First time here and it was enjoyable. The music was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. Everyone seemed nice but most were quiet. There is one employee that was louder than most, but he was funny. I wish the foot massage was better and longer than it was, I thought they offered different pedicure options, but wasnt given any. As I left to pay I did notice a paper on the counter that might have been a list of services and prices, but since this was my first time here, I wouldnt know to look there, as other places I have been to, handed me a menu of services to choose from. I almost gave my visit 4 stars, but the last person I talked to, who checked me out and I paid was a little rude. There is a small sign at the register that states they only take cash tips, but again, I made her aware that I didnt know this as it was my first time, and then came the attitude. Im not positive if I will come again, maybe Ill try and see if the second time will be better. 🤷‍♀️

The two times I have been here the service has been very fast. They take you in quickly because they have a lot of employees. I enjoy the view at this salon. Its very pretty. They are very clean too. Their instruments are always bagged before they use them on you and they have myriads of color selections for polishes. I have tried two different ladies at the salon and they both did a good job! I have made this my new nail salon .

My go-to nail place. I need to get better about making appointments (then I could ensure I get someone I know I like their skills), but even walking in Im not usually disappointed. Wait is not usually bad for walking in either, except if you try to go the day before a holiday or something.

John is the owner, who says Happy Birthday each time you leave. It’s pretty awesome. John runs one of the best Nail Salons in AZ, but I admit there is a wait. Is it worth it though, ohhhhhh you bet it is. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Alice. She copied the picture in detail and made it appear like she did magic. Found my nail salon. Good experience, love my nails 💅 tech was very nice not very talkative but I dont mind that, she was patient with me as I was a little indecisive on the color/colors and design I wanted. But this is the second best set Ive ever had! I didnt have to watch her like a hawk to be sure they were done right/ no corrections from me or anything! Thanks Diva Nails!

I wanted to like this place so bad! My sister highly recommended it and it has amazing reviews on google. I’m starting to think it’s because they request certain nail techs. The first time I went, I got dip powder and my nails started having cracks within the next day! Once the cracks appeared, it was a matter of hours before the pieces would fall off. I paid so much for that to happen so quickly.. that’s also to add in, they aren’t cheap. So I wanted to go once more before leaving a review and never returning. I went today to get a full set and I thought going 40min after they opened would help my chances of getting there when it’s slow but I arrived to zero parking and I had to wait a while for my full set. I didn’t make an appointment so with this place, I highly recommend you make an appointment. They get extremely busy! My pedicure was perfect today, Cindy did an amazing job and I kept hearing people asking for her so I’d go to her if you do want to try going here. As for my full set, I am so disappointed. I asked for round nails and I think they struggle with that shape because only one of my nails was actually round, the rest were kind of pointy. The lengths were also SO different. Some nails are really long, some are short. Some are pointy, some are round. There are also bubbles in my nails that I noticed once I got into natural light. I asked for design l, two little flowers and they’re cute but they don’t look well done... I am so disappointed because I spent $82 and my nails don’t look good. I wanted to love this place. The owner is so kind and hilarious but I’m just not confident in returning after back to back issues.

So very clean! Masks worn by everyone. Technicians wear gloves and masks properly. Hand sanitizer available.You’re asked to wash your hands upon entering the salon. They bring the nail colors to you.For our group, we had 3 chairs together. But, if you’re by yourself, they skip a chair and now you’re easily 6ft apart from the stranger.I also observed them cleaning in between clients - wiping down the chair and replacing with new items.Already booked my next appointment!

