If I could give them a zero I would . Long story short The lady at the counter was so busy telling me how SHE COULD NOT HELP ME . I am a customer with money do your job . If her boss sees this its the lady at the counter with short curly hair . She was clocked in today 7 /18/17 @ 3:30pm. Anyways I took a business card and reached out to the company for a quote that way . If I do not take a policy out with AALL she is the reason . Also I will be reaching out to your insurance companies you work with and let them know that you all treat future customers horrible .

Horrible service, the lady working 5:20 pm 09/06/2018 didnt even greet us and took almost an hour with her Spanish speaking male customer, as she rolled her eyes in a cold manner as if she did not look forward to helping me at all. I would advise another insurance company. After this premium is up I am going back to my old insurance agent. Cant stand the typically rude acting, permiscuiously loose, prejudice, and hateful females that work at these insurance branches, especially on the west side. Thats for sure. I dont understand how people can get away with this type of treatment and service as a whole.

I was there waiting to pay my insurance and there was 2 agents helping one customer and they didnt even bother to say anything to me at least we will be with you in a bit or something no! They just stand there doing nothing !some of us dont have the time to wait and you guys should pay more attention and care to your customers!!!!!!
