I have had acrylic nails for a good portion of my adult life. In that time, I have truly only found 2 people that will actually listen to how I like my nails. Jordan at Pinky Nails and Spa is one of those people. He did a really great job. In addition to listening, he asked me every step of the way if it was looking how I wanted it. This was my first time at this salon and I was so impressed. Listening to other clients interactions with other staff members, I have confidence that Id receive the same top notch service with anyone there. Additionally, I have NEVER been in a salon with such an extensive selection of gel and dip color options! That is an added bonus.

If you are thinking about trying this place out, here is your sign! I was in the market for a new nail salon so I decided to give this place a shot. I cannot express enough how impressed I was! The salon is super clean, welcoming, and everyone there seems to be so nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Anthony and Trang. They are both incredible people and are great at what they do! I personally got a pedicure from Trang while my great grandmother got a pedicure from Anthony. In her 86 years of life, my great grandmother has NEVER gotten a pedicure before and Anthony was so very kind to her, constantly checking on her comfort. We will both definitely be back. ✨

The management is the best Ive seen since I have been getting my nails done! These places include Texas, Mississippi, Hawaii, DC, Florida and Missouri. They completely stand behind their work and if there are any issues they make sure its taken care of. I had been to 3 different salons in the N Peoria had issues at all 3(polish coming off, filing to short and cutting me) before finding Pinkys Nail and Spa (2) 7507 W Rose Garden Lane in Glendale and now I wont go anywhere else!!

First timer in for a pedicure. Immediately noticed stylish, chic, decor. Attention to detail in furniture, styling and comfort. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. My pedicure was done with care and meticulous detail. Will definitely be back again !!!

I have never felt comfortable going to a nail salon but pinky nails has changed that for me! I have went 2 times and had a great experience both times! They have a timer that goes off for the exact amount of time you get massaged. They talk to you and are really polite. Everything is organized and structured as soon as you walk in. There is a person always at the front desk that checks you in and takes care of you until you meet your technician. Its spa like! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

They have done a great job every time Ive gone there. Definitely found my go to nail salon. The manager is always kind, polite and professional. Every nail tech Ive had has been great.

My husband and I were looking for a place to get pedicures close to home and Pinky Nails and Spa came up. We decided to give them a try since they were so close and weren’t disappointed at all. Everyone one was extremely nice, welcoming, and friendly. It was my husband’s first time ever getting a pedicure and they made the experience amazing!! Highly recommend them and we will definitely be regulars!!

Ever since I moved from LA it was very hard to find a place in Arizona that did a good manicure and pedicure. I tried so many places, then I stumbled on this location and I am SO HAPPY I did. They were so nice and friendly. The quality of their work is amazing. They took their time to do the work right and also took the time to ask me what I wanted and checked up on me throughout the process to see if I liked it or needed to change something. I am very satisfied and most definitely will be coming back!

Please use warm water to soften cuticles. I was given cold bowl of water and left for ten mins. My cuticles were not soft and the tech ripped/ cut me cuticle off and filed my cuticles with a nail board. I do not think this is normal practice, my technician may need further training or was in training. She was very sweet.I have posted photos. My left pinky was cut and bleeding. All my nails appear as if they were done three days ago, not three hours ago.The gentleman at the front was very nice and apologetic. Thank you for your care and listening.

Exceptional customer service! And that’s not really expected at a nail salon! I took my husband for his first pedicure and Jean was really good with him. Both of ladies were wonderful! We appreciated the attentiveness and will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this salon since it has opened and have used multiple techs and they are all amazing, kind, and professional. I experienced a family today who came in and was absolutely rude to the workers, making assumptions that they weren’t being understood, and even after the workers were mistreated they all upheld a tremendous level of customer service. Be kind, people, and come to this salon! Lots of color options, clean, and again, a spectacular level of service.

A wonderful nail salon! Always clean. Everyone is extremely nice. My nails look great and last without breaking. If you show them a picture of how you want your nails, they will make it happen!

Anna provided the finest and most meticulous mani pedi Ive received. Reminder to fellow patrons, etiquette (and common sense):Talking on the phone is a pretty obvious no-no in an environment thats supposed to be relaxing. If you have to make a call, keep it brief and use a low speaking volume. Everyone is paying to be there and deserves a peaceful time, just like you.

I really enjoy coming here. I moved here in September and I’ve been trying to find the perfect nail salon, and I did! Pinky’s! Everyone is always so nice and patient. Andre does great with acrylics. I won’t be going anywhere else! :)

Fantastic service. I came in with my daughter on whim. I was greeted with a warm welcome and helped immediately. Kim and her husband are the kindest people. I have found my new favorite nail salon! Kim was very professional and thorough, even though it was close to closing time, they took their time and my manicure shows! I will be going back in a few days for a pedicure with my husband.

I must say that as soon as I walked into this place I thought I was in a movie. It was so beautiful that i felt a little underdressed but Kim assured me that I was fine and that what I had on was completely normal. The service was quick and perfect. I love love love that they have a rewards program. I am a disabled Purple Heart USAF veteran and I take pride in my honesty. I wanted to let everyone know that I felt so relaxed at this place that I want to continue to go back for as long as Im able to. Their list of services is pretty extensive and they even have a kids menu of services as well. I would never steer anyone wrong. If theres a place to try in 2021, this would be one of those places to try.

Birthday treat for my mom also First timers here & we enjoyed it but the only downside was we werent informed to sign up to a rewards card as it was our first time there. As i finished paying, i saw a sign saying 20% off if its your birthday. Told the cashier i didnt see this rewards program & it was my mothers bday but he helped me sign up & told me “well next time”...whats next time ? Next year?

Pinky is a great place to come relax for a bit and have a good chat! All of the staff are friendly and social bees. I had never gotten a pedicure before and I felt comfortable my entire time here.

The lady did a horrible job on my nails they were uneven and crooked as well as to thick. She also used a color I did not ask for and it took forever.
