Nice place but I spent $118 dollars on my nails, and me and my daughter’s pedicure. And three days later a few of my acrylic nails fell off, which I paid $50 for on a full set. I called when I got back from vacation, and was told to come in, so when I came in I was told they couldn’t do nothing for me.

Ive been coming here on and off for the last three years, and their service is always excellent. I love sitting at the nail bar and chatting with other customers and the nail techs. Everyone is so nice, they do lovely work, and everything is super clean. 💕

Ive only gotten manicures twice in my life, this was the 3rd time. I stopped by here based on all the positive reviews because I was getting married the next day and wanted the best. I was not disappointed, I was originally going to just get white tip nails but was recommended the more natural looking nails. I also received a pedicure. This place takes walk ins which was convenient for me. My only issue was that the person doing my nails had to keep running around attending new customers and handling transactions so it took a bit longer to get them done.

I had a full set done and my thumb nail fell off just two days later. The tech kept looking away as he was drilling at my nails and cut into my middle finger and now I have a raw spot in the middle of my nail. Staff was very nice, which is what got them their two stars. Two days worth of nail wear was not worth the $55 I paid

Nail acrylic supplies they used are cheap 3 nails broke off the next day I went following day to get fix the girl in front was rude and said long nails long nails they break easy no miss they don’t it’s the quality or supplies ans how thin they do them it was so packed so I left went back the next day not busy at all they made me wait on purpose to fix my 3 nails I will not be coming back here way overpriced for the junk job they do.

Wendy and Tina are awesome. They took me in for Gel mani and pedicure towards closing. Great atmosphere, clean, friendly. So glad I stopped in today!

They made me feel like a king, the way they pampered me. The young lady that did my pedicure and manicure, took her time which truly deserved a nice tip at the end. Thank you, Nails by Andy!😉

Was introduced to Nails by Andy by a friend, and Im so happy she did. The salon inside is beautiful, all of their equipment is brand new. The nail techs are friendly, professional, and talented. Theyre prices are a bit on the higher end, but for the experience and quality I think its reasonable. They offer a great selection of colors, and services. Theyre pedis are the best!

Stopped in just to get a healthy manicure for $20 which should take maybe a half an hour. took an hour and a half because the check didnt clean off the nails well enough and the Polish wouldnt stick most of that time was me drying under a fan in her reapplying. Finally left when she said they were dry which they were not got in my vehicle in the whole layers of them came off. Wasted my time in money. She should have taken the time to clean them and if they still didnt drive she should have stripped him and redone it. I do not recommend this facility.

I went to them allot before the Corona. My first time back for a full set of acrylics was almost 3 weeks ago. ($50 bucks now) Im so disappointed. I went to Monica and they were ok. She was so busy helping everyone else and up and about allot. When she was done they looked ok. Not too straight and they looked like they were pointed upwards. Its weird Ive never seen that before. I didnt say anything because I was there so long already I didnt have time to be there longer. After a week they looked bad and my thumb was lifting. I decided to try one more time. I went in for a fill and explained go Lee that my thumb is lifting and it felt like others were going to lift. I told him I was disappointed but he said nothing just business as usual. They looked allot better after. He only had to replace my thumb. ($35 bucks) So after spending $85 bucks in the first 2 weeks I thought ok we worked the kinks out and now itll be fine. Nope I was right at the week point and my pinky is lifting. I go in and talk to Monica. I tell her the whole story. She doesnt say sorry she doesnt even really care. All she said is that they are too busy for a fix, but shell glue it and I can come back for a fix. What? I dont know if they changed the way they do things, buy now they charge more and what they are doing is not working so their customers are having to come back more often. Back to square one of finding a nail place.

I went to this establishment on May 17th 2019 and this is the result of a lazy technician who didn’t apply my nails correctly. I like my nails long due to me not having to type in my current profession. I’ve always liked long nails on me so I have a understanding how to take care of them . When she was finished I paid cash and even left a good tip (5) I will not be returning because the two nails started lifting at the cuticle not even a full week of me wearing then which is painful. I went back to get them fix the owner fixed them for FREE as they should . Now it’s May 31st 2019 and this is a result of bad business. I will never return here awful nails . I would give 0 stars if available.

