We just purchased a 2022 BMW X3 M. The salesperson I dealt with was Maurice. He was absolutely outstanding! Maurice goes way above the average salesperson. He made sure every detail was taken care of. He delivered the car himself to my house. When I needed to come back to have some accessories installed, he met me when I arrived, made the process of a loaner car seamless, and called me when it was ready for pick up. His knowledge of the vehicle was also excellent. I highly recommend Maurice and Arrowhead BMW. Maurice represents the dealership in a fantastic way!

My wife and I had the best experience buying our BMW from here! From Cole the salesman to Paul in Finance and Nathan the General Manager we were treated fairly and the customer service was the best we have experienced at any dealership they go out of their way for their customers as long as your REALISTIC. We will continue to buy from here just because of our last experience and will recommend every time to friends and family. I noticed the comment below about not being treated fairly due to being African American, but we are African American as well and did not witness any unfairness at this dealership. So for anyone who reads take my word for it these guys are great and I’m loving my new ride :)!!

Love my new car!! My boyfriend surprised me so maybe I’m a bit biased 😂 He’s also a salesperson at Arrowhead BMW so maybe I’m EXTRA biased (ask for Steve Canzoneri😉)but I can honestly say I know some of the employees here on a personal level and Arrowhead really has a team of knowledgeable, kind people and you’d be in good hands with almost anyone there! This dealership is such an amazing addition to the Upper West Side. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them since opening and I would never go anywhere else. They have the best service department in the World, literally. When it comes to sales it is easy, to the point and fast. If you are looking to work with the best Chris Ionita is a dream to work with; he is kind, not aggressive and always has your best interest at hand. His knowledge of the brand and vehicle lineup is unlike any other salesperson I have worked with. He treats you like a member of his own family and makes car buying enjoyable. I kindly asked again if I could just have the name of the GM for when I call back and the man responded Bro, dont call back here anymore, and humg up the phone. BEWARE don’t buy any car from this dealer there is no negotiating here at least for black people everyone I’ve seen who doesn’t have the complexion for protection has been turned around with ore approved loans and good credit. Went to the dealer next door and had no problem and they even negotiated on sell price. If you want to have a easy buying process and get a deal more in your favor STAY AWAY FROM ARROWHEAD BMW

Was dreading having to go through a car buying experience and then I was introduced to Naomi and team. Let me say, this was an awesome experience with Naomi at the helm. She’s very personable and does what she can so that you don’t have to go through the typical car buying experience that most have experienced once in their life time (teeter totter, negotiation etc). She does right by you, tries to find you the best fit, gets you the best deal possible so that when it comes to financing, everything else is that much more smooth (ask to work with Eddie if you decide to finance). Everything was pretty much ready and you can be in and out quickly.Andrew is a top notch salesman who genuinely has your best interest in mind. He’s very honest which I think is invaluable. To the point you trust his opinion. The original car I was looking at did not sit right and he himself recommended we go a different direction.Also as a team they were able to work some magic with my unique request. Can’t thank them enough!!! Guess this is why you go with a more Premium brand in BMW especially when you have Naomi and her team there to help you!!!

All I can see is WOW.. to say this place exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We got the wonderful chance to work with Jeremiah (Who I highly recommend to ask for). I went in there to trade a Mercedes Benz E 550 for a 5 series BMW. Went in there told him about the issues we were currently running into trying to trade the car in to other places. He assured me that he was gonna do his best to help us out. Well he definitely did that and was about to get us to the exact price and monthly payments we were looking for. It was time for me to purchase a new car, so I decided to walk into Arrowhead BMW and browse the selections. I was immediately greeted by a member of the sales team, Eric Barrera.I told him what I was interested and he showed me all the vehicles that matched what I was looking for. I would give him a description of what features or style I was looking for and he would narrow down my options until it was down to 2.We went on a test drive and I loved the car immediately.After some back and forth negotiating over the course of a few days (I was indecisive in the begin but ended up making the right choice), we finally landed on a reasonable price. Eric was very patient and made the process very easy. He’s a very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable member of Arrowhead. Sales process was great when I purchased my vehicle. As expected. Then management changed....now its just baffling how long it takes to get a warranty refund check, or help on anything back end related. After nearly SIX MONTHS of flagging everyone under the sun down to help me get the request process finalized. I was finally given hope that my check was being mailed. This was over 2 weeks ago. Lost faith... Was it actually done?

