Overpriced with poor quality! The nail tech was nice at first but the service was horrible! She cut two of my fingers with the drill bit, the polish was sloppy & she had acrylic everywhere on my nails & hands…I complained a few times to tell her it hurts or please fix this…and she continued and kept saying “you’ll be ok, it’s not that bad”. And the other male nail tech was yelling and cursing the whole time I was there! Just a hot mess! Proceed with caution.

I have been going here for years. I always go back, I guess mainly cause it’s a comfort thing and I’m used to going there. However, my latest experience made me realize how ridiculously overpriced they have gotten and how the quality has gone down. On July 8, I got the dip powder. To my surprise, a nail chipped 5 days after having gotten it. I went in this past Saturday; they fixed it for me no problem. I also decided to get a pedicure. Long story short, I already removed the powder dip because they ALL chipped, and my pedicure is already chipped off. FYI, the powder dip should last 2-3 weeks without chipping. My friend gets hers all the time and says that hers goes a month without chipping.Also, the prices for pedicures have definitely gone up over time. And there was a time where one of the employees was actually yelling at a customer from across the room. Not the type of setting you want to go to relax, necessarily.Sorry, but this place has definitely gotten worse over time. It is a beautiful salon for sure, but definitely not where I will be returning sadly.

Not only is it unsanitary in between pedicure stations, but the nail technician who did my nails apparently could not see so it was highly frustrating having to guide this professional on how to properly cut & shape nails. It was a poor experience & I will not be back. I went to a different nail salon right after to have my nails redone. ... 2 stars given for prompt walk in service.

Expensive. $50 for almost every service even acrylic, powder, gel. I gave 4 stars because they let you come in as early as 9 and I need that convenience sometimes. Pedicures are fantastic, but the effort put into manicures was less than, Ron made up for the not so good manicure. Good luck.

Like the salon, Depending on who you get. I notice that when there is a miscommunication or complaint Asians businesses just ignore the problem and act like they dont hear whats going on. Instead of taking leadership and addressing concerns they act like nothing is happening. This may be cultural but a Poor mentality in providing a good service experience for the client. The manager/owner wont apologize. They Just keep working like they dont want to be involved. Maybe its a pride thing but they need to understand thats not correct. They literally will let loyal customers walk out upset without resolving the concern.

I have been to this shop 6 times recently, April 9 through May 13. Every week I have nails that lift off. Different people have done my nails, but within a week I have nails lifting. I called today to speak with the manager about it, and asked if they would redo my nails or even give me a discount because I have spent too much money in the last month. The manager was very nonchalant and wasnt helpful at all and told me that he couldnt do anything. I would never go there again, so disappointing. I have been wearing nails since I was 16 and this has never happened before.

Terrible service. I scheduled an appointment and my appointment wasnt honored. I was then made to wait 45 minutes for a fill, and the woman yelled at me, rushed my service, and didnt dry my nails at all. I didnt receive cuticle oil, lotion, my cuticles cut, or proper filing of my nails. I was then overcharged for services not listed. I wouldnt recommend going here for anything.

We paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was awful. There was no massage and lasted maybe 20 minutes. There was nothing deluxe about it. Then my mother got a manicure and they cut off ALL of her nails. Not to mention the polish job was super lumpy. We would not go back there.

If Im paying for a pedicure, let my feet sit in the water and soak for a while. I dont understand why the lady just starts so quickly on almost dry feet. People pay to sit relax and enjoy the pedicure. And the pedicure station was empty no need to rush.

Rushed, do to me going on a Saturday. Good service....but with the massage during the Pedi, I could feel the tension from the tech which made the massage experience less enjoyable while getting my pedicure.

I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 6 years and I have always had great service but up until recently I did not like the service. The person who did my nails was not very friendly, was rude and was a bit rough on my hands. and the nail color I asked for didnt match the shellac color so I decided to go with the color I originally picked. The person painted my nails but didnt put on a topcoat.He didnt even bother to say good night or thanks for coming, I wont be returning.