Polished peeled within two days... called guy was rude. Offered to fix them but the quality of them isn’t good I want my money back but he said they don’t do refunds...

I arrived within 5 min of them closing and they were willing to take care of me. They are always very professional and quick to attend to me.

Loan is the best! Great atmosphere! On the down side, Ive been disappointed by some of their techs, reusing gloves, and just not having the skills to do beautiful designs.

My daughter and I went and each got a pedicure. They were wonderful. We will definitely go back!

Rude Workers! Customer service was bad if I’d rate them 0 I totally would. They didn’t even do my nails how I asked and she denied to fix my nails due to having “short nails” it wasn’t fixable. I Will never come back to this place!

My daughters and I waited about 2 hrs which was fine.. they got what they asked for and I got not even close.. I feel they were rushing... I had to fix my nails at home.. Im not a Karen so I just paid and left but we spent almost 5 hrs there and it wasnt worth it to me.. Ill be going back to my other place next time..

Not good. My pedicure lady was awesome! But the guy who did my manicure did not listen to anything I wanted. Just did his own thing, AND put stickers on my nails instead of a hand drawn flower. They were put on sloppy and just look awful. If you dont know how to do it thats okay, just tell me someone else will do it. Wont be going back.

This is our 3rd year coming here and our 3rd great experience! We come to Arizona once a year on vacation from Texas and always go to Nails by Andy for our girls day out for mani/pedi s. We are always so pleased with the great service and attention we get when we come here, we always leave feeling pampered!

Courteous, friendly and great atmosphere. Told us it may 45 minutes waiting time, when we called, recommended we registered over the phone. Got there in 20 minutes and took us within 10 minutes of arrival. Best manicure Ive had in a while. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going here for several years. In that time, they have remodeled, purchased new chairs and equipment and elevated their service to another level. Very sweet staff and fair prices.

My wife and I went into the salon to get our pedicures.. every time we come we select the high end services so they know our faces. Today’s experience was unacceptable. The woman that was doing my pedicure squeezed the sugar scrub onto her hand and ended up dropping it onto the floor. She left it on the floor but 5 minutes later ended up slickly scooping it up and put it on my leg. After I confronted her she tried cleaning it off my leg and opening a new pack but I was disgusted because everything going around with corona virus I refused services.

The people who work here are all very kind, professional, and accommodating. Atmospherically, the salon is clean, bright, and welcoming. There is always soft music playing and a funny show (silent, with captions) on the television so you can stay entertained while you get your nails done.I see some folks complaining about wait times but I have never had that problem. I think as long as you are patient and calm, the wait times are no issue.In short- go here! You will not be disappointed.

And was very disappointed. I sat and waited in the lobby while I saw one person after another come in after me get taken care of before me and they kept saying they were going to take me back pretty soon but I ended up waiting there a good two hours before they decided they would take me back. They were more interested in doing pedicures than they were nails or both together. So I wasnt a priority I felt like it was all about the money and not about the service. The sad thing is is I tip really good!

I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be sat down and started on my nails, the tools are sanitary and the staff is friendly and willing to accommodate any request for your nails. Ive been to a lot of nail salons but this was by far a sad experience. Its my birthday weekend and I wanted to treat myself to getting my nails done. Unfortunately Tempe was too far a drive and the other girl I go to is not opening up quite yet. So I settled for this salon based on the google reviews.I walked in, and was already greeted rudely by the girl at the front. I didnt have to wait very long but I already felt uneasy. The salon is nice-its big, has blue led lights on the ceiling, beautiful sinks, and it was busy from what I saw. An elderly couple came in for two pedicures and sat next to me. I look towards the counter and see a male asking the front desk lady what work the fat girl wanted done as they both looked in my general direction in Vietnamese. The sad thing is I dont think they realized I was a Vietnamese myself. Talk about a downer to a birthday weekend.I dismissed it, and let him do my set as I really needed them done and I drove a bit to get to this location. He did a pretty good job (I requested a French ombré with tips on) although I think theyre still too long-but thats on me. Beyond that, I can feel the arrogance seep through this guy. He finished, I paid, tipped him while saying thank you in Vietnamese and got the heck out of there. I felt...ashamed.Was the job good? Sure, $50 for a full set and French ombré. Not a bad price.Was it the best set I ever had? Nope.Did I have a nice time? No.Will I be coming back or recommending this place to anyone? Nah, fam.I suggest this business speak kindly no matter what language theyre speaking in. You never know when someone comes in and understands what youre saying.