Took over 3 weeks to get final approval for financing. They got the address wrong on the application, so they say. I had to open up an account with the credit union they were dealing with. My trade in wasnt paid off and my payment was late to my financial institution. They literally had my old vehicle for sale on their lot and it was still under my name.They like to hold on to your keys when you are considering a trade in. I had to ask for my keys numerous times. That should have been a big red flag. They dont conduct themselves like a high end dealership. Stay away from this place.

This BMW dealership is extremely poor. Choose another BMW dealership in the Valley. Many good choices. I love BMW, but this dealership does not have its act together. Financial rep was insulting and condescending. Even called me stupid in the final signing. Tried to force all add ons. I should have walked out. Bad business! They even lied and mislead me into buying a car that did not have the specs I requested and were not willing to help fix the issue unless I paid 21k over invoice on another new car (in a trade of the brand new car). Shady! Shame on them. Buyer beware. Choose an honest dealership.

I recently had a car detailed at the shop and the car came back dirty. When my wife was picking up the vehicle the concerns were pointed out and they service advisor was trying to clean it. She could not wait and said we would bring it back. I then called the service manager Josh to speak about the issue. He said he would have someone come to my home to pick up the car and clean it. The appointment was for 8am. At about 7.50am I get a call saying that he spoke with the service department and the car was clean. No one bothered to show up for our agreed upon appointment. I then went to the dealership to show him first hand the car being dirty. The dirt was on the glovebox area and console below the radio. Josh said that from my wifes 15min drive home my daughter who is 22 put her feet up to dirty the dash. When I asked what about the side console he said she could have crossed her feet and dirtied that as well. The back lower seat was dirty and apparently my 5yr old whos legs are not even long enough to touch the ground reached her foot in between the front and rear door and dirtied that as well. Rather than fix the issue as they stated his response was I trust the word of my guys. When I asked Josh if he personally seen the car when it left he said no. I then replied how could you say that my daughter then put her feet up, then crossed them to dirty the side counsel without knowing. His response was I seen it happen. Of course your detail manager who was a young kid is going to say it was clean this was he does not get in trouble. So after paying $175 for a full interior detail the car comes home dirty and apparently to the service department was caused by my two kids on the 15 min ride home. No mention of the dash that did not appear to be wiped down but I guess my wife and daughter did that as well. I will never deal with this dealership again or purchase another BMW from them as well. The service department is garbage and its worth the 45 min drive to go to Chapman BMW. At least there they treat you right and dont accuse you of lying. So basically I paid $175 to have a car cleaned as good as my 13yr old son could have done. See the photos below

5+ Stars - I cannot recommend Chris Ionita highly enough! He bent over backwards to ensure that my every concern was met with integrity and speed. Chris understands customer service in a way that few people do, anticipating your needs and exceeding your expectations. He is responsive, courteous, honest and driven to provide you with a great experience with an outstanding product. He even answered questions about my car post-purchase, because for him, the client experience does not end at point of sale. Couple weeks ago I went to service my car and in the Meanwhile I asked him to change my windshield wiper when I went to pick up my car the time I drove from that service to my home my windshield crack I called him they said come back we can look at it when I was there they said it’s a rock but I sent him a picture before the service there was no chip on my car Windchill they said it could be in the car wash so I said you guys did the car wash so you better fix my windshield but they refused to do that and they blame it on a rock chip and even when I talk to the manager was worse than the employee anyway I live close to the Arrowhead BMW so after like a month I need an oil change I called the BM to schedule oil change and they put a note that they can serve my car anymore there so I am really mad off all the teams there and I really don’t recommend it to anyone

I bring my cars here on a regular basis and have never had an issue till today. My phone is being fixed, so I was in need to make a phone call to find a part for my car. I asked the service desk lady and she said she could not help me…. I walked around the sales area and found a completely empty desk with a phone and proceeded to make a call to whom I needed. COLE the sales rep proceeded to walk up to me and say you can’t use that phone. I explained to him I spend thousands of dollars here all I need to do is make a phone call. He then stated “you can spend millions here we don’t care” you need to hang the phone up. I said how is it that no one here can assist me with making a phone call. I made a comment out of frustration saying “I bet if I was a white lady I would’ve been able to use the phone” keep in mind this was after 20 mins of getting no help so I had reached my patience level especially cause I was already on the phone finally…. COLE then told me to hang the phone up mid convo aggressively over and over not allowing me to finish my call saying “how do you not have a cell phone” I then asked for the supervisor of the location. I will say with no questions asked the supervisor apologized and allowed me to use his phone in his office which took 5 mins. The way I was treated by multiple employees was very unprofessional and showed ZERO customer service skills. I am a returning customer almost here every month it’s absurd that my problem had to be fixed at the highest level to make a 5 minute phone call.

