My initial contact with this agency left me stunned that they actually answered their phones!Tracy provided great service, was knowledgeable about the products and the different coverage options and patiently answered all of my questions. Tracy also was able to provide quotes from a handful of carriers for comparison.I had been with my prior carrier for almost twenty years, but was never able to get them to pick up a phone. Throw in a considerable savings on both policies, and whats not to like?I highly recommend this agent and the agency.

I really disappointed the way Nate was handling my issues with my insurance Berkshire Hathaway horrible insurance I get a huge increase $ 630 for 2 and half months just because I add copart, and I was told there should be no increase, also they took my down payment renewal one month ahead of time thats why I found out about the increase, because I didnt get a notice saying I will have an increaseIs just 2 months trying to get my money back and not a single call just text messages and excuses a really horrible serviceNate if you knew Berkshire Hathaway is a horrible insurance and charge an arm and leg to add copart, why you didnt say nothing about itI know you guys get commission for everything you sold, but I think you should tell the client before making any changes, Never recommended, Im so angry about it .After 4 months trying to get part of my money back and talking to different people on Soliman insurance,I cant get an explanation why they change my Tow Truck to a different classification ( AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLE ) yes just like that and didnt notify me of increases or change to AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLE, I didnt modified my truck, ridiculous change but somebody did, I only added copart just like any motor club and get charged $630 more just for 2 months plus my monthly paymentI load some pictures of the truck and the changes they make AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLE and Old and new vehicle is the same that is why I dont understand the increase if the truck stay the sameGood luck people looking for insurance beware of these guys and Berkshire Hathaway

Where to start. I will have to say after being a customer for years I’m not happy with this insurance company I truly feel they are very unethical and would never refer someone to do business. They have my address and marital status all messed up. And then I guess back in December my agent upped my deductible from $500 to $1000 without my ok and now I’m stuck with a $1000 deductible. I will be reporting this company for bad ethics.

Tracy OKeefe did an outstanding job obtaining a new Homeowners policy for us and also finding E&O insurance for my business.Dealing with the homeowner insurance took effort and persistence. We had been with our existing insurer for about 20 years with only one storm related claim. Last year an HVAC company, didnt service the unit properly, which resulted in a large water damage claim. The insurer agreed it wasnt our fault and is pursuing the contractor for reimbursement. However, they wanted to increase our premium by over 33% at renewal. Tracy tried to get them to not surcharge us, but when they persisted, she found another A+ company to replace them for a significantly lower premium. If it hadnt been for her hard work, we would have had a problem.I was so pleased with this that I sent her the current E&O policy for my LLC and said see if you can do better She didnt just look for a lower premium, but went through the basics of my work. When she and the underwriters determined that my business had changed its focus and scope slightly, they were able to offer modifications to the policy - at a much better rate.I would recommend her to anyone.

I called to cancel my policy. It was 11 am, and the recording said I reached them after normal business hours. The recording offered me a series of options such as to change a policy, press 2. When I pressed 2 it said it was not a valid option. Why offer me the choice, if it isnt a valid option? It said I could leave a message, but at the end of the recording, there is no opportunity to do so. It just hangs up on you.
