I cannot say enough good things about the polish room!! My 20 year old daughter has autism and is mostly nonverbal, we decided to see if she would tolerate a pedicure (her first ever )Tia, Ben and all the ladies she came in contact with were not only friendly, gentle and understanding of her needs but so so accommodating. By the end of her session the staff and patrons were all walking by encouraging my girl. The receptionist brought her water and candy and made her smile. I was in happy tears when we left our first mommy and daughter spa day ❤️We now have a standing appointment and she looks forward to her time at the polish room. Thank you all for your kindness to my special girl in a world where sometimes people are not so niceGrateful mommy

Lady in black and white striped top was in a hurry to fill my nails. Did only one coat of gel nails are uneven and already lifting on the third day. Won’t be back

Amazing pedicure done by girl who specializes in mens pedicures👍👍 she did a great job, sanded down my calluses, trimmed nails to prevent ingrowns and everything was sterilized well... total with callus remover was $36 😀

They are wonderful. I have been going here for about 7 to 8 years. If you are not happy they will make sure you are. My husband and I see Tia and Pauline for our pedicures. They a fantastic and really pay attention to details. I use Thi when I have my nails done. Would recommend the polish room to everyone.

*update* Theyre still awesome as ever. Now you will need a mask when you go. They also have plexi glass partitions between you and the nail tech. Love these people. Also, you must have an appointment.Great place for nails. I did not have an appointment. Im sure you could call ahead though. The lady i saw Vi was awesome. She was quick and really knew her stuff. I paid about 50-60 bucks for a new set of acrylics (removal of the old set) and gel polish (multiple colors). Took about a hour. Nice facility, theyre always busy, but never a long wait.

Christine and Vicki are really great. The deluxe pedicure with the peppermint mask is amazing. Vicki did my SNS french manicure and she did a really awesome job. The place is clean, the people are nice and on a Saturday morning I got in without an appointment and only waited about 5 minutes. I will definitely be going back!

Terrible customer service. Nails are crooked, one hand shorter than the other, natural labor hurt & painful when done. Do not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. I am not picky about who does my manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax because no matter who I get, they do a great job. I typically get gel manicure and pedicure sometimes with a french tip. Ownership and managers are also wonderful and lots of fun to be around.

Lovely people! I did a walk-in for the Marine Corps Ball Im heading to tomorrow and brought a picture to work off of. Dean did an amazing job and I highly recommend him. My pedicure was thorough and I had a toenail removed due to my combat boots causing issues, she worked with my request wonderfully. I got the deluxe for the massage part since I drove in from out of town (worth it). They were all very personable and easy to cummicate with, which is probably the best part.The decor is black and white which makes it feel more energetic and allows you to really gage the quality of work being done instead of dim set ups.

The Polish Room is THE BEST nail place I have ever been. The service is consistently amazing and the nail techs and staff treat us like we are part of their own family. My Mom, Daughter and I all visited today and received different services (gel, dip and acrylic) and just like always, we are so happy! We love Thi, Tonja, Lan, and Pauline. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone there is very friendly (even the other patrons)! :)

We made appointment at 5:15 for 3 people. They were able to do all three of us at the same time. They did a Awesome job on our Pedicures.

I so totally love this place! Excellent customer service. I feel like a princess every time leave. This place is always jumping. Better to make a reservation. They take walk ins but its usually about a 15 to 25 minute wait. The picture is of my Christmas nails.

Just got my nails done.Its been at least a year had a very bad experience from a different nail shop which I only went there because they were so busy, and bad mistake! I have been going there since before I got married over 8 years ago it amazes me how much they have grown and can still keep the same quality! I absolutely love how my nails came out theres always great staff no matter what that know what theyre doing! I will never go anywhere else again no matter what.

A coworker suggested this place to me so i decided to go. the staff is really sweet and i appreciated that a lot, i just think they need to learn modern day nail shapes. i asked for coffin and i still got wide, boxy square nails. i went home and wanted to fix them but it obviously was ruining the gel and everything they just did so i wasn’t able to do much about it. these nails last a really, really long time if you get gel acrylic, which is so awesome, but when you have a shape you hate it’s not the greatest thing in the world that they don’t come off. now, the color i got was beautiful and i loved how smooth she made the nails, there were no lumps on the acrylic and the polish was put on perfectly. so that was good. anyway i went to get them removed once i came back from vacation and the staff remembered me and asked me about my trip, which was nice that they actually remember clients and care enough. they removed the nails by soaking them in acetone and then using one of those tools to sand away the nail, that way they’re not pulling the nail off your real nail and causing pain. it was very nice and painless. so just something to note, they’re not that experienced with the trendy nail shapes that are in right now but they do execute the nail process very well and they’ll be on your nails for a very long time, and the removal process is awesome and comfortable. i’m just personally picky about my nail shapes so i’m not sure i’d go back, but everything else was really nice. this is the only photo i have where my nails are showing.

Got my nails done they all broke off in 2 days so went to get them fixed 3 hours before they close and they tell me they sont have time to fix their mess up to come back another day . To me thats unprofessional and they should fix their mess ups with no questions asks. Mind you I spent 80$ on my nails and they look horrible and are all broken and now I gotta wait until they have a opening to fix their mess up . Not happy

Ive had my share of pedicures but this was the most thorough pedi Ive ever experienced. My feet feel so much lighter im still blown away. I got the Deluxe Gel Pedi and it was well worth the price. I do plan on getting the 100% Gel Organic Pedi next time. My over all experience here was just amazing. I didnt gave to wait in line and my tech was so nice she even asked my name. Very pleased with my visit!! 10 stars!! No joke!