Let me preface this by saying that my expectations around purchasing a car right now were low -- this is literally the worst time in history to purchase a car, and having test driven 29 cars before I made my purchase, I interacted with a LOT of dealerships during these unique market conditions and MANY dealerships were playing a lot of games to take advantage of the situation.I expected buying a car right now to be absolutely miserable as a result of this, but Arrowhead BMW (and David Nogales) made it a great experience. David was knowledgeable and professional, and my entire experience at the dealership was positive. No one was ever rude, pushy, or deceitful and there were no pressure tactics employed (and you may be surprised at how few dealerships I can say that about). They were able to beat the extremely competitive financing I had secured from my credit union, they helped me get both my rental car and the new car all the way back to Scottsdale, and the car I purchased was immaculately detailed when I took it home.Alexie, with the BMW Genius program, came all the way out to Scottsdale to show me all the ins and outs of my new car and that was a super valuable service (even for me, with this being my 3rd BMW).The market prices are all inflated right now and theres no getting around that, but I feel like I got a fair deal all things considered, and was able to give my business to a good dealership who did everything on the up and up. Id happily purchase from Arrowhead BMW again and honestly Im tempted to drive all the way out there to service my vehicle in the future because I just like them!

To say I am disappointed about how we were treated at this dealership is an understatement. We were lied to not once but twice when trying to purchase a vehicle. We test drove and worked out numbers to where we needed them and were ready to come in and pick up the car. We had to wait a few days (no problem) because our sales rep Steve was off. We were told that they would take the car off the lot and hold it for us. As we were about 30 minutes away from our agreed upon time to meet when Steve was back working, we got a call saying they sold the car. You didnt know the car was gone more than 30 minutes before we were on our way? We tried to be loyal to our sales rep and essentially that bit us in the butt. Lie and sketchy situation number one.Then, in an effort to correct their mistake, they offered us another model that supposedly just arrived with everything we wanted. We were literally on our way there to purchase and our sales rep texted and said it would be in service for a few days. OK, again we were willing to wait and just told him to let us know when it would be ready. Mind you, we were locked in, ready to buy. I wanted to come in to show my family a similar car we were looking at this evening and guess what... THEY SOLD THE OTHER CAR OUT FROM UNDER US....AGAIN!!! How do you sell a car that is supposedly not on the lot and in service waiting for another customer (us) to pick up?We will never work with this BMW dealership and I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. Steve was our sales rep and Michelle was the sales manager. Do not trust them. They will make promises they cant keep and customer service is zero.

ZERO STARS!!! I am not even sure where to start here... I purchased a pre-owned 2013 Volvo S60 on 07/13/2021. I took delivery of the vehicle and on my way home on the highway I felt as though the wheels were going to fall off the car. I took the car in the very next day and was told the vehicle had the incorrect wheel spacers on it and they would order the correct ones. A few days later the battery died on the car and was giving me a low battery indication. I contacted a few people there and got no response. A few days later the engine started making a horrible squeaking/squealing noise. I have finally taken the car in for service to get the wheel spacers installed and have the battery checked and engine noise looked at. I was told by service the vehicle in fact needs a new battery and a PCV box for the noise and it was going to cost over $800.00. I have not even owned this car a month and I couldnt drive it very much because I thought the wheels were going to fall off on the highway. I cant believe they would allow a car to leave the lot knowing it has incorrect wheel spacers that could lead to the wheels coming loose and falling off of the car. I also noticed that my car is still listed on their website still available for sale and as of today it has a lower price on the car then I paid for it. I would watch out for this dealership. I totally understand I purchased an older preowned vehicle, but as a customer they should be at least willing to take care of the battery considering I told them of the issue just days after making the purchase. I would recommend another Volvo dealership in the valley... this place is living up to the horrible reputation that Volvo Cars Phoenix had. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and post this to all of social media to keep people from dealing with my nightmare from this dealership group