Worst nail experience ever here! Went to get a manicure for my wedding, along with two of my friends/bridesmaids. We were told to pick out shellac colors up front, and tell our manicurists the numbers of the colors once we sat down. We picked out colors/numbers and told them. They all proceeded to paint our nails the wrong colors - one was even green! They said we got the numbers wrong, but in actuality their system just made no sense. None of the numbers upfront matched the numbers at the nail stations. We ended up just picking colors from their list, all of which were not what we originally wanted, as they rushed us to decide. From their it got worse. The manicurist started filing my nails without asking how I like them (square or round), so I had to stop her and ask for round as she was doing square. She filed my fingers so harshly it hurt, and I actually said ow a few times, but she never apologized. Then when she started on color, she had some cotton ball stuff stuck in her fingers, and it kept messing up the paint job. She had to redo one finger three times. I never said anything, but she made it seem like it was my fault for not keeping my hands under the UV light long enough, and even hit my hand a few times. In the end my nails looked awful. Both of my friends had bad manicurists too. I told the owner that we had a really bad experience, and that this was for my wedding. Had the manicurists just been decent to us, I could have brushed it off, but they were beyond rude. I will never go back again, so please, dont go here!

I have been going here for years. I stopped going for a few months due to work and so busy with a baby. I went back and the new owner changed the whole set up. The only reason I went to this place was because it was never a wait. They always had plenty of workers. The new owner took out half nail booths and there is only about 6 booths. The new owner previously was at the location in brown deer and I worked over there at the time and it was always a wait. That is why I found this a new place. It sucks that they would rather have people wait then to keep up with staff.

Ive been getting pedicures here monthly for over a year and its just what I need. I have my favorite staff people and try to see them, I avoid the ones that dont do a good job or go way too slow. Overall I think they do a perfectly passable job of my simple requests for the price. (So much so, that I go way out of my way to see them.) I wouldnt want it for a spa day or some fancy special thing, but for every day, I dont have to paint my own toenails business, Im down.

I never complain but I have no choice on this one. Especially since I told them I have a special occasion coming up.Man at the door nice. Lady that did my toes terrible unless I directed her on what to do. Very sloppy and if I didnt say something it would have stayed that way. Still after she was done with my toes I wasnt satisfied due to her lack of care for her customer. Full set of nails turned out okay despite the fact I asked for them to be shorter and that didnt happen.I have been here several time in the past but the service gets worse each time. It seems like those who work there really dont care. Especially at the end of their shift. I dont want to go so late but I had no other option. I should get the same service no matter what time of day it is. That is why they have hours until 8pm Right. (Mind you I called at 6pm to see if I could come at 7pm to get it all done so I wouldnt be holding them up. They asked me to come a bit earlier and I did just that....only to receive not what I paid for thats for sure)

Staff is pretty nice, but the nail technician I got filed my nails so vigorously. So many of my fingers were left bleeding. Every time I even tried to move, he would grunt or sigh. He never even asked me what shape I wanted my nails and they turned out so ugly! There was that & also I picked out the color I wanted & when he was done, there was hair on my nail(s). Again, the guy never asked for what shape I wanted my nails & by the time he was midway, I just knew I was going to go get them fixed at my regular salon because I did not want someone who looked upset & like they didnt want to be there to fix what the messed up. I chose this salon because it is close to school, but it was the worst nail experience ever. Of all my years getting acrylic nails, Ive never had any break so easily. After two or 3 of them breaking, I got so angry that I took all of them off. Now Im doing what I should have them from the start: Im going to go get them done at my regular salon. Only gave them three stars because the rest of the staff was nice

Do NOT waste your time and hard earned money here! The owner, Lynn, was rude and disrespectful!Imagine going to have a manicure and discover the work completed is sub par. So I ask Lynn to remove the bubbles in the polish and even out the polish. Like rice crispy cereal, she snapped, crackled and popped.I was taken back! If you know me, you know I hate scenes and noise.She started yelling and screaming! She even went on to blamed me and told me to get out and leave!I definitely wasnt going to pay for terrible service and I didnt! I have gone here for years and this experience has left me to boycott this establishment.I refuse to spend money with rude and unprofessional individuals. Then as I am explaining to Lynn my disappointment another lady walked in from the previous day and her nails were all cracked! This time the husband and wife began speaking in their native tongue and shaking their heads and rudely told her to sit down.Moral of the story customer service is a must!If you dont stand for something you will fall for anything!Any qualified nail techs out there?????

The only magical concept about this place is the complimentary water. Still sitting here after an hour to get my nails done. Not quite sure why one person does the pedicure while having to then wait another 15-20 minutes for someone to do my nails. The least one can do is soak or place aluminum on my no chip nails while Ill wait!!! Now Ill have to wait for that process before getting my nails done. Looking forward to the requested cash tip. Way to go on keeping me here for the three hours.

I made an appointment for a full set and toe polish change @ 430 ( which they suggested that time ), I came at 425, picked out my color and everything .. sat there, 2 other people walked in the door for manicures AND pedicures, they IMMEDIATELY started to service them, then I asked them about my appointment AT 455pm, they proceeded to say it’ll be 20-25 more minutes ! So I walked out and no one tried to make it right or apologize for their service !

