True Nails has never disappointed me! Been the only nail spot I go to for the past year and for good reason. Kim is super nice and greets everyone by name (if she knows you) and makes sure you know they havent forgotten about you. Make an appointment! Theyre always busy with walk ins!!!

This place was busy and for good reason. I had an appointment, which ran a little behind. Yet, once I was in the chair, feet soaking, it didnt matter. Rose performed a Hawaiian Pedicure for me. She took care of my ingrown nail, painlessly. I was very pressed with the time she took to perfectly polish my nails. I think I found my new place!

Went in with an idea came out with the best set ive ever had ❤ Joe did such an awesome job and Rose did the best pedicure ive had on my chipped toenail and made it look like it was never chipped 10/10

I love this place. They can get really busy on weekends but so worth the wait. The people are very nice and friendly. They really have great rapport with everyone that comes to the shop. Its was really nice to see that they value their customers. The place was clean and would recommend any one wanting their naild and toes to go here.

Had a regular manicure with clear nail polish. I had previously had a powered nail manicure, elsewhere, which I didnt like. True Nails did a good job removing the powered polish & color.

I called for a walk in saying i will be there in about 20 minutes, the man said okay that’s fine come in. i came in 23 minutes later, he told me i took too long and that he won’t take me. i asked for a gel manicure and he took a look at my nails and proceeded to argue with me that these weren’t my real nails and then practically rip them off to “test them” and then continued to argue with me that i need to learn that it’s called a refill.

I walked out with brand new feet and legs!!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and relax. I have frequented several salons in which the staff constantly engaged in cross talk. . . not here. I was able to relax in peace as Rose soothed away the tension while massaging my legs and feet. I actually said ahhh because her massage felt so good.The price for the happy pedicure was rather inexpensive for the service performed. In the city I recently relocated from, I would have paid more and received less.They also made sure everyone, guest and staff, followed strict sanitation protocols.

This company deserves zero stars!!! When we walked in, the lady in the front was so rude. Asked what do you want. My daughter had called before to complain about her nails. They looked terrible and didnt come out like they should. She told them she would be in at two but now the lady says they cant and she has to come back tomorrow. This was a gift to my daughter and I was so upset! She was leaving town and wanted a good job in the first place. I would not recommend them to my family or friends!!!

I really like this place. Everyone who has helped me does a really good job and they all give nice deep massages. Ana has been my go to girl the last few times and she is just really good. I recommend the $30 pedicure that includes hot stone massage, sugar scrub, and menthol mask. I appreciate all of your hard work!! Keep it up

I regularly get mani/pedi/fills in Tucson so I needed to find a salon here. I just got fills, reshape (because the previous salon had them shaped pretty bad) and gel french. I love this place. Kathy took her time which I appreciate, my nails needed extra TLC. Great communication, great hygiene, friendly staff, ALOT of gel colors. Yay, Im so happy to have found this nail salon!

They were very nice I thought my nails looked good until I got home and saw them in the light spent $42 for acrylic nails the shape is thick and too wide and the ombre looks awful in the light.

I had a very lovely experience. It was my very first time after getting passed it many times on my own way to work. I choose to check it ] since my own go to place tends to be about 30 minutes and it’d be nicer to locate a closer place. The atmosphere at this salon was so clean and relaxing, which is vital to me. Overall, the experience exactly was what I thought for and I really plan to try their nails services in future. I’d recommend this nails salon to local community definitely!

Best place in glendale to get your nails done or get a pedicure. Be aware, unless you come right when they open-this place is ALWAYS busy. Make an appointment or show up right at 9 am if you don’t want to wait. Especially if there are multiple people in your party.The prices are fair. The technicians take their time, and my gel manicures last longer than anywhere else I’ve been.The pedicures are great! My favorite is the Hawaiian one.

I usually travel all the way to tempe to get my nails done...but no i tried a nail shop closer to my house...nice people great customer service & my nails WERE nice up until 2 days ago ...the acrylic is so thin...my right middle finger broke first .. then my thumb & index same hand same day....picture on left is when i got them done first (july 1st) vs today (july 11th) i’m so irritated i paid 175 hands & feet

FINALLY a FRIENDLY place to get my nails done. Price was a little bit higher than most but I think $18 for a fill is still very reasonable.I went at 1:30 and got right in the chair. They actually spoke, got to know me, and joked around. IMAGINE THAT! Some of the other places need to take note.Great job!!! :)

We were in Scottsdale on vacation and wanted to relax and get a pedicure and manicure. After trying to get appointments in Scottsdale with no success we noticed the high google ratings at Tru Nails and decided to drive to Glendale and give this place a try. We were so happy with the care and attention given to us by Cindy and Rose. They took their time and did a great job. We have had pedicures all over the country and this is by far the best we have ever had.

I started going here after moving to the area. I was fortunate to have Van do my manicure. She is so precise and detail oriented. Went back for fill and was again very pleased with her professionalism. I went to a salon in Surprise for 10 years, so switching was difficult. So happy to say I couldnt be more pleased that I found this wonderful nail salon and Van.

I love this place. It has been my go to for years. Im sad that I moved because they do the best nails. Their prices are reasonable and service is always great. I’ve had lots of problem finding out a constantly decent nail salon. This salon matched and shaped the broken nails I’d perfectly. They made the nails natural looking and thin. Great shaping on toenails as well. Overall service quality have been wonderful.

This is my go to spot for pedicures. They do a really great job making sure you are comfortable and massaging you the way you want. My feet (and body) always feel so refreshed after a visit here. I would highly recommend trying this place out

I had a very long work week so this was much needed! She did an amazing job and was very sweet. I let her know if how ticklish I was and she was soft on the most sensitive spots so I wasnt jumping out of my chair.

After being stood up by my nail tech at another salon in Glendale, I came home and called True nails. Kathy was able to get me right in. The salon was clean. The employees were very kind and extremely friendly. Kathy was attentive to me, and was able to make the customers who were coming in for appointment feel welcomed at the same time.I feel fortunatey to have had the bad experience at the other salon, because I found Kathys salon instead. I went in with my girlfriend to get my nails done. The workers there were extremely nice but the quality of the nails was poor. they looked great right after i got them done and when I looked at them the next day they started lifting. (about 5 of them) then two days after that they started growing out. Like I said the people were so sweet and the prices were great. But I would recommend spending more for better quality.

My daughters and I went in to get pedicures and they said they werent busy we walked in and there were not enough technicians to help us so they sent us to the back of the room and didnt tell us it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait so we went over to Fresh nails!

New to Arizona so I find this nail shop and the first time it seems really nice. The second time I go back they had someone new as usual. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure and I brought a girlfriend. As always there always trying to upsell so they can make more money. I asked for coffin nails and she apparently didnt know how to do coffin nails I set there for two hours and $95 later while she played with my nails and piss me off. Just say you dont know how to do the nails and Ill get someone else. Then she asked for tip. Is there any other nail shops that anyone know of (not to be racial) but that are not of Asian descent? If you can speak English why do you continue to talk in Korean? Really annoying!!

Cathy and Joe have a great team. When I can I prefer to go to this salon. It’s clean and the lady’s are all very friendly. So many times I want to get mani/pedi on a Sunday but wait for True nails to be open. It’s nice to see the same friendly faces year after year still working for the same salon.