Do not recommend this place at all! The service was horrible. Sales rep Michelle seems to be more concerned with commission than meeting customers needs and satisfaction. She had very poor customer service. I felt forced into a contract that I was not comfortable with at all. When asked to speak to Supervisor a POS by the name of Nathan Shwan represented himself as the owner. He was just as worse as the associate he hired. Did not try accommodate or even be more understanding and helpful in the situation. I walked out with a huge burden than walking in that place.Do NOT do business here. Money hunger associates and even worse “owner”. This is not how a professional business should be conducted

Update: Meau called me and apologized. Although the experience was not great, the sales guy was really good, and had the manager been a decent human being, we would have left happy customers. I believe this was a one time incident.Came here over the weekend with my wife to look at an X7. Cole Louderman was amazing. He was helpful, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. However, when we asked for the price, we were told that the sales manager had to compute the price for us. We waited and waited some more. Finally, the sales manager pops out of his office with a sheet of paper. We sat down, and he low balled us on the trade in, and refused to discount the car by even a dollar. Thats not why I was upset. I understand that there is a car shortage, and dealers can charge MSRP. However, it was his awful attitude, he was the typical slimy car sales manager that everyone hates. We took our business to BMW Scottsdale and got a better deal with much better service. Stay away.

This was my first experience with the Arrowhead BMW dealership in Glendale, Arizona, and will be my last.On Monday, March 29, 2021, I called Arrowhead BMW, and Joshua Brewer took my call as I was curious about what cars they had available matching my ideal model and payment. Joshua Brewer advised me that they could absolutely find me a car matching my payment and for me to come down to the dealership to check it out, and I drove right over after getting off of the phone. I got to the dealership and was greeted by Joshua Brewer the sales manager who turned out to be an actual sales guy. The websites employee register lists Joshua Brewer as a client-advisor (sales associate). Which could be out of date, but also could be a crude tactic for customers. Also, on the finance paperwork, Joshua Brewer is labeled as a sales manager. So, Im sure the conflicting information on both parts could be very confusing for anyone doing their homework before buying a car.I got to the dealership, and Joshua Brewer passed me off to Jeremiah Caughey for a test drive with the car they said was in my budget. I agreed I liked the car and wanted to move forward with numbers. I was asked what my terms were, payment, and mileage I needed to stay around. I gave them my numbers, and we moved forward. Great, no issues just yet. Although Jeremiah Caughey came back with the finance paper, it was entirely out of the range from what we all talked about. We went back and forth on numbers for about an hour and a half. After Jeremiah Caughey and I agreed on a payment that Joshua Brewer gave as the final number, which would finally work in my budget like I initially came in looking for. As I was about to sign papers and check out the car one more time, I was approached by Joshua Brewer, and he tells me, It looks like were not going to be able to make the deal work out now. I immediately left confused as I was falsely told information without reasoning after going back and forth for a good portion of my day.After reflecting on what had just happened, I had contacted Joshua Brewer to ask him why we agreed on the payment, and within minutes of me signing the final paperwork, why they couldnt make it work. Joshua Brewer proceeded to text me back and gave me a new number, and I accepted it. Immediately he said he would need to ask the GM now to see if that final number he just gave me would work. Since then, I have gotten no response back. I reached out two more times since then with one text and one call. I have still yet to receive a response.As one final attempt, my fiancé tried reaching out, and he also got no response. After some time, David Held and my fiancé finally connected. David was made aware of the situation in which he gently described actual numbers he came up with given the details and specs in which were entirely out of any range I was given. Thank you to David for responded and shedding light on the situation. This situation I experienced has not been the first time Joshua Brewer and Jeremiah Caughey have done this to customers.** Update 4/11/2021 - I was told I would be contacted by the GM of this BMW dealership last week to come to a resolution on the issue. I have still yet to receive communication from them.

So great to work with and stress free process. This dealership was recommended to us by a friend and we see why! We were able to book an appointment online and provide lots of information ahead of time. We showed up and were quickly greeted by friendly faces. Our salesman, James, had us outside and test driving in no time at all and helped us find some options that fit our parameters without pressuring or judging. The trade in process was fair and no back and forth with no haggeling really necessary be cause they were able to listen and meet what we were looking for in a new car and trade in. We are definitely happy with our purchase and we will definitely be bringing our business back.Covid note - everyone was wearing masks, there are ample opportunities to use sanitizer and there is more than enough space to allow for social distancing.

