The nail tech was rough during my dip and now I have two fingers that are cut on the cuticle, red and sore! It hurts when I bump them and when I use sanitizer! The lady sat at the first chair to the right when you walk in. She needs to more gentle and careful! I should not have cuts and be in pain during or after! You go to be pampered and relax.I am mad that I tipped her!. I am also not impressed with having to pay 40.00 for just the dip and no soak or cutting cuticles(which would have caused more pain anyway) and no massage for that price.The previous time I went in last month was for a pedicure and I had a sweet older lady. Not sure if I will go back now?!

This was my first time at this nail salon and I am beyond impressed! My nail technician was very nice, attentive and did a beautiful job on my nails. The salon itself was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

I just moved here from So Cal and was very happy with my experience. I had mindy as my manicurist. She did such a nice job, she was not pushy, did exactly what I wanted. I couldnt be more pleased. Ill be back!!

I am here as we speak. They are very prejudice and rush your service. The lady started doing my pedicure and then looked at her co-worker and started speaking in their language laughing. So I spoke up. I am going to the board in them and will be calling the BBB to file a formal complaint. I will never come back to this establishment. They want to say they the world is against the Asian communities but look how y’all treat us. Y’all deserve everything that comes your way. They also did not clean anything nor sanitize anything down. I seen them close because we walked out with them.

If I’m being honest this place is only for pedicures. If you want your nails done go somewhere else ☺️. You’re welcome.

Weird experience.........they seat me way in the back......maybe I was in the special section......maybe this nail salon...has special sections for particular people ...Im just saying other than that I got the classic $27 .....the lady was finished in under 25 minutes

Should have went to my usual place. Over priced for mediocre work. Asked for the deluxe pedi and didn’t get not even a 3 minute massage when it clearly stated 10 min, also they did not use a hot towel. Had the nerve to lie and say they were out of towels when I watched him go directly to sink without checking warmer. Also did not scrub my feet after doing callus removal like many other places do. Will never waste my time or money at this business again.

I use to like coming here. Now you schedule an appointment and they don’t take you til 45 minutes later. Or you schedule and they over book you. No longer will be coming here.

So I havent been here in about a year. Tried a couple other places and so glad I came back tonight. Everyone was so friendly and welcomed me back. My nails and toes look and feel amazing. Thank you everyone!!!

These two, perhaps trans, women came into this facility, and what i saw was unacceptable. these two women came in and one sat to get their nails done while another went to get their toes done. it was very clear that the workers were laughing and discriminating against them. especially one women. this happened yesterday and she was short with very short hair and was wearing a blue apron. she is, over all, very rude and judgmental.

Enjoyed a pedicure and manicure with my sister. Very polite, clean and a large open salon that has more space than most nail salons. Both ladies that did my pedi and mani were polite and gentle, I felt it was a great experience and will be going back for sure!

I love going here, diamond is the absolute best for a pedicure and is a joy to talk to. Ive gotten my nails done twice here now, for nails theyre good. My only complaint is that Ive had my fingers cut once and they dont oil the cuticles afterwards so my fingers were extremely dry afterwards. But the nails look awesome and they did a good job!

Today would have been the 3rd time I go here with my daughter all 3 times I have gone I have made an appointment and every time I go we have had to wait 45 mins past our appointment time to even get taken back I kept going back because my daughter loves going to Ann however today I had an appointment and after 35mins of waiting I noticed that the usual girl was done so I thought that my daughter was next but no she still had another pedicure to do so I asked how much longer and they said another 45 mins!?!? What’s the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait that long had I waited it would have almost been 1hr and 30mins...I don’t mind waiting 15 mins and I totally get that weekends are busy but don’t let me make an appointment for a certain time knowing that you are super busy and still want me to wait over an hour I really liked Ann but I won’t be back it was a complete waste of time to even make an appointment

Staff is very short-tempered, especially the owner. I’ve also been hurt multiple times from how rough I’ve been handled and have kindly asked the workers to be more gentle with no change after I complain. My sister also has had bloody fingers caused by the owner rushing her nails.

Great place and safe. They all wear mask. Always very clean. I been using this spa for years. All the staff does very good work. They are all very friendly and helpful. Love love this nail spa. Even my husband uses them.

