Always a breeze. 5 min wait after check-in (depending on the time) in and out. Registered my vehicle, got my new plates and stickers. Was able to hit the road as soon as I left.

Friendly staff, plenty of free parking and wait times are very reasonable especially compared to DMV.

Varand (DMV Supervisor) and Angela (AAA Insurance Agent) are some OUTSTANDING people! Every single time I go into this particular location, their attitudes are always on point, always smiling at clients, always going above and beyond any opportunity they are given and more! They both ABSOLUTELY deserve a raise.

Still the best and easiest place to get an International Drivers Permit or purchase travel insurance.

I needed my stickers and to post my fees .I also needed to renew my membership fees plus I also pay for my sons membership. It gives me peace of mind knowing that no matter what happens while driving AAA is there to assist. A very good place for any of your tripple AAA visit needs. Its got a very nice parking lot with plenty of spaces, fast & friendly staff & easy to come in & get out. You can do tripple AAA payments & DMV registration payments, which gets you your tags right when u pay, instead of waiting for it by mail!

I have been a customer for over 12 years and because I moved to a different address, not 20 miles from my previous, my insurance increased over $700 a year. Being that I drive even less these day, not sure how this is possible. The customer service was impeccable as usual but I will have to shop around now.

Theres good reason why it feels as if your fathers fathers grandfather was a member of Triple A -- the venerated outfit has been backing American drivers since 1902! Theres another good reason too -- AAA does what they do with complete keen and kindness! How else to stick around for well over a century? Twice I went to the Glendale branch and both times was treated with utmost courtesy and efficiency. Same when I first phoned in to join the club. Snap! And I was a smiling member! My one regret is I only have Alissas name, because Id like to personally Thank all three Triple A aces!

Great resource for all drivers and recreational/power sports vehicles. From maps to travel advice they offer a valuable service at a good price. Just be weary of purchasing batteries from them. Their warranty is none transferable and quality is questionable. Service level also varies from contractor to contractor. Inconsistent service agents are annoyingly reluctant to sell you the actual correct batteries. Youre better off getting the jump or battery test and finding a better and more reliable brand. Just dont hesitate in preventative maintenance and awareness that car batteries under normal usage may only last four to five years.

The service was great but there was this one guy yelling he hates them and that he was there for cancellation of insurance he was so loud saying mean things and it was a little scary cause there was no security but the staff was nice

Shorter wait times than dmv, all staff members at this site where very nice and courteous. Very informative and they offer so many services, for travel, road side assistance, car insurance and even life insurance. Overall a great experience...unlike the dmv lol.

AAA service is City of Glendale was smooth, easy, and nice. My reason to go was DMV registration renewal. The had a line of 5 persons waiting outside but the line was quick and I was inside within 5 minutes. The customer service person made transaction real easy. I was in and out with 7-10 minutes.

The AAA is open but expect lines, no materr the services. They are supermask secure and follow all the state requirements for occupancy. Loads of handicap parking right in front and full wheel chair access.

Sometimes I think businesses go to far in inconveniencing customers in the name of social distancing. But then to have us wait in lines outside the building and close the use of the restrooms is going a bit too far.I could understand maybe one at a time but to close them all together. People especially elderly have need to use the restroom and to not provide them is cruel and unusual punishment for a natural biological function. Shame on you AAA for being so insensitive during this crisis .

When it’s time to review they promise many things! But they can’t even renew a car Registration! In this critical time I tried to avoid DMV but I got this answer “Only cash If not we can’t help you! And he closed the door !!! I’ll think twice when I need to renew my contract!

A necessity if you have older vehicles or vehicles that dont have roadside assistance built into the warranty. I recently used their DMV Services and that alone was value enough to justify my AAA Plus membership, in my opinion.

The employees seemed overwhelmed and could use more help.

Most horrible experience in my life with any tow service. My daughter had to wait 3 hours on freeway and had some guy try to kidnap her. She called them 6 times they kept saying 20 min.

This location is a mixed bag. Last year I put my car on parking insurance for months. The agent who helped me do this neglected to inform me that if I didnt send an affidavit form to the DMV, my registration would be suspended. Of course it happened and then I came back to the US and had some annoying issues. Yesterday, I had multiple tasks to complete at this branch. I needed to get an international drivers permit and then put my car on parking insurance again. The first part was easy and the rep told me that she put me on the waiting list for an insurance specialist. But as I diligently waited for an hour to speak to an insurance rep, I became curious how much longer I would be waiting and another receptionist told me that I wasnt even on the list. So I basically waited for an hour--for nothing...on a Saturday with things to do. I hate to show distrust in people and assume that they are incompetent in their jobs but make sure you ask..and ask again..and again if someone is helping you. I was left out in the cold twice and Im not happy about it. One more time and Ill just take my business somewhere else..and this is coming from someone who has been a AAA member (and current premium member) for over a decade.

Well I dont understand why I had to pay two times for my kids road side cards I paid once and cause my son moved out of California they said Id have to pay and have him spin over to a AAA in Ollahoma so where did my first $80.00 go? I did get a check for $ 30.00 back I just want to know where the first $80.00 went?

Such an old school place! 1,000,000 times better than the going to the DMV. Needed international driving license took 20 minutes, from application to photo, to issuing the license book). Would have camped at the DMV for the same thing lol