Very professional when I go I always get great customer service besides one tech there who has a very slick mouth everything else is great they take time on your nails and feet and I always tell others about their services I will definitely keep going back.

I honestly have tried just about ever nail salon in Milwaukee and this one is by far the worst. I went in for a simple manicure and the nail tech did not do a good job. In fact, i could get the same quality by just asking my 9 year old sister to do it in exchange for a $2.49 Oreo McFlurry.Basically, the service is horrible and the hospitality was no existent. Billy the manager was rude, the nail tech was verbally and physically aggressive with my nails.

The moment I walked in it looks like a place of relaxation!! Everyone was really nice and they knew what they were doing for my pedicure and manicure!! I will most definitely will be coming back and telling my friends !!

Terrible. My nail tech cut me with the file, drawing blood. I kept saying ow! and pulling away, but she would grab my hand and yank it back. She left black nail polish spots all over my hands that I had to wash off later. For a black and clear french, she left spots of my previous blue color on two of my nails. Her attitude left a lot to be desired. She was short, snippy, disinterested, and did not communicate verbally with me at all. After all this fun, I was still charged a ridiculous amount for simple tips--$55. Prices were not clearly posted either.Never going back. Ever. Never going to recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Definitely the place to go for a full set, if you want crooked nails and for them to last less than a week!!I pointed out the crookedness of my nails to my technician and she said it’s because my fingers were crooked and she would make them look “perfect” well here I am I’m on day five of my full set, and three nails already fell off... the ones that are on are STILL crooked.Not worth my money at all.

I went there today after traveling across town waiting an hour for my nail technician, I left and came here walked in there was NO waiting Kevin was really nice and funny took good care of me and and he did an excellent job on my nails, he gained a new customer today. This place is also closer to my house. I love it great atmosphere, I will try a pedicure next time also.

Male nail tech was rude. He did not talk to me but spoke to his colleague next to him in their language. My nails looks like my 3 year old niece painted them. I wasted $32 on a shellac manicure that looks like crap. This is my last time at this salon. I will spend my money at a salon where the workers are professional, polite and take pride in their work.

Would not return. I live nearby decided to give them a try got both nails and feet done and below avg was not satisfied. They do have plastic in the foot tubs that they change out. But work is not worth the price.

Alright heres the thing. This place is cheap. You cannot expect the world of Magical Nails because they dont charge the world. I get my acrylic fills done here because its $20.BUT, if you dont need fancy nail art or an amazing aesthetic, the techs are all licenced and they get the job done.Id recommend trying to develop a rapport with one of the lesser known techs and be nice to them. I found a gem in one woman, Bella, who does an absolutely beautiful job on my fill every time. She grinds them so flat, if I repaint my nails between fills you cant tell where the acryllic starts! I tip her well and she does a nicely detailed job and remembers my name.That being said, if they think they can get away with it, many of them will do a bad job. Especially the man who takes names and the woman who sits up front. Misshapen nails, fills that dont even look like fills, and super half-assery all the way around.

I have been going here for the last couples month until the last time I got my nails done at the shop my bows kept on falling off but than they finally stayed on but when I was close to home they fell off than when the next time I got my nails done I told them about the bow situation and the boss starts to get slicked and says he don’t care and try to make a whole seen cause I was just trying to make could I get a discount for something for the money I waited on the bows that on stayed on for a few minutes and he was rough on my hands and when I popped my last nail off there was a Booze under my nail that wasnt there before and the service was just horrible so I think you should spend you money somewhere else cause going here is not even worth it.......

THE ABSOLUTE WORST nail shop in Milwaukee! The service quality is horrific, and the nail tech are easily agitated and very aggressive. It felt like I was in the military,the way they demanded the placement of my hands while doing my manicure (That was not neat and was very rushed). nothing good to say do NOT go here!

Excellent selection of colors. Salon is clean and the technicians are so friendly! I had a mani-pedi in an hour. They really took their time on both parts and did an amazing job. The prices are great- $42 for a mani-pedi. I would highly recommend! Sundays are not that busy, so a great day to go.

I got a very nice pedicure- my biggest complaint is that I was inappropriately hit on by one of the make technicians which made me feel really uncomfortable. Next time I go I will make sure to ask for a female technician.

Really bad service gossip a lot and they talk in there language all the time when there working with one making us feel uncomfortable when they should be speaking in English since we are in the U.S and not very clean there utensils are pretty dirty🤦🏻‍♀️
