I had been going here for years, they recently changed management along with their pricing as well. Let’s just say, I won’t be going back!1) The service I received was SNS mani. Well, the nail tech I worked with, Jennifer, was not a perfectionist by any means. I felt extremely really rushed by her, and my nails were left looking lumpy and super thick. While she was pleasant, the quality of her work unfortunately wasn’t.2) Pricing is ridiculous. SNS mani is $40, yet I was charged $45 because I wanted my nails almond shaped. WHAT? I’m paying extra to get my nails shaped?? Isn’t that just part of a manicure service? Mind you my cuticles weren’t trimmed or anything, but I’m getting charged an additional $5 just to get my natural nails filed and shaped.I really miss the old management and staff. My go to was Rachael. Not sure where she went, if anyone knows, please share!

Went in for a pedicure and manicure. Positive: the foot and leg massage was amazing. Cons: sloppy polish, cuticles left ragged, fingernails all different lengths and shapes, edges still rough, and zero soak time before he started my manicure.They have new owners and new techs. It used to be a great nail shop, but now it is anything but. I wont be going back again ever. :-(

After being lied to about my nail tech being in for her shift, I find out she is no longer working here and the place is under new management. Everyone at this location might be friendly but I truly enjoyed the old staff. The place has been remodeled. Im very sad to see to see its under new management. I loved everyone that was here prior. The service was okay but, definitely not the same. Ill be on the search for a new place. :(

Always a pleasant experience. The staff is kind, technically top notch. Recently redecorated, really clean with acrylic guards between you and tech. Make an appointment, they arent taking walk in right now.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years almost every other week. Go in to get my filled and pedicure only to find out the salon was literally sold overnight. Was asked to come back tomorrow. Tried giving the new owner an opportunity but will definitely be passing on them. Asked for my nails to be removed and was told they were very busy and didnt have anyone to do it. Strange! Looked around and there are four technicians working and was not asked if I would wait. I understand I didnt have an appointment but I was just taking the nails off. I would have waited.Lost my business and definitely will tell anyone else who ask not go there.

Amazing! I always come to this salon and always have the best experiences! Today I got a dip powder manicure and pedicure! Definitely recommend checking them out!!

Very rude. Price went up twice as much before with new management. Like.many others I was lied to. Told my tech was ill. Ask for fill told abruptly NO!.I miss my other ladies. They were great. Wish I knew where they went. I have been going there since they opened. Never again. I needed only one .more stamp on my card and they refused to give it to Mr and refused to let me use it. Not professional at all.

My daughter and I went here recently. First off the place looks fantastic inside! They just remodeled I was told. The staff was very friendly. I will be going there again.

Im giving LK hand & foot spa a 4star because they are very nice and did a great job. They are expensive and could lower the prices some.

I was going to this place before was sold and I was very pleased with service. New owner / employees are horrible. Yesterday I came with my friend and they were very loud are arguing, Almost screaming on each other for 20 minutes, until one of the customers screamen on them to stop. We don’t pay for that kind of service. They will not see me anymore.

I have been coming here since the day they opened and I LOVE it here. The grapefruit rub in the pedicure is amazing and they do everything top notch. Kim is the best but honestly Ive had a wonderful experience with every single person! So friendly!!

Me and my daughter went on sunday the did an amazing job on my pedicure and my daughter nails were beautifully done.

At the time that I had went, they were only taking cash. The lady at the register swore that she told me on the phone, however I had never even phoned in, ever. I unfortunately didnt have cash on me. I had my debit card, so I respectfully offered to immediately go across the street to Circle K and get the money to pay for the service. Two more ladies appeared up front and all of them began to make me feel terrible over it! One of them pointed at a sign that I did not see when I came in and said Can you not read? The sign was on the door and the door was open. I did not stare at the door before I walked through it. They caused an entire scene over it! I felt attacked! I didnt say much except apologize and offer to leave and go get them cash. I expressed zero hesitation in doing that for them. They did not believe me and they demanded that I leave my child there with them. They said they would watch my child while I went and got them money. That was obviously a terrible demand and not something any parent in their right mind would do. I immediately rejected that entire demand. My patience for their nonsense wore thin and I just made it very clear that I would go get them money and be right back. I told them if they felt uncomfortable to call the police. They came out and took pictures of my license plates and my car. It was total humiliation and uncalled for. And honestly, the quality of their service was mediocre. The color was thick and had bubbles in it. The pedi was super fast, felt rushed. The entire experience was so stressful! I will never ever go back.