Clean and friendly! Love the quality of the manicures and pedicures. I dont go for the expensive stuff or the acrylic nails but they still take care of me.

They do a fantastic job everytime and never make you feel rushed or unwelcome. I just love getting my nails done here!

My sister and I came in on Saturday to get our pedicures done, the lady who did my pedicure had to redo one of my nails because it wasnt done right the first time. Even after doing it again it still was messed up and its frustrating to have paid $70 and I still have a nail that is messed up because it wasnt set correctly.

Been going here for years. Gone down Hill and prices are absolutely ridiculous. Was charged 93 dollars for a pedicure and a manicure with out soaking massage or anything. Simply gel polish. I will not be back!!!!!

I went and got my toes and nails done. My nails were dip and my toes were GEL. After paying an extra $15 they chipped the SAME day. Not to mention the customer service was very poor. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time bc you can tell when people are talking about you. Even in a different language.

I went in for manicure and I have no idea what I got the guy used some machine he didnt clean my nails throw powder all over didnt get massage... I wont be going back my sister goes there but after today I dont think she is

My wife and I went in and she got the guy that is there. He was rude and kept aggressively moving her leg and foot around and kept letting out sounds of frustration. He was so ruff that her foot got cut up and is in pain from it.

Tao is amazing!!I’m sure when I walk in to “Perfect Nails” the owner is like here is my most picky customer.. but has never treated me as such.. he is always so kind and works quickly to get me seated with a tech that best suits my needs.. Most recently, he introduced me to Tao, and I will schedule my nail appointments going forward around Tao’s schedule!! He is the best!! Thank you!!

I have been going here for 10 years!! Ricky was my technician and he is absolutely awesome! I am very picky with my nails and toes! Diamond is my go to girl for pedicures!!! I don’t allow anyone else to touch my feet! She is passionate about her work and it shows!! And Tim, the owner, he does my nails now that Ricky is gone. They are amazing!!!

I found Perfect Nail in 2008 and have been a customer ever since. I would highly recommend this location to all. Great service, great atmosphere and always staffed with the best technicians. You will be so happy you treated yourself that you wont want to go anywhere else.

Ive been stopping here for a few years, along with a few other places and I always just have anyone do my nails (varied quality depending on technician). Before Christmas, I had the SNS done by Kenny and loved them. 6 weeks later, no cracks, no peeling. I love them. I booked with Kenny again today. He did another great job.

My mother just came back from out of town and before I could see her she went and got her nails done at this place. She just told me what happened and I am utterly disgusted at how she was treated. She use to have thick healthy nails, they shaved her nails down and we’re burning her when doing so she kept having to pull her hands away from the tech. At one point on her right ring finger he had to put extra glitter because he drilled so deep she could see blood. Now her nails are bendy and thin and the only reason her nails are as thick as they are is because they had to put four coats of nail polish on. Get this they refused to ensure her satisfaction, and proceeded to make her pay full price. I hope management will ensure this does NOT happen again to anyone else.

RUDE !! I have been going there for years and spending a ton of money between me and my two girls and I needed one repair done and they sat and talked trash about me the entire time and were rude to my daughter

I normally love this place, BUT I went in when it was time for a fill and I wanted to change the shape of my acrylics from oval to square because most of the tips had broken off way too easily, and some werent even there anymore. Instead of giving me a new set which OBVIOUSLY was the best route, he reshaped OVAL to SQUARE...How do you create a wider nail from oval (did not use acrylic to reshape, only tools). Two days and $45 later, Im sitting here with 5 of ten nails broken off on the corners. I dont use my hands roughly at all. If they dont repair for free, I am DONE which would be unfortunate because I have had wonderful experiences there for many years. I will update this review with the resolution or lack thereof.

Perfect Nails is the best!! I have been going to Perfect Nails for over 2 years now. I moved twice during this time both times further from the shop, I tried other places closer to my new places but had to go back to Perfect Nails for two reasons; One, no other shop I have tried is as clean, they line the pedicure basin with plastic, new for each person and fresh nail kits too! And two, no other place does as good a job on my nails, they last without breaking and I always get compliments on how they look. If you want perfection, go to Perfect Nails!

