oil changes.

I stopped in here to get some new windshield wiper blades. One of the employees even told me they would install the wiper blades for free. James installed them and was very kind; he made no fuss about helping me out.

Went on Labor Day for an oil change and tire replacements. Expected to be there for 2 hours, left nearly 5 hours later. Apparently my order was lost, so that created the long wait. The associates were helpful though.

Walmart comes through again for best price and service. We purchased 4 new tires, the Walmart service dept staff installed them in a timely manner and at the best price around.

2 hour wait for a car battery ?I THINK NOT !!!YOU CAN DO BETTER OR AT LEAST TRY!it took me less than 10 min to pull the old battery and wheel it in to the store and purchase a new battery and wheel it back to the car and install it with the tools in my trunk, and I am not a tech.

I like to get oil changes here cause its easy to keep track of. I dont like the crazy long wait times. If youre not there right when they open youll be waiting a few hours.

Waited 10 minutes at the lube station... no one in line in front of me... several employees walked past... zero acknowledgement... left annoyed for a competitor.

The staff is very sweet and clearly trying their best. However this location is severely understaffed especially for a saturday.

Went to get tires rotated and have the air filled up. They decided to balance our tires instead. Did not rotate them. Took them hours to not do what we came for. Then we get in our car, and it starts vibrating uncontrollably. So we come back to have our car fixed- surprise surprise, they unbalanced our car. So we wait another few hours to fix the problem that they created, come to pick it up, and oh what do you know, they STILL DID NOT ROTATE THE TIRES. Has to be a joke right? Whatever- after spending eight hours at Walmart, we leave to go home, and oh look. Car is still vibrating. Idk what the heck they did, but they freaking broke something. So, heres some advice to anyone thinking about coming here- pay extra to go somewhere else- ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Spent our whole day off trying to get something simple done and left with nothing that we asked for and a whole boatload of expensive repairs on top of it because of their horrible service. Im only giving them one star because Zero Stars is not an option.

Prices are very reasonable. Wait time are a little rediculous especially for just oil changes. I guess it gives me time to spend more money in store lol

This particular day was a nightmare. Dropped my car off and told them I wanted Mobil One synthetic oil in my car. She confirmed it by repeating it back to me along with stating they would do the free tire rotation because all my tires came from Walmart. (i paid for free rotation when I bought the tires) After dropping off my car they called to tell me didnt have an oil filter for my car. So I went and bought one at the auto parts store across the street. (which they could have done as well)Then it took another 2 hours to get a simple oil change done. When I came back she was calling me as I walked in the door. She said my car was done. She gets the ticket from the technician but they didnt deduct the cost of the filter that I purchased so she made the change. Then she proceeds to tell me that they added an extra quart and a third and there would be an additional charge for that. I asked why because the owners manual states it takes 5.3 quarts. She called the technician to the window and he proceeded to look it up in the book. Sure enough I was correct. I told her I was afraid they may have over filled it and that could blow a seal. I told her I wasnt going to pay for a quart of oil that couldnt possibly have gone into my car. In the meantime this was at 5 pm and everyone was coming to pick up their cars. She was the only person as cashier in the service department and didnt call for help. So everyone is upset because she cant get through customers quickly enough. So I quickly paid for my oil change with the applied discounts of mistakes and left. When I got home I noticed on my receipt that I didnt get the Mobil One oil I requested, it was Castrol which I made clear I didnt want. The whole thing was a total cluster.I wont take my car in for an oil change at the 83rd Avenue store in Glendale again. Only tire rotations. I would not in all good concience recommend this particular Walmart for service.

Lazy and uselessThese guys didnt want to patch my tire. They glanced at it and said, no.It wasnt until an older employee looked at it and said they could patch it.05/2018 and.......it’s still the same issue with these guys. They don’t like to repair tires and make unreasonable excuses to why they can’t. The Supervisor is utterly useless. He’s like,” you have to ask the mechanics.” Why is he a Supervisor for a department he knows nothing about? I swear this is my last time getting service here. The men are still lazy and incompetent. At least the female mechanic actually came to me and looked at the issue.

You can tell these guys work by the hour I dont know what to get paid but theyre all foot draggers. What used to take two hours now takes all day. Make sure to check your work also sometimes they forget to put the oil back in just saying Walmart auto care. keep your lines tight in your waterways clean.

Currently 7:10 AM and this service center has not yet opened their doors. The phone call to the inside tells us that they are shorthanded and nobody has shown up for work yet. I asked how long they are going to make the three people outside and wait, the guy who answered the phone does not know. Spend your time and money somewhere else Walmart doesn’t care about customer service.

I pulled up at 8:00 am to get a new battery and i was automatically confronted and was told we are not taking anymore cars today im the only tech here. Last week i called in the morning to schedule an oil change and before i could speak. They said its not a good time. call back later WALMART. either get more staff or just shut the auto parts down.

I sat at Walmart auto for 2 hours waiting for my car to get done. And every time I asked there was two cars ahead of me still.

Under staffed. The staff that was there was SLOW moving .Showed up 30 minutes after opened, 3 cars ahead, wanted oil change left after 2 hours before they even started working on the vehicle.Others complained to store manager, nothing was done.

Dont bother. No one works here. Ive been calling for the last half hour, and all I get is an auto transfer to the fitting room where a person tells me they cannot transfer me back to the tire/lube center or the call will be cut off. WTF Walmart?

Took about an hour for an oil change which is pretty average I would say for Walmart. They didnt give me a new sticker though.
