I had been going to a dealership for my routine maintenance but they could not get me in today so I came here. Im glad I did. These guys changed the oil, filters and ran a diagnosis all in under an hour for a reasonable price. Knowledgeable, professional people work here and it shows. Very good experience. I will be back every couple months.

Went to the jiffy lube little over a mile away, east on bell, and they turned me away cause of credit card troubles with their system 😂 so I googled this location. Amazing customer service. Great communication. Fully inspected my fleet vehicle and told me and showed me the issues. Besides the 1.5 hour wait it was worth it for the outstanding customer service and thorough job they did. Will definitely return to this location.

I will probably come here again for all my oil changes. This is the best place that Ive been to that got me in on good timing and they were super helpful, nice, descriptive, and fast. I felt like they knew what they were doing with my car and I had no worries at all. The 2 young gentlemen that were working the day I went in, did an amazing job and had wonderful customer service. I will be a reoccurring customer. 🙌💯

Our regular location had a computer problem so my husband was referred to the 68th Ave and Bell location. Due to construction I in the area, he didnt arrive until 4:15pm. My car was serviced and my husband was out before 5pm. The young man who took care of him was courteous, professional, and efficient.

Its close by my home & convenient as well as great service. I was in & out within 30 minutes. I appreciate the jiffy lube coupons found on your website. Its been a difficult year with financial issue. Thanks guys.

This is my second time here. The first time was unpleasant and put me off to going again but I figured I’d try again because they are close. Edward helped me with an oil change and I was done and out within 15 minutes. He was super sweet and even changed my settings to reflect my oil change on my Mustang. Last time I came they didn’t bother to, nor take out the feet mat that they use in my car. It really is the little things and he made my night. :)

Keith is an awesome manager for this store! The shop is occasionally overworked/understaffed, but patience pays off when the team is available to focus on your vehicle. They were very straight forward on wait times for me to decide if it was the right day/time for my LOF or best to try back. Keith does his best to make sure he has QUALITY TRAINED techs in the shop - sometimes that takes time to deliver.

Freindly service. Of course that try to upsale you... but thats there job. they were not pushy, i had to wait longer than advertised 15 minutes... but overall it was a pleasant experience.

These giys were really rotton! They did not reset my oil reset light. My windowz were not washed! My. Oil pan leaked after they did my oil change. Dont go here!

They did not have any oil and did not offer any solutions or a different brand of oil just wanted basic oil change I have been there before never had a problem until now I will give it another shot

Really great service! They serviced my vehicle quickly and called to ask before installing anything new. They even changed my windshield wiper blades Id had in my trunk for weeks because I didnt know how to change them, for nothing.

April and Dylan were managing the shop like pros and handled my issue of my oil drain plug being over torqued by stepping up to the plate and replacing it! Really appreciate when jiffy lube takes care of me as a customer which is why Im going to keep coming back!

Did and excellent job on my car for it being a new car I even noticed it sounds a whole lot better than what it did before I brought it in and I just did an oil change. Keep up the A1 -MAZING work!!

Called in, inquired about their signature service oil change which was around $50... I was able to pull up a $20 off coupon from the jiffy lube website... So pretty much $30, can’t beat that! They said there wasn’t much wait at the moment so I drove right in.Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I was in and out in under half an hour. They go through everything they’ve done with you and tell you what your car needs without being pushy. I didn’t feel like they rushed either. Thank you to Shane, Hunter and Keith. You guys were great!

Quotes one price then adds on multiple bogus fees last minute. Poor service to begin with but then to add bogus fees is absolutely ridiculous. Will never get service at a jiffy lube again.

I am so shocked right now. Took my car in for a regular oil change....they quoted me 92 dollars.....which i thought was too high, but i told them to go ahead and change the oil. They then brought in a dirty air filter and told me it needed to be changed, so i said sure go ahead and change the filter. When i went to pay for the oil change and the now added on filter, the new price was 190.00. I am so furious at myself for letting them rip me off like that. Ugh! Sick to my stomach.

Came in today just to get an oil change only, there were a couple cars ahead of me but, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Both employees I interacted with were friendly. I had a coupon I was able to use on my phone to get a few bucks off. I normally change my oil myself, however I would return here in the future.

Got the AC serviced was charged double for labor after being quat and mechanic refused to change ac filters

Regular oil change: probably good enough. Like others have said, any other services: avoid! They told me I needed to change my brake fluid, and against my better judgment, I said, why not. They drained out my brake fluid somehow and shot my mass cylinder. Good job.

I used to receive great service here. Wont waste my time anymore. Waited 30 minutes today and couldnt even get somebody to talk to me. Not going there again.

Very bad experience I spend over 2000 dollars and my vehicle still broken down after I paid all this money they referred me to someone else to fix it because they couldn’t do it they should of told me that before they charged me and they won’t refund any of it now am filing a lawsuit

Fast and effective oil change and brake fluid flush. Manager was very knowledgeable and kind. I cant speak to their other services, but they rocked the basics.

Very good shop. Aaron out standing for a fill in. Red camery spark plugs. Your crew went over the top. To not only take the time to make are car safe up over the grapevine. You educated the customer on what to do in break down. Your crew was very alert, profesional. If it had not been for this site. My family would have broke down. Job well done guys.

If I could give a 0 I would. Only dumb people work for and go here. Was quoted $99 for an oil change. When asked why $99 I was told because they will inspect my vehicle. I told them skip the inspection and just change the oil they said no. Sun devil auto does an oil change for $49 (full synthetic) and did the standard upsale inspection for free (which I declined cause Im not an idiot) Forget these clowns and shop around.

I went to get my oil changed for a roadtrip I was taking to washington. At first the service seemed courteous enough. Now I am stuck in a small town in California. Jiffy lube did not tighten my oil filter on tight enough therefore it leaked out about 4 of the 4.6 quarts in my vehicle. It got all over my belt taking chunks out of it as well. I recommend never going to a jiffy lube!!!

Excellent Jiffy lube. I had just gotten my oil changed in CA for the trip to PHX at another Jiffylube in Vallejo CA. Well, those idiots both over filled my oil by a quart but also had no idea what a fumoto valve was and broke the washer!!!! Hello oil leak! Thank God the leak was a slow leak and I didnt blow my engine in the desert!! Matthew replaced the valve and took out the extra quart and got us on our way! Thanks!!!

May be alright for basic oil change, but dont get anything else!! Had them change my spark plugs and wires, it was totally screwed up. Took it back 2nd time, I was told it was a wire that popped off. Wrong!! I took it to another place, he fixed it right, but it ran me over $200 to get it fixed. Turns out they put in cheap wires, but the installation was also faulty!! So I would advise not getting anything but a basic oil change!

Shady operation theyre running here. Matthew, the assistant manager, told me that my cabin air filter was missing in my vehicle. Being that I had recently replaced it myself I was in shock. I checked myself after my oil change and found the air filter just where Id left it. A bunch of liars and cheats at this location. Very shady operation. Hopefully this review will kep you form being taken advantage of by this corrupt operation.
