I love Sherry in the office, always so helpful and efficient.I met Denny one of his first days after taking over from another agent. He has always has been helpful.When I had a Major pipe burst, I hated negotiating for repairs.Also just they way $ was put on a card it was impossible to keep track of. And when your home is torn apart, who has time to keep tally?There just has to be a better way. I sold my house and am now renting so will never face that again.

I have been with Farmers for nearly thirty years. When my insurance agent retired several years ago and sold his business which included my policy I received poor representation from the agent that took it over. I tried to deal with the new agents/s that had the business for two years, finally I got tired of not being satisfied.I saw Denny Smiths agency and went in and talked to him about what was going on; I asked if he would take over my insurance policy. It took quite a while and he had to buy my policy from the other agent, but he has been handling me for the last five years. I am extremely happy with him. so happy that I recommended my Homeowners Association change from another company to his agency which they have.I have also recommended him to other people; he is an excellent agent who knows all the ins and outs of the business.

Denny has been my insurance guy since I bought my first home. Since then I have used him for my second home, my vehicle my wifes vehicle and I also have a life insurance policy with Denny. He is great to deal with. Usually available to take a phone call for a quick question, and if he is not he gets back to me promptly. He is great to deal with and will take the time to explain to me anything in detail that I need to know whether it be about costs or coverage. The pricing with Farmers is very competitive also. I saved over $50.00 a month on my wifes vehicle insurance.

Our family and our small business had been insured thru the Denny Smith Farmers Agency for nearly 20 years. In the past few years, Mr. Smith has been increasingly more difficult to reach for communication and for assistance. My guess he is winding down his career and letting his office staff run his business. Back in March 2017 there was a big wind and rain storm here in the Phoenix metro. Many houses in our sub division had damage to roofs and interior. We assured by Smiths assistant that our long-time homeowners policy would cover the damage. To be sure, we had Sun Devil Roofing come out to confirm this was truly storm damage. Their estimate for repair was just $2,350.00. The local Farmers employee adjuster was so busy from claims from the same storm that he couldnt even come to our house for nearly two weeks.Of course, it rained again while we waited and it did more interior damage.He subsequently denied our claim! Smith, who had been our agent for nearly 20 years, simply washed his hands of our loss. All Smith did was send a brief email (3/21/17) stating that he asked his Farmers boss for re-consideration.BTW: Our neighbors homes were covered by their insurers and their roofs/ceiling were repaired.My suggestion is to find another agent before the next storm blows in.

This Farmers Agent (Denny) has been great. Denny helped me alot when I had a large water damage issue. He also saved me a lot of money on motorcycle insurance.