TIMELY NO! Dont go here unless you have HOURS TO WASTE! Ill NEVER go back. I went to Diva nails on a recommendation from a friend. My first nail experience with John went well so I booked a 2nd appointment with John for 4 weeks out. That morning I called Diva Nails to reconfirm my appointment and John answered the phone. He said YES I was on the books with him at 5:30. This is where it goes to hell.... After a 2 1/2-3 hours at the salon which is RIDICULOUS 1.) John DID NOT do my nails, 2.) I did not get the nail art I booked, 3.) while waiting & waiting for my nail fill after my pedicure was done, John shouted over, Could come back the next day! Really? I reminded him that I talked with him in that morning and my nail appointment with him was well over an hour ago. I watched 5-6 other clients go ahead of me. I finally left the salon well after 7:30 PM . Good thing I had a late night flight to catch. Luckily, Ive found a great nail salon in Surprise that uses a SHEDULE and honors their customers APPOINTMENTS! Dont waste your valuable time with Diva Nails.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend it!Its so beautiful inside! Super clean! Alex did my nails and WOW! They are perfect! She took her time and they are smooth they look natural. Super thin non of that excess acrylic powder! I love my nails! My pedicure was a magical experience! The chairs are so comfortable and very plush! They have actual liners for the chair and they disinfect it before putting the new liner on! They have so many colors both gel and regular and powder to chose from!You know change is good and I am beyond happy with my change!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE! YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Love love love this place. Their work is impeccable. I am new to this place and Ive had my 1st fill. I went 3 weeks without any lifting or breaking. Im a mother of 3 and a hair dresser so my hands are constantly in water. John does my nails and B does my pedicures.

Jon is funny great place, I’ve been going since Feb. They are professional and clean .My new place 4 months later. Mind you I get my nails done every week and they are great all the time 😀

The ambient was fun but dont think Im going back. The lady who did my manicure over cut my cuticles 3 times, making my nails bleed. Once I said to stop she insisted on continuing the manicure and I had to get up mid manicure and walk out. Pictures are after washing my hands but you can see where the cuts are.

I gave this place a try again because its convenient to me. Awful service and super pricey. The lady checking in was rude and did my nails because the other tech didn’t know how. Apparently they don’t know how to do dip nails well. The two times I got the dip done here they look awful. The lady took almost 3 hours to finish. She kept leaving me instead of having someone else do them or say they don’t know how to do dip nails. The pedicure was expensive for poorly done. Will not be going back. Zero stars.

The receptionist said they didn’t have any appointments available for 2 broken nails andI they are staffed with 13 nail techs. She was rude and abrasive. The will never go back there.

Had been going to the same nail salon for 17 years, was no longer completely satisfied with their work. So thought Id try somewhere new. They were busy when I walked in but they had me in a chair within 5 minutes. Also got my eyebrows down. Definitely happy. Got my nails done for my graduation and the price was reasonable.

I absolutely love Diva Nails and the whole staff. I have been coming here for over 10 years and from the start, they make you feel like family. Everyone is super friendly and my nails are always on point. I have tried other places but they’re never up to the standard I have and Diva Nails gets there every time. It’s also always clean and organized in there and everyone follows COVID regulations.

Got my nails done here for the first time. It was Pain free, great conversation and only took 45 mins for a full set. Twin did an amazing job, and is very nice! I have never had my nails done so perfectly and quickly, very happy to become a regular customer here :) highly recommend!

I wouldnt say I hated it. But I dont feel I got what I paid for. I asked for the Individual lashes, only to come home & realized she used both (individual & clump). Plus they started falling off after 3 days. I take care of my lashes, Ive had them done before there & I loved them. I dont know what happened. 🙁

My friend and I were on the look for a nail salon she could go to since she just moved to the Glendale area. After some time looking at reviews for various salons in the area we settled on Diva Nails and it was the best decision we’ve made in awhile. The salon was incredibly clean with tasteful decor and exceptionally wonderful staff. The same woman did both my manicure and pedicure and was really great about taking her time, asking questions, and being careful with a cut on my finger and cutting out an ingrown toenail on my foot. I was very happy with this experience and will be making my friend take me back here when I come to visit.

YAYUHHHH! Go. Just GO. I had an appointment w John as a 1ST TIMER on Saturday. I’m so picky and have yet to find a good salon other than my usual that’s closed because of COVID. Trust when I say I tried. 4 other salons and No. I got my appointment time wrong and John got me in early anyway. Shape was on point. Ombré was on point. Price was great at $73 for a long set AND brows waxed. The lady right behind John hooked my brows up and I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name but she was sweet. I didn’t even plan on my brows but after seeing how close ALL of the customers were w the staff and how good everyone’s confidence in them was it rubbed off on me!