This experience is on the PARTS side of the dealership. Purchased two 2.5 gallon bottles of diesel exhaust fluid yesterday (weighs 30 lbs) and also a hat off the rack. I wasn’t offered a bag for the hat, I had to ask for it. Now I don’t expect you to carry the heavy box out for me to my car but it would be nice if the man that was working the front would’ve offered to at least open the doors for me (as a female, gestures like that go a long way). I expect top customer service from a BMW dealership. Just something to improve on with female customers, perhaps?

Dont go here for service. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, I noticed the door pin had dropped down and become disconnected from the mechanism that pops it up or down when you lock or unlock the vehicle. I pointed this out when I got in the car, and the service advisor just gave me a blank stare. So I left as I was already upset I had been waiting for them to jump the battery, because they left the lights on killing it. BMW had an auto on off feature, yet they failed to use and put it on the on setting. Anyway they seem to not take any responsibility for any damage they do and put the blame on you. In addition they brought it to me completely dirty after a rain storm, pathetic.

I turned in my BMW lease and purchased a vehicle from here. I was promised that the disposition fee for my lease would be paid. After purchasing the vehicle the disposition fee was not paid and the sales rep manager Joshua eventually stopped responding to my email. And Eddie from finance also was slow to respond to emails just to ask for copies of my contract. I would just be careful with any promises from the dealership and make sure its on the contract. Also dont expect any customer service after purchasing a vehicle. The car is great though.-After writing this review, Joshua contacted me and fulfilled the initial agreement where they would pay my disposition fee. I will add one more star.

I bought a 2020 Z4 on May 21 around 8 pm.. I traded in a 2020 Hyundai Sonata. When I brought it in the previous Wednesday (2 days before).,I was told that I would get a trade in of $27,500,+ $2,900 for taxes from Sales Manager Michelle S.When I was doing the paperwork for the BMW, Michelle Stalling only gave me $2700. I questioned it, & she said that they did not have the paperwork that they did on Wednesday,& that she said $2700. I went to finance & dealt with Nick Sweis. The car had 3300 miles on it. It was brought back to a BMW dealer.. WHY was it not a Certified car? I was never told anything about the warranty by my sales person. Nick told me that things like oil changes cost almost $250, tires - $600, etc.. The SCARE THE CUSTOMER TACTICK was put on. Now I could have bought a new Z4 for the same price as this one year old one was being offered.. $55,735. With the finance guy scaring me about high bills, the extended service contract & the maintenance contract was added on- which he said I can get refunded on both when I sell the car, which came to $8,911.00 plus interest. almost $10,000 more dollars to the cost of the car.I told him that my bank has car loans for 2.9% & I have a credit score of 825.. He said we will go through Alaska Credit (his personal credit company. WAS HE GETTING A KICKBACK EVERYTIME HE USES HIS?) which is at 4.9%.I take the car home & was getting in and out of it putting stuff in the glove box, & was in terrible pain the whole night. I have had 10 knee surgeries in the 6 years I have been living in AZ.. This car I would not be able to get in & out of..I texted both the sales man & finance guy around 6 am telling them I had to return the car. At 8 am, I was at the BMW dealer. They saw my softball sized knee, I wanted to cancel the contract, & get my car back. I knew darn well that no paperwork had been done due to the time, & it was not even 12 hours that the contract was written. There was a person who wanted the car coming in at 2, said my salesman, to buy it if it was still there he told me. I went up the ladder & finally the Operations Manager, Nathan Schwan, came to me in front on all the customers there, (and yes, they heard him) and said You are a liar. The only problem you are having is buyers remorse. I do NOT like being called a liar, especially when I told the men either give me my car, or I was willing to find a compatible convertible. The car was STILL online for sale. People were still asking to buy it.. my friend called on it, the salespeople were telling callers it was still for sale. I WANTED MY deposit & CAR BACK.. I spoke with three other BMW dealers to see if they wanted to buy the Z4. They said that the GM should have been nice & let the contract go, & given back my car. I know that there is no 3 day grace period in AZ, but I have bought three cars from Arrowhead, & it was not even 12 hours when I contacted them.I was told to call the bank that the car is to financed with. I called Alaska Credit Union (Nick Sweiss personal bank). They said that there have been no papers filed.I then called Arrowhead BMW & talked to the GM, Justin, who passed me to finance, Nick Sweis. I told him that I wanted my car back. He said NO. I told him I found a car that was $56k that would be better. (The Z4 was $55K.) AND I told him that I want my banks financing at 2.8% & would not need the extra $10k for an extended warrantee. He said fine, but now the Z4 took at 10K hit, and is only worth $40k for trade in.I went back to A. BMW because I needed a car, since they refused to give me my car back. They told me that since I got BMW N America and The AZ States Attorneys office involved, that I had to come in that day. They took back the Z4, gave me $27,000 and I bought a 430i convertible instead.Someone come out to show me how to program things, the person broke my wind screen. I was told they were going to order a new one.. I waited a month, & found out it was never ordered, & they refuse to send me a new one. Arrowhead refuses to take my calls. DO NOT BUY from them.

