Avoid this office at all costs. When I did not remit a payment, my coverage should have lapsed and my policy should have been cancelled right? No, they keep billing me and then sent my account to collections for $75. To add insult to injury the office continues to solicit my future business, the nerve!

RUN!!! They cant get ANYTHING done right. They frustrated the dealership and me with their mistakes and song & dance routines- then they ask me for MORE money to fix their mistake! Do everything you can to AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!
