I was actively talked out of working with them from their own sales rep. I was told I didnt have access, they probably couldnt do a pool for less than $100k, and they couldnt meet until 2 months out. Next time just say youre booked up, but dont make potential customers feel like theyre not good enough to work with you. Especially without meeting in person or looking at the site.

John Pack Pools recently completed a beautiful remodel of our 1980s rectangle shaped pool. As with any constructions retro-fit, there were challenges, but John and his team stayed on task and delivered a fantastic result! Our pool is updated and modern and looks as though it was original to our home. Whether new construction or remodel, we would highly recommend John Pack Pools.

This is a great place. It is a custom pool business. They also rent out the facility to The Storehouse Ministry. The founder holds weekly meetings to empower Gods people. Very kind and loving environment.

The entire team at Pack Pools is top-notch. From the initial design concepts to the continual tweaks to finishing touches, our entire experience was amazing. Though our pool has been finished for a year, we still get periodic calls making sure all is well. When we have had questions or concerns, our needs have been met in a timely and professional manner.My favorite part of the process was actually signing on the dotted line. Well, sort of! It was my husbands birthday, and when John learned that, he offered a wonderful, heart-felt blessing right there on the spot. Talk about a sign that you picked the right company!
