I really wish they would answer its always busy and Ive been down there a few times to get insurance on my car and theyre either closed or taking a break I suggest if they want more business they should at least be open more often or at least answer the phone

Called for a car insurance quote. They asked me for my social security number, demanded I explain how I am self employed, and misspelled my name 4 times over the phone. Incompetent and shady. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me what is the reason. I said I was unsatisfied with the customer service. They refused to speak with me.Im here to warn people. I wouldnt trust them.

Charles is definitely your go to guy for Auto Insurance, some of these other companies are a joke compared to these guys. Pricing, customer service, cant be matched elsewhere. The insurance company i was partnered with had a billing issue and once I told Charles and his guys what happened they went straight to work to help me get my money back, Thank you Charles and Acceptance Auto!