Love this place, have got my nails and toes done multiple times. I’m pretty picky because I normally get gems and designs or just something extra lol but even when I get simple stuff I love it. They’ll always fix anything you don’t like, my favorite techs are Trinity (she does really good designs) Kenny, (he makes my stiletto nails sharp and super even) and Lisa who has only done my nails twice but makes sure my polish is perfect and of course Andy lol. I always try to sit in one of their chairs. I’m sure the other techs are great as well but these are my regulars. I would definitely recommend. Pricing just depends on how you look at how important your nails are. 😁

Sent my daughter to get her nails done here for the 1st time. I was hoping to find a good place to take her into regularly but it’s def not here! Her cuticles were scraped so carelessly she has cuts all over her fingers! Not only were they not gentle they also didn’t do a good job laying the acrylic on her nails. They look over a week grown out on day 1 !!!! I’m so disappointed and confused. Will be looking elsewhere our nail services!

Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back. My feet are super sensitive but they feel like heaven during my pedi. My mani is always spot on and I get to try all different crazy colors. My cousin has been coming here for years and I finally joined in. Im in love. Staff is great and sets high expectations in both customer satisfaction and quality.

Recently discovered and so far I love it. Clean, fast and quality. They dont try and push anything additional, only make suggestions. Tried dipping powder on their suggestion because my nails kept peeling from a gel manicure. My nails havent looked this good for so long in a year. On my second visit for a pedicure and hoping I love it as much as I did my nails.

Andys is a good place for walk nail service. The salon is newly remodeled & relaxing. Techs are friendly, but unfortunately English is not most of their first language. This can makes it difficult for follow through of special requests you may have for design, methods, etc. Other than that, this is a GREAT nail salon and you get what you pay for while enjoying the pretty salon.

Ive been going here for years. Great techs, offer A lot of services, more gel colors than Ive ever seen in my life, beautiful work And fantastic massages. Very clean and relaxing environment.

I had a great experience and the staff was great. I gave it four stars for some issues with technique: the manicurist only did one layer of the chrome powder and you could still see the base color and missed a spot that she saw and did not correct, she did not paint the free edge, and lastly she drilled away the edges after she was completely finished which made the edges look messy because of the chrome powder and revealed the black underneath at those edges. They still look good and I did tip her but it couldve been better. Maybe next time I will come back and just get a regular gel manicure instead of the chrome kind.

Best pedicure Ive received. I picked happy feet and so did my mother in law the #4. Call ahead do you dont have to wait because they are popular since they do a good job. Quality salon, music and television programs they choose need to be reevaluated. Every time I go I am falling asleep because of the music. I want to be in a relaxing environment, however I dont want to fall asleep. That would be about my only issue with this salon.

They used to be really good. I feel judged and rushed. Half the time I have to have something redone or redo it myself because I was rushed out and didnt dry.8/4/19: I had my gels done just over a month ago and aside from the ones I picked off (my bad habit) none of my nails have broken, they have grown out long & strong & not a single bit of the gel has come up on one of my hands. I even scrubbed pots & pans w a metal brush and they are still beautiful. I still feel judged and rushed but only place in the valley that does a decent job for a decent rate that will last.

This place is always way to busy. The technicians always risk through and my nails never turned out right. When you try to request they fix something before their done they act like Im bothering them. I tried then 4 times. I liked my nails once but the crouds and attitude when I walked in was unecessary making the wait unbearable. A 45 minute wait for mediocre nails

Courteous, fast but takes a while for them to collect payment. Leaving waiting up front. As only one collects money and she is often doing nails. Otherwise good work
