The guys at Leslies are the most helpful. They go out of their way to provide great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Leslies associates have always very helpful. Excellent advice from what I need to teaching me how to care for our pool. If you’re new to pool ownership, I highly recommend you go to Leslies for advice and supplies.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Will - the Manager- was very rude and degrading. I asked him if he was having a bad day, we all have them, and he said hes been working the last 8 days straight because he cant get anyone to work there. I asked what he was looking for he just said a warm body because he can teach anyone anything. But he was nasty and very put off by my being there. I visited again thinking maybe it was a bad day and he was even worse. He didnt want to help me, didnt have any record of the $300 we spent the week before (so no points or reorder info) and said curtly, sorry, I just dont have that information I guess you can go home and see what you bought. Will NOT go back there again. All my business is now with Pool Chem off Williams Drive and the guys there are amazing. One star because I had to give something. Will needs to find another job.

Just stopped by for some D.E. Better price than Wal Mart, and he loaded it into my car for me!

Went in to this location with my pump motor to fix. Was quick to tell me my motor was bad and I needed a replacement. I tryed to tell Will he had wired the motor wrong. He blew me off like I was an idiot. And took my motor to pool chems plus turns out it was only a silinoid a 30 dollar fix. And Will wanted to sale me a 500 dollar motor. Or even a 1300 dollar pump. I will not be coming back here.

They charge double the price listed on their website. Rude and ignorant. They said they will price match their own website... SMH.

Very helpful staff

There is a big difference between being helpful and condescending. Will, who works at this location, doesnt seem to know the difference. Customers do not want to be treated like morons by some self indulgent idiot.

Joshua has been very helpful for this first-time pool owner, helping me choose the right tester kit and chemistry to keep things balanced and healthy. Leslies doesnt offer much remedial info so look for general pool maintenance info online or in a book.

1 star since you have to give one. Yes Will is a jerk and has 0 sense of customer service. If you hate what you do then why do it?
