The service was good the price was OK. The gentleman who took care of me was very hard to understand because he mumbled and spoke very softly. Idk much about price by comparison, but these guys were awesome. Plus, free top offs. So like, if your engine has a small leak, might as well have them do it. Youll end up paying the same doing it yourself over time.

The service was very fast and friendly. The price for my oil change was inexpensive because they offered a coupons on their website for my service. I will use Take 5 Oil Change again for my oil changes and any other services they offer.

This place is a joke. I went here for an oil change and maybe one or two weeks later went to my mechanic to get a broken ball joint fixed. My mechanic, who is a very thorough guy, checked my oil and determined that Take 5 had not even changed my oil, which is the only thing I had them do. I was able to confirm this, because he showed me what oil was left and it was as black as can be. Employees at my time of service were lazy and slow. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service was great, they were quick fast and efficient they topped all my fluids and checked my tires they even offered me other options but I couldn’t except them at that time but I will be returning. My car even felt better driving it after the oil change. If you are looking for Quality this is the place to go.

Seemed like a nice staff but I was directed here for an emissions test - they DONT do emissions here.

Overpriced, I can see paying fifty dollars but when youre almost at one hundred dollars for an oil change that in my opinion is taking advantage of seniors, women and people who arent automotive savy. I suggest woodmans or a discount shop.

Basic oil change. A little expensive for a non fill service oil change. Also they do not offer emission testing.

I had an oil change there last week. Very professional and courteous gentlemen. This review is NOT about them. 4 days later my check engine light came on. Like anyone else I took it to the shop. The shop charged me $110 to tell me the reason my light came on was the oil cap was not properly. I asked for my $110 to be reimbursed, their mistake, and was denied. Im not mad they made a mistake. People make mistakes everyday. Im mad they refuse to remedy the issue professionally and appropriately. Will NEVER go back

Giving a 5-star review in spite of one trip to have my emissions testing done only to find out that the equipment was down that particular day. Then I came back and found out hey dont do testing every day of the week. However when I did go for a third try I was very impressed by the efficiency and courtesy. I will take my car there again when it needs an oil change.

For a crew of hood folk they did an alright job. I could barely understand what they were saying because they were speaking so ghetto but they Gave me a bottle of water, and even cleaned my windshield. Of course they tried to up-sale me on everything from wiper blades to oil filter but I luckily had a $15 off coupon from their website

The guys here seem to be knowledgeable. They just dont really engage with the customers as much as I would like. I came for a coolant flush. They asked me to get out, leave my keys and sit in the lounge area. When they were done they just billed me and I was on my way. They didnt explain what they did, how it works or if their was anything I would need to do or know. Didnt explain what I was looking at on the receipt or nothing. Just get in and get out. Lol

I went there for a emissions test they told me my cigarette lighter fuse was broken even though I literally just had the car checked out and fixed of its little issues. So I went home and checked them all out and they all worked perfectly. I then decided to go to a different emission center and my car passed in 2 minutes. Something is seriously wrong with there emission check system. Never going back here again bunch of shady morons.

Fast service, reasonable prices. These guys can do a lot of general car maintenance, but cant do much for larger repairs. They do emissions tests, and that is awesome. They will try to make up-sales to the service you want, but its pretty low pressure.

Pretty standard quick-lube with some additional services. No frills facility. They try all the typical upsells on filters, wipers, etc. Standard oil change comes with a vacuum clean, fluid top up, and tire pressure check.

Could have been a little faster

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. They proceeded to tell me I needed more and more things needed/updated. I then waited for over and hour and a half without any explanation. A man came in and said it would be another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later another man comes in to say it will be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Then Im told to come and pay and I get charged over $300! I shouldve just agreed to an oil change. I feel like they took advantage of someone who wasnt as knowledgable about cars. Then to finish things off my check engine light came on as I was driving to work not even a hour later. When I called to ask why they said they FORGOT to reset the light. I barely had time to get the oil change before work let alone go in a have them reset the light that they forgot to! I will not be going back.
