Came here for an oil change. Miguel was extremely friendly and efficient. I liked the screens right next to the drive in ports, so you can see exactly what’s going on. And it’s nice that you just stay in your car. It’s maybe slightly more expensive than some other oil change locations, but it includes a lot (tire pressure and fluid check) and the service is great. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a store of ninjas. I got my oil changed there the other day and realized that I wasnt just getting and oil change but they did a full inspection. The entire time, unbeknownst to me I was blissfully unaware of the fact that there was a person down below who was changing out my oil. I even asked the technician when they were gonna start the oil change. Only to be surprised to find a man waving and laughing down below. Super kind people, super fast service, and Ill most likely be coming back here again for any oil changes I have.

Very fast I’ve only had to wait about 20 minutes at most and everybody that works there is very friendly. The only reason I’m knocking it down a star is that $100 is pretty steep for an oil change.

I went in for a full service synthetic oil change on my car. I was able to have my power steering fluid flushed, my cabin air filter replaced, (I had no idea about it being in my car after all the oil changes I’ve paid for with Valvoline that I go to near my address) also they replaced radiator fluid! although all services I wanted service we’re not able to be serviced due to inventory. I will say, overall, I really loved the customer service from Brian he was very helpful Informative and I believe he was pretty honest about everything he told me! he gave great details on information and different avenues to take. I give him five stars thanks Brian you’re awesome! I didn’t get the other guys name who greeted me but he assisted with everything he was great too! 👍🏾 Everything was done quickly & convenient. My car sounded so much better and drives a lot smoother prior to pulling up for service I recommend this location very friendly staff very professional. 😁

I’ve gone here for many of my cars now. The price is very fair and you don’t have to leave your car. This particular location is always great, the staff is always double checking procedure and I always feel like I’ve been taken care of in a timely manner. Def worth going out of your way for this location in particular. I’m a car nut as well.

I went to get my oil changed the day before I began a road trip 1500 miles from California to Texas, and I informed the oil-change team I was leaving for Texas the next day.It seems they just could not get anything right. When checking my tires, they skipped the spare (which is mounted plain as day on the back of the truck) so if I needed it, it was 10 PSI under pressure (I asked them specifically to check the spare). They took my airbox apart to check the filter, and could not get it back together, handing me a bolt from the mount saying we cant get this back in. Then they could not find the oil filter (my truck has the tow package so it is in a remote position for extra oil cooling) and instead of asking me, they spent 10-15 minutes looking for it. Then, when they could not get the oil pan bolt back in (claimed it was stripped) they installed a bolt-saver (or whatever it is called). I asked if it would last until Texas, and they reassured me it would, no problem, and that these would easily last until my next oil change in 3,000 miles. It only lasted 900 of those miles. Two days later, about 600 miles outside Dallas at a hotel parking lot, I am greeted with a POOL of oil under my truck. Never in over 20 years have I had to add a drop of oil between changes. I had to buy a 5-quart jug at a parts store and add some every 100 miles until I reached Dallas.I went to the Valvoline Oil Change location in Dallas and was informed the temp plug was not put in correctly, and that they should not have put one in in the first place! Much to my relief, the Dallas Valvoline place fixed my oil pan, and not a drop under the truck since.Overall, a very disappointing experience with this location.

Always fast and professional service. Was very happy that one of the guys helping me out with my car actually informed me that they were able to fix/ replace one of my headlights bulb. I was unaware Valvoline provided that service (typical girl move?) but was a huge help and happily surprised 😊 Lastly, the guys helping me also adjusted ALL of my tires to the proper PSI, they were all over but they took care of it.

I went in for an oil change and during the service they filled up my wiper reservoir bottle with water that froze when I went up to the mountains. It expanded the bottle and it broke. I called them to resolve the issue and they will not take any responsibility. I feel that they are liable for my costs to replace the water bottle- it would not have broke if they put in the correct wiper solution in the bottle or at least ask me that the water solution freezes and could break my reservoir bottle if i went to freezing conditions- so they need to reimburse me if they ever want my business again -

I rarely leave reviews, but Valvoline Oil on Colorado is the best. Friendly customer service. Quick. Good coupons. I dont have to leave my car.Twenty minutes later and Im out with fresh oil, pumped tires, and knowledge that my brake lights are all functioning.Ive recommended it to all my local family and friends and they concur that it is the best experience theyve had at any oil change spot.Check em out.

My check engine light came in after my oil change. Had to take it to a mechanic To fix the issue which cost me $160 bucks. Valvoline didn’t install my air intake filter correctly. I talked to the manager who promised he would look at the tap and call me back but he never did. I will not be recommending valvoline to any friends or family’s. STAY Away.

I could not have been happier. Very good service from everyone there. If youre in a hurry let them do their job dont blame them for your inability to plan better. Lady in the next bay was rude to the workers. I was happy

Just got back from the Valvoline Shop on Colorado Blvd, best service ever. They checked all my lights, I knew one headlight was out as well as two break lights. They changed everything and I didnt even have to leave my car! I was out in less than 25 minutes.

These guys were great!! They gave me a run down of everything that was happening with my car in real time. From looking at my filters to letting me know about my breaks, which they dont do, but I know they need to be serviced now. This was my first time taking any car to this establishment and the experience was great. Totally recommend them!!

Price was reasonable for an oil change and surprisingly they were able to start on my car as soon as I pulled up. Took about half an hour. Staff was legit and friendly.

This place is like a drive through oil change. It’s nice you don’t have to get out of the car. They say it takes 15 minutes but it’s more like 25 for me even when I was helped immediately when I showed up. Which isn’t terrible but do keep that in mind in case you have somewhere to run to after. The one annoying thing is that during the time they work on your car, there’s one person constantly asking you questions and trying to sell you other packages. Like ok im just here for an oil change.

Id never been to a Valvoline before and ended up here because the other place I tried to go to was overwhelmed and seemed very short staffed. Im SO glad because these folks were super communicative, efficient, and really nice. I didnt feel pressure to buy anything extra and they checked a few things for me that werent part of the regular service. Ill be going back again for sure.

My wife brought her Lexus here to get an oil change. The service technician car went through the typical process of trying to sell additional services to my wife, such as changing the engine air filter and cabin air filter. My wife declined, but in the process of putting (more like JAMMING) back in the cabin filter, the service technician broke the fresh air/recirculate door where the cabin filter is secured. Since then, there has been an intermittent loud clicking sound in the area. My wife went back to complain and they offered her a reduced price oil change, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. If part of their model is to upsell a cabin air filter, they need to understand how to replace the cabin air filter properly without breaking it. Otherwise, dont even touch the cabin air filter. They should have offered to pay to fix the problem, but they didnt.

When it comes to fast service, no one in US will bit the speed of this company... Try it yourself and you will be shocked...

This company and it’s untrained employees have no regard for the safety of you or your vehicle. Along with a major lack of concern for safety they are all around unprofessional when speaking to women customers. When speaking to the manager it is clear that the bad behavior and poor safety practices is looked past.

The guys at Valvoline were very friendly and updated me on everything they were doing to the car. They brought water for me and my passenger and it only took 16 mins! Definitely getting all my oil changes done here!

I recently got an oil change from this location and they did not screw the filer in correctly. All of the oil spilled and leaked coating the engine, radiator, and other parts in oil. I was driving for about an hour before my car turned off. They said they would come and refill the oil levels and clean the inside of the car, but it took them 2 and a half hours to arrive. Needless to say I am not happy with their service and I do not recommend anyone going here.