I enjoy getting my nails done there more then any other place Ive tried. Cleanliness is good and that is important to me. Many techs have been there since Ive been going there....always a good sign.Prices like everything else seems to rise each year.My only 2 cons.....There is not a posted mail service price list. And many of the techs dont say a word to you for except a hello at the start and instructions. Ive noticed the techs that carry on conversations seem to have more repeat customers.And I am sure better tips.

I went in to get my nails done today, and showed the man at the counter what i wanted, i sat down with another man that was doing my nails, and he actually measured my nails to see that they were all even and the same length which i really appreciatesince the last place i went to didn’t do that. i didn’t even have to show him the picture to get what i wanted. i definitely recommend this place!

I have been going here since December of 2015 and still love it!!! Not only are they friendly and do a great job but I have never had to wait very long either even without an appointment. I have been going to this place for a few years now. I havent been able to treat myself for quite some time since having a baby. I went with my 5 year old daughter as a special treat. They were so rude to her! The lady who did her pedicure never bothered to ask me what I wanted done for her, didnt do the full pedicure, and talked on her phone the entire time she trimmed her nails. Before we left I asked if her nails were dry enough and was told yes. Her nails smudged immediately after we left. That was the last straw of the experience. I will never go back! The techs behavior was deplorable. You dont dismiss a 5 year old who is excited to be a big girl.

I go to Ricky every time. Does a great job. Im pretty rough on my nails. Rarely do they chip, crack or fall off. I dont have to tell him what I need, he already knows. Ive moved since I started going there but I still make the drive to Peoria and the cost just to get my nails done.

This is the only place I will go to. While some complain about the humor of the staff, I actually like the humor there. Not only that. They are VERY good at manicures and pedicures. Its the only place Ive found to be perfect. Very clean as well

WORST EXPERIENCE!! I had a male tech and as he was doing my nails he took phone calls, got up and helped others etc. He held my fingers so tight my knuckles were cracking. Lastly, the finished product was crooked nails, square shaped when I asked for coffin and some shorter than the other. Do not waste your money on this place.

I usually dont do reviews but I felt this was necessary. I came back to this salon after about 5 years thinking the place might be different with different technicians and maybe management, but no that wasnt the case. I had the worst pedicure ever. I paid for the $36.00 deluxe pedicure where youre supposed to get a 15 min message. OMG all this women did was rub my leg with one hand...no message whatsoever. I had to ask her to message my feet and again all she did was rub my feet. I also did a fill and they did it at the same time as the pedicure. It was very uncomfortable having to twist my body to the left for her to do my right hand. I should have known better coming back here to give them a second chance. Never again. They are rude and could care less if you leave with a good experience. I cant believe this place is still in business. DO NOT waste your money going here.

This is what my wife experienced today,Well we felt like rushed to pick out color then he started my manicure and cut me so I bled a little then when he finally started painting my nails he didnt like how the paint was going on so we went through three different colors and he didnt like them so he brings back a green when I sAid I want blue... I said I didnt like it so it picked two more colors i finally got a color he painted them and when we were done I went to pay so I asked him to add five like I usually do he dont you have cash I said no and that made him mad so he added it to my bill like I asked them he tossed my card on the counter... not to mention there are still little bits of paint on my skin

They are always busy. They try to keep the wait to a minimum and always do exactly what I need. I get gels and they never chip or peel. Best place! I dont know who wrote the bad reviews, but if you are grumpy with someone, you have to expect they will be grumpy back.

My daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi. I felt rushed to find colors before we were seated to our seats. We each had two techs who worked on us at the same time. It was efficient for them but not relaxing at all. We werent able to use the massage chair most of the time because it was hard for the tech painting our nails. We were both reaching over to our opposite armrest so talking was literally uncomfortable. The staff was rude. We initially put our feet into the water and it was cold! She asked how the water was and I told her its cold. The guy working on my hands laughed and rolled his eyes. It was my bad for not checking the price beforehand but they are more expensive than other places. Will NOT be going back. Trying to relax, talk with my daughter over my shoulder, listening to two rude techs bark orders at me impatiently (at the same time) doesnt work for me.
