I was in desperate need to find insurance for my parents home, and Christine immediately picked up the phone when I called. The situation for this case was tricky, and, unfortunately, State Farm was not able to insure it, but she was so nice, kind, and professional through the process, which was a bummer as she represents the kind of agent that I would want to handle my insurance needs; hopefully, that will be the case at some point in the future.
