Five days driving my car without insurance without knowing that Anna Afrikyan canceled my insurance policy without my permission, even tho I pay for full month. I was notified by mail 5 days after the cancellation. Not a reliable person to work with, offensive and rude manner of talking with customer. I will not advise to deal with this office if you dont want to have additional made up problems in your life.One star is even too much for this office...

Im very disappointed in the service they gave me.First of all I had to wait for one of the agent Anna Afrikyan to discuss the problem I had for over an hour, which was a waist of time because she didnt even explain or helped me with that. I had to pay extra money for over two month which wasnt discussed before. Also for some reason the comment I left before was deleted for whatever reason but Im so mad at them that I am writing this again for other people to stay away from them not to be treated the same way. The stuff is very unprofessional and rude. After I changed the agent who is working in Burbank location Nari Abramyan, we finnaly could solve the problems that Anna Afrikyan made and wasnt willing to correct over two month.
