I had Allstate for a couple years, but when I moved to another agency, they would not honor my new start date. They did not refund me, and if you try to work with them, they ignore you and tell you that you are not approved to get your money back. I DO NOT recommend getting or working with this group. Not professional, not helpful, and they will send you to collections instead of working with you, very disappointed!

I had an issue that occurred but I can tell you AllState located in Sands Chevrolet in Phoenix/Glendale, Arizona reviewed my concern and addressed the matter. I continue to be happy with my service. Thank you

This was the agency that AllState assigned me when I first bought my policy online. I have never been able to get ahold of anyone to discuss the coverage. I left voicemails and sent emails with absolutely no responses, trying to get ahold of anyone that could help me properly cancel insurance on a car I recently sold to a relative. I had two cars in my policy but only wanted to take the one I sold off. I had to pay an extra fee with no explanation on why they were charging the fee. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. I got more out of the live chat feature employees on the AllState app than this agency.

I have been trying to reach them for months! Have left messages and sent e-mails but no response.

I’ve been with the for the entire 6 months and had lots of issues with my account I couldn’t fix because they never answer the phone and also added discounts on my account that I wasn’t aware off that are now expiring if I don’t take action but I’m not able to reactivate these discounts, do not let them rip you off.

I truly appreciate Sands Insurance Agency. The staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Because of the way this company has worked with me, I have recommended Sands Insurance Agency to my friends.

Allstate is the worst insurance company! Dont get scammed with their qoutes. I was their customer for almost 5 years and recently added a car to my account and their quote was $300 less than what actually was billed to me! Way off! They even promised me a discount I never got and now I have to settle with their awful customer service from the agency level all the way to the customer relations/corporate office!!! Cant wait until my policy expires, Id change right now but Ive wasted too much time securing auto insurance.

The insurance is not bad, the agency service is. I couldnt even get someone to let them know I was not renewing my policy.

The customer service representative at all-state answered all my questions and concerns about auto insurance. Since this was my first brand new car I had a lot of questions about the auto insurance, I would need to protect my loved ones and me also financially!!

Nichole Perez, is the agent to see if you so happen to come to this location. She is awesome and always willing to find a discount to save you a couple bucks she has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about anything you might need.

I highly recommend them ibwas sceptical at first but the young lady that helped me took the time to reach prices and I was shocked to see that I could actually afford cheaper insurance even after adding a 19 year old yes I said 19 other places were charging me outrages prices thank you so much

Very disappointed, started having issues afte about 2 year of having them so went to cancel my policy and after they said they canceled it and sent me a return check they ended Iying saying I didn’t ask to cancel even tho I had prof it was cancelled by an email and I still haven’t gotten my $800 money rerun from paying it in full and can’t ever talk to a manager
