I just moved to Glendale and needed my nails done badly but am not familiar with the area yet! I stumbled across Westgate nails and I had a great experience from the start. I was assisted right away and V did an excellent job on my nails! I showed her a picture of the type of nail shape and color I wanted and she literally nailed it 😊definitely coming here for all my manicures and pedicures!

My favourite nail Salon!! Bobby is the best🔥 a true MASTER at his craft and a professional in the service industry. I always feel so welcome when I go here. Bobby and his staff are so kind and accommodating . the quality of my acrylic nails is unmatched. It is a bit of a drive for me to go here (25+min one way more id traffic is bad) but its worth the drive/wait. My nail fantasies truly made a reality everytime😌💖

Daisy did such a good jobs on my nails. It was my first time here and she put my at ease. I finally found my nail salon 😊😁

I was really excited to get my nails done for the first time. It was a stressful and disappointing experience. I asked for an almond shape and most nails are lopsided. Some were not properly coated with gel polish. There are areas where the technician did not even out the acrylic when filling them. My nails have bumps and grooves. My technician seemed very rush and didnt care. They were vague with their reply when I had asked for shorter nails. On a side note, the facility was clean and they have a large selection of gel polish.

Worst nails I got done when back and they wanted to charge me $20 to change color. Too expensive for the quality of nails.

Made an appointment.. I was driving and talking to my boyfriend telling him I might be late to my 4pm appointment because I was driving there from SCOTTSDALE and he offered to call the location for me to let them know I might be a little late. He called and the man told him that they DO NOT do any appointments, only walk in. I did end up getting there late, 4:10pm. A lady walked in about 2 minutes after I did and the guy greeted her nicely and said oh youre here for your 4:30pm appointment and she said yes I am a little early. He said its fine, itll be a few minutes and she was sat down to begin around 4:20pm. I was still waiting, I did not confront him because it was my first time and I was there to experience my visit. Nails came out good but not sure that I liked the customer service experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I will never trust anyone else with my nails. I come in everytime with a design and Bobby always does amazing, the rest of the staff is also super talented and I always receive great friendly customer service.

I went in with a picture of the nails i wanted for my daughters heartiversary on the 15th. He replicated the nails perfectly and listened to my request for a couple substitutions!! They turned out beautiful and were executed very quickly!!! Very impressed and will not be going anywhere else from now on!!!😍😍😍

I love this place. The service is absolutely wonderful. My nails always look great and I receive compliments on them all the time. I am simple in my design but it looks simply beautiful! My daughter gets all the designs and Bobby does her and my nails to perfection.

I just mived and am looking for a new salon. I go quite often. I read the reviews and was super excited to go. The place was clean and the service friendly at first. The lady who did my nails was so nice and did a great job unfortunately the gentleman was rude and condescending to his client. I would have walked out if I was his client. I then noticed a sign that states refills have to be every 2 weeks. If mine are done well I go every 3 weeks and get a pedi with a fill and color change. These nails are the worst Ive ever had. I know why the sign says every 2 weeks. I barely made it two weeks and 2 nails have fallan off completely one broke in half and one is chipped so bad my nail is now slanted. Awful. I will not be going back. Ive been getting my nails done consistantly for 2 years and not once have I had a problem waiting 3 weeks. Absolutely unbelievable

This is my second experience at this nail salon. They treat black women differently than others in this shop. When I ask for different colors I’m told no. My first experience when I wanted to add things onto my nails the owner starts yelling and gives me prices. It seems like I’m bothering them when I go into this shop. Nail tech literally slammed something on the counter and yelled because I did not hear him call me back to his station. The reason I did not hear him call me back is because he did not say my name. Very disrespectful and aggressive behavior. I do not recommend. Pay close attention

Showed a picture of a design I wanted and was excited that they helped pick it the right colors to make it happen.

I got a manicure and a full set. Told the guy that I didn’t want my nails thick but thats exactly what he did they look so ugly. I think my 12 year old daughter could do a better job. Also, when he did my pedicure he cut me and he not to worry about it.

I really do recommend coming here!! the service is amazing. They’re outstanding with there work they do such a great job everything is so perfect. They’re really good people and they make conversation, amazing humor as well!!

I was searching for a spot to get my nails filled and decided to go with Westgate Nails and Spa after researching and looking at the photos of the nails they’ve done...I sure wasn’t disappointed! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and greeted politely. I’ve been in several other nail salons and I must say they made me feel comfortable and welcomed! They made sure that I was happy with my nails and took their time to perfect them! I had Tracy and Daisy doing my nails for me! What an awesome place! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I have come to this nail salon a couple of times. However, after my last experience I will never be back. From the moment I walked in the guy that asked what I needed was completely rude and unprofessional. He acted as if I was an inconvenience to him to be there. Then when I asked about the wait time his responds was “I don’t know. Whenever we get to you” as he shrugged me off. I will never return.