Upon scheduling a time to see the car in person I was introduced to Andrew Lausen. From this point forward I worked with Andrew. Andrew was friendly, professional and knew the product and services offered very well. There was no pressure sales and I only had to deal with Andrew when negotiating for the purchase of the vehicle. Andrew was easy to talk to and he listened to all my questions and concerns. When it was all said and done, I came home with a 2018 BMW 430i which was delivered by Andrew and a colleague that same night. Everyone I dealt with at BMW was friendly and ready to assist. I spoke with David Nogales about purchasing a vehicle that was advertised on their website. I then wasted my Sunday afternoon driving all the way in to the dealership to buy the car ( wasnt allowed to see the inside of the car) and after about 45 minutes of information Collecting, his boss said sorry, the car is not for sale. I dont get how a salesman doesnt know whats for sale and not on there lot and/or why they would make people waste there time. I was then shown more expensive vehicles that were ready to be sold, go figure. You guys need to improve your communication and stop wasting peoples time, or give Nogales a golden star for bait and switch.

I would give this dealer 0 stars if I could. Service dept. diagnosed a serpentine belt problem and repaired it, the noise persisted and when I returned said it was a valve cover problem at about 3 times the cost of the belt repair we asked for a return of original belt repair cost but after repeated calls the service manager still has not called us as he promised to do. service prices are outrageous go to a private bmw mechanic for half the cost. I did.

I will never not own a BMW because of the team at arrowhead. Best service I ever had with a car and these guys saved my life. I drove my bmw there to get my transmission checked. It was going to take some time so they issued me a courtesy BMW to use for the inspection. Tom helped me and he along with Paul and John found that the front axels of my car were about to fall off. There’s been a rental car shortage and they gave me more time with the courtesy car. I’ve never seen service as amazing as this, and I encourage you all to make your next purchase here. They truly care about the customers they are work with. As a skeptical and informed consumer, they respected my wishes to gather a lot of info over the phone and internet prior to driving 20 miles across town. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the team at Arrowhead BMW. About a month ago I stopped in to get my car serviced. I was casually watching the TV when Meau appeared and proceeded to start working with a client. The whole time I was thinking that he has really good rapport and seemed genuinely helpful and honest. I told myself that Id come back to visit in about a year to get a new car, the service experience had also been exceptional. When my car took another turn for the worse I decided to to pull the trigger and called Meau (Maurice). He was helpful, friendly, engaged and seemed to have my interest in mind. He picked up on queues and made my X3 experience to easy and stress free. He called back and few days later to check in on my car and even asked about my mom who I took with me to help me pick out the X3. I already feel like part of the Arrowhead Family and it will be nice to visit with Meau and Giuseppe in Finance who was also very sweet, when I come in for oil. I recently bought my 3rd BMW from out of state a 2018 M4. I was referred to Travis Prue in the Parts Dept for an additional key. He took great care of me so I asked if he could refer a good service advisor for me and he gave me John Cavanaughs name. Well fast forward about 2 weeks and I had a check engine light on the car. John got me right in and took great care of me. Not only was he quick to get me in and also got me a loaner but he stayed in touch with me EVERYDAY. He called with updates and fully explained everything they were working on. These cars are very complicated so to know every step of the way I was getting updates and if I ever had a question John was only a phone call away meant everything to me. I know cars in general and even BMWs break from time to time, I also they are very complex but to have such a great service department means the world to me when we spend that much money on a car. If you need anything for a BMW or need a new BMW Arrowhead BMW should be your only stop. I am a happy customer for life now!