This place is so great. I can’t stress it enough! I have NEVER had a bad experience there before. They work with you on design and shape! If you want a stylish, clean, well manicured place, this is the place to go. I always feel pampered. There have been a couple of times when I have gone to other places with friends and I have had a lot of complaints. The polish room is perfect for us picky people out there.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in my life. I sat there for 2 hours for a simple gel manicure and I’m going later today to have it fixed. That’s how absolutely hideous my nails are. Don’t waste your money!!!

This is by far my favorite nail place. Always friendly and professional. My nails always last longer when I get them done here. The nail art they do is great very good at getting exactly what you want or if you’re unsure I always show a few Pinterest photos that I like and tell them to something similar. Their pedicures are amazing. They have great options. Some budget friendly and other that are more of a great way to treat yourself. I always make an appointment. They are good at getting you in for walk ins too.

My wife and I go here to have our feet taken care of. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I was having a problem with a fungus under my toe nails and they got rid of it within 2 sessions.

Ive been getting my nails done ~monthly for over a year now and this place is great. The shop is clean, the music is varied but good, and the people who work here are friendly and do a fantastic job. Id never heard of an SNS (or dip) manicure before but would highly recommend if youre looking for a way to keep your natural nails long. Be prepared to wait a little bit as they always seem to be busy but its definitely worth it. I moved to the West Valley last year but still drive to North Phoenix to get my nails done here.

Ive been going here now for a few months and I love it. Its a very relaxed environment, my nails and toes have come out exactly how Ive wanted them everytime. I havent been seen by every employee yet but the ones that have taken care of me have done exactly what i wanted and taken great care of me. I love the style of the shop and Ill definitely keep coming back.

Took about a half hour wait after my appointment time for my nails to be started on, but thats not abnormal for a nail salon. They did a great job and were very friendly. Awesome customer service. Only real complaint is I wish there was better ventilation, the odor was very strong in there.

I was really excited to get my nails done and actually spent 100 dollars in the salon only to have my matte top coat peel off the next day i was hoping to come in for Halloween but this on top of being shouted at to not pay attention to what my nail tech was doing made this experience horrible . money wasted

Have been going to this location for over two years. I always use one lady for my pedicure but I always have a different person for my nails. I get an acrylic set with a gel polish. Ive always enjoyed my experience with this salon and my nails typically stay lovely for up to 3 weeks. The techs seem to really care about doing a good job. They get really busy on the weekend make sure to book an appointment.

My favorite place to get a pedicure. They just got brand new massage chairs, too.

Loved the atmosphere and the people there! Very nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. Definitely recommend this place! A bit more pricey compared to my other lady ($27-$30 vs. $35-$38), but it was worth the money!

I LOVE this place! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. Your go-to girls for awesome artwork on your nails are Traci and Christine, they are AMAZING! Tips are CASH only if youre paying with a credit/debit card. I drive 30 minutes to The Polish Room with no hesitation because they are that good.

I had a good experience here. My technician, Tam, was outstanding! She gave the best massages.Just fyi--For $25 you get a very basic pedicure (hot stone and callus removal are extra). Its also REALLY cold inside. They blast the air conditioning. Bring a sweater or a blanket!

My mom has been going there since before I was born and we have been clients ever since. I am 14 now and the service is even better. Very nice and gentle staff, very comfortable, and caring. They listen to what you want and they put effort into it. I recommend this nail spa because not only is the owner a family friend but takes his business seriuosly and cares about his clients❤️

This was my first visit to the Polish Room. Overall, it was a good experience. I’ll get the negative out right away – I made an appointment for 1pm but waited a half hour before they started on my nails. It’s not a doctor’s office, so I would’ve expected that they would be reasonably on time. So, plan to wait a while even if you have an appointment. On the flipside, the fact that the place was very busy is a good sign of a solid, satisfied customer base. I received a full set of acrylic nails. They came out great, exactly what I asked for, and the price was reasonable. I paid $50 for a full set of pink and white ombre nails. The place is also very clean and a nice, enjoyable atmosphere. FYI for new customers… they do not allow you to put a tip on your card, so make sure you have cash on you when you go.

Went there for the first time and my gel fill was rushed and sloppy. The tech didnt finish the edges of my nails so you can see where the nail polish ends and raw nail is exposed. I didnt notice this until I left. I have paid less $ for better quality. I will return to my regular nail place, Tubi Nails on Bell & 59th Av.

I had the classic pedicure and there was still very visible dead skin on my heels. Also, I showed the girl a nail design and she laughed out loud and shook her head no. No other suggestions on what she could do. I still have rough skin on the bottom of my foot!

Too many return visit to fix chipping sns which should last a long time, one lady just rubs your cuticles raw with sponge file over and over again, another had sns too see thru, one new guy had no clue on sns..im done!...looking.for new nail place. Referred family members and they had bad experiences with same people.

Had to wait 20 min because I went on a saturday. Got pedi and backfill mani and the service was beyond excellent. The place is immaculate and so worth it plus I was handed a brochure before my pedi started so I knew exactly how much I was paying ..... no surprises. Best salon ever