My first visit to Westgate Nails and Spa was great. Ricky has done my nails twice. He is very quick and the quality is amazing. He pays very close attention to detail. I just get plain white tip acrylics. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Bobby do a pink and white acrylic set. He was quick and efficient at it as well. Friendly staff and quality work. Prices vary but they also have the prices posted on their website. If you are unsure of the price of something don’t be shy to ask the price, they would be happy to tell you! I will definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend to friends.

My kids loved their nails but the price for a basic gel design was a bit much. I’d still recommend this place based off how nice they were.

I was here for the first time a week ago and I enjoyed my visit. I even brought my close friend auund she really liked the fact that the technicians were actually engaging in conversation with us. I asked for a full set and a certain design. The lady worked on my full set and then got up, and some random man (not sure if he works there or not) came to do the design. He rushed it because they were closed and he did a horribleJob. The Santa looks terrible, his eyes are on top of his beard? The little circles aren’t even circles. He just blobbed on nail polish and it looks so horrible. The white trim on the Santa hat looks awful. I’m going to upload the picture of the design I asked for and what this guy gave me. I don’t even think he knows how to design? He looked at me and said, “it doesn’t have to look perfect or exactly the same.” I’m sorry but for 160$ it better be perfect. I’ve gotten those done before by someone who knows how to design nails and it was perfect. If the women or man didn’t know how to do it, why didn’t they just say so! I paid lots of money and my nails don’t look professional. I don’t recommend coming here. They rush the work and don’t give you what you ask for. I didn’t argue because we had to meet someone at the bar and I wasn’t in the mood to sit there and have them shave it off and start over.

They tried to dig a nonexistent hangnail out of my toe and in the process cut open both sides of my toe which now, 2 days later, are badly infected. Won’t post pictures because of how gross it looks but please, don’t waste your money.

Worst experience. The guy was rude to me. I couldn’t relax enough. He grabbed at my hand and shook it trying to get me to relax. Then at some point he just stopped communicating with me at all and would just shake his head when I didn’t do something rite. Paid $75 and my nails were peeling within days!! Not worth it!!

I had a great experience today. I was a walk in and was seated very quickly. The last was so sweet and did such a beautiful job on my nails. I love the shape. It was exactly what I asked for. Her name was How. Im sure Im spelling that wrong. Im sorry. I will find out the right way and edit my post.The salon was very clean. The employees were so nice. I will definitely be back. This is my new go to spot in AZ for nails and pedicures.

I got a overlay on my nails. The overlay was really thin but it worked.... It was 40 or 45. It seem like i was better off with getting a full set🤷🏾‍♀️

I went to a nail salon a couple weeks back wasn’t happy with their service, so I decided to try this one at Westgate and I’m very happy and will be coming back in a couple weeks😊 The staff is great, place is clean, and they do an outstanding job with your nails. The prices are actually really affordable. Highly recommend going here because you won’t regret it!

They rushed through my manicure that it started chipping the same day! They were trying to get through so many customers that they kept moving from one to the next before finishing on one. Wasnt a great experience for the prices they charge.

I live in the West Valley and love coming over here to get my gel pedicures! I just love the fact that they do not stack the polish and it never peels off on it own. Today I went with a design because I am in the Halloween spirit and it goes well with the bright orange.

They say me down even though I did not have an appointment. When I asked for white and pink powder they spoke their language talking about me I am sure....and proceeded to tell me they couldnt help me. So unprofessional

I originally rated this salon with 5 stars after my first visit, but have since been back a second time and my opinion has changed.On my first visit, my nails turned out PERFECTLY, I was super happy with them.Today, I returned for a fill and a single nail repair done by a different nail tech than the first time. When I broke my nail, I glued the tip back on and coated in a purple dip powder. The tech fixed my nail with a clear coat of acrylic over the break and there is still purple under that acrylic. After pointing it out a few times, I settled for just having the acrylic thickened, paid and left. The nails are crooked and misshapen.No big, I just won’t be going back due to lack of consistency.

I did not get what I had showed to my nail tech. I was informed before she started my nails that she could add the gold flakes to my nails. After painting them she went over to get the flakes these were not at all what I had showed her. She then informs me that she couldnt do it. I based my color and shape on the picture I showed her. As I was leaving I asked the manager up front if they had the flakes and showed him the picture, he informed me that they did but she would have had to do it at the beginning of my nails instead of the end. He then ignored the situation and went back to doing his clients nails. My tech or the manager should have tried to rectify the situation instead, they ignored it. As I was leaving I got what seemed to be a condescending sorry. It would nice if my tech of the manager would just fix the situation.

Ive been coming here for almost the past year, when I do actually decide to get my nails done. I had been going elsewhere prior to finding this location and I absolutely LOVE this place, and cant think of going anywhere elseEveryone here is absolutely amazing, the prices are fair, and they get you in and out in a timely manner.