My nail beds are destroyed had them fixed twice. I rarely write reviews but i have to go to another salon tomorrow to get them fixed once again very disappointed.:((

I had the honey sugar pedi today! Kim did amazing! I was way past due for this and she took care of me. Thanks Kim! I will be back! They use the bags in their tubs so it felt very clean!

This was the first time I have been here and we did a walk in and they took us right in. They did a great job and made us feel comfortable. I will be going back again.

Drew a picture of how I like my French tip nails and she says okay. She starts on one side and They dont have high arches at all which I could handle but theyre crooked I tell her please fix them theyre crooked and she says this is the best I can do. I could live with just normal french pedicure but kind of straight across like no natural nail looks like but theyre crooked and she tells me this is it? I could have did this at home. Literally its two different styles on my big toes and none are the one that I wanted.Plus side they got me in right away.

The honey sugar pedicure was awesome! My skin was so soft afterwards and my toe nail polish looked great! Definitely will be coming back here. :)

All the women are awesome..I love Kim..she really rubs and gives awesome massages..I have seen a few of the women here and one thing for sure..they always take great care of my toes..I get ingrown toenails a lot and they take such great care..I feel awesome after my pedi...Will only go here...

Absolutely WONDERFUL. My new nail salon as of today. I stopped in after a nightmare experience across the street at Queens nails to get my eyebrows waxed, a pedicure and manicure for my wedding on satSatur. There was NO WAIT!!! There was 6 ladies working, everyone was so nice and friendly no whispering to eachoeach in their native tongue that always makes you feel like you are being talked about. The place was SO CLEAN and inviting. The prices were great too. They use liners in the pedicure basins and I love that. I choose the pedicure deluxe and it was worth EVERY PENNY! They add rose petals and cut citrus into your foot basin. The smell was breathtaking. They were so efficient and yet timely. I cant say enough about how wonderful my time here today was.

A rush job. Omg I’m so disappointed. I wanted a full set of short coffin nails, wound up just needing a coffin for this lame job she did. I don’t get full sets, like ever, and I won’t be after this. My thumb nail is crooked, the paint isn’t glistening. And does a full set run for $45? I saw $25 on the price sheet. I feel hoodwinked. I just wanted to look pretty for my husband. Now I wish I could rip these off. A complete waste. The pedi was good.

Worst nail experience ever. Fill and gel polish, out the door bill paid and all in 25 mins. My nails look like it too. Slap it on and out the door. Next please! Not a good experience.

I love all the staff, they are always so attentive. Happy feet the exfoliation and grape fruit rince is the best! They always offer me water as well and are great with my young daughter.

Been going here a little over six months with my stepdaughter - she has acrylics and I get a gel mani. We are both always very happy with our nails, staff does a great job, they are very friendly and the shop is nice & clean.

Kim is my absolute favorite. Shes been doing my nails since I was 15 and Ive never gone anywhere else

This was my first time, so I am hoping that this was just the most stressful day ever for every employee there.My friend called in and set an appointment and they knew what services we wanted. Then they tell me they can only do a regular pedicure (not my fingers) because they close soon?Then they charged me $5 to take off my nail polish? (I swear Im not like a rude person, I wasnt showing my irritation at this point)The ladies were laughing and saying very mean things (not realizing that I speak Vietnamese )But thats still not what urged me to post this. It was at the end, when she told meOkay get out, I go homeI wouldnt have paid or even tolerated it if I was alone. But this was my first time and it was my friends choice. I simply feel that there is better experiences elsewhere and for a muuuuch better price (they didnt even allow me to choose gel?)