I dont give Reviews most of the time, But I just have to this time. I found this place on Google maps and it was the ones with the most good Reviews.. Now I can see why. Liam made me feel welcome and Bobby was the one who did my nails and they are perfect. He was very polite the whole time. Excellent job even the nice lady who did my pedicure (which I forgot to ask for her name) did a great job.. All in All when ever I come back to Arizona I know where I will be doing my nails...Great job from a GREAT team

They did a good job, however it took a long time. It took about 2 hours for the SNS dip powder. They didn’t have the color I wanted, but the color I ended up choosing worked out for the best.

Absolutely terrible! My nails were shaped uneven with different lengths, bulky, and the polish job SUCKED. The lady cut my fingers with her poor attempt to shape them. And they looked as if my 3 year old painted my nails. Wouldn’t recommend and I would NEVER come back.

I drove 20 minutes to do my nails here because I liked the reviews, but when I arrived they were closed but I went on there website and it said they were open on Wednesdays until 7 pm I ended up texting them, they replied 2 hours later and said they were closed on Wednesdays. So they just wanted my time for nothing

I got the SNS dipping powder on my nails and Im very happy with the results. I cant remember the name of the guy who did them but he was very nice and personable. I will be returning to try other services. However, I did wish they made people wash their hands when they enter.

I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in within the next hour. After checking in I was seated right away with Anthony. He was fabulous! He took his time and was extremely detailed. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Terrible expensive experience. My mother in law and I went there for our mani pedis. Both of our experience was different yet we chose the same package. 200 dollars later not including a tip. A tip was left for one of nail technicians but not for the other only because she cut all the nails off the left hand and the right hand was longer and pointed. An expensive lesson learned and will never go back there again.

I’ve been coming here for my nails for a little over a year now. I was impressed before however Westgate Nail Salon has exceeded my expectations as of recently through the Covid crisis. You are greeted with a friendly hello (per usual) along with a list of items that make you feel safe and comfortable during your visit. The salon is cleaned thoroughly after each customer as well as all the other chairs periodically and social distancing is being well enforced. Hand sanitizers are located throughout the salon for your convenience. Bobby is the master behind my nails and he executes a job well done ALWAYS, I never leave unhappy!Now more than ever I am impressed with this place. They never ever disappoint and they make your health a top priority!

Wouldn’t recommend this place they sent me down for a pedicure and let me wait there for 15 minutes until my water got cold and the gentleman way to do someone else’s nails and then they remembered I was sitting there and came to do mine after letting the water get cold the charge for the pedicure and manicure was $95 not cool :(

I took my cousin to this place for the first time and they have some serious issues with sanitation. The place was a mess and unclean. Acrylic nail powders were all over the places like on top of the table, glass protection, and lotion bottles. Especially the whole room smell of chemicals. Strong chemical. I do not recommend this place.I thought since it was in the Westgate district I had high expectation of it. Before I took her today here, I went and got my nails done in another place. For real, comparing between the two, the one that I went to get mine done was more clean and sanitized. The place I took my cousin here, the guy placed her hands on top of a dusting table. Let alone he did not sanitized his table at all. No towel either, I had to asked for one. Please dont get your nail done here if you care about your health.

I went in for a pedicure & let the lady know I had an ingrown nail and she acknowledged it. She said she would get it. She did not get it out and I had to take it out myself when I got home. I also asked for a nail clip and she barely trimmed anything off. I am pregnant and obviously struggle to do my own nails. It’s frustrating not getting what you ask for.

Best nail salon ever! Beautifully decorated, the nail techs took their time and did a fantastic job! Very hygienic, all the proper safety procedures were observed (unusual for most nail salons). The bathroom was beautiful and clean. My only complaint is that there weren’t enough staff, but we came back an hour later and were taken care of right away. Definitely would recommend!

I decided to come in as a last minute decision around 620, as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a younger gentleman who was very welcoming and polite. My technician was an older man with glasses, he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Not only did my nails turn out great, but he really took his time and made it a great experience. The check out service was great also, they made sure everything was as I wanted. Im glad to say Ive found my new nail salon, and its so close to home!

I went in here today with my daughter as a walk-in. I was so happy and impressed with how clean it was and how accommodating they were to fit us in. I had a pedicure and a full set done, my daughter had a pedicure an her nails painted. Bobby did an amazing job with my full set. I was so happy when I left I made an appointment for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to see you guys again soon.

Prices are reasonable and I have to say cheap for the quality. Ive been going for a few months now and I have not had a nail chip or color fade or anything negative, both my hands and feet stay on point until my next visit. And the cleanliness in this store is fabulous, I mean every corner you look at it seems like they just got done cleaning or just organized the place. If you ask me, the service, the pricing, and the work deserves more than 5 stars!
