I had Russell and his team come by the house and replace my heat pump today. After the February Texas freeze it took well into September to get the replacement heat pump from the vendor. Nevertheless, Russell would reach out to me once a month let me know the status of what was happening. Prior to the expected date provided by the vendor, pool-chem/he reached out to me to tell me they had found another retailer with an advance unit.They purchased it unseen and scheduled an appt to install that same week. .He and his team came out and took great care to install the heat pump and reconfigure my existing plumbing to make is more efficient and organized. They even had time to resolve another unrelated issue that ended up being a warranty part. I was impressed with the abilities of his team and their attention to detail. I for one, have a new pool-service provider. I can rest easy knowing I have a support pro that I can trust to call, and that, is a unique thing in the pool service industry.The above and beyond displayed over the last year has not gone unnoticed. A friend recommended pool chem to me. I have older pool equipment and it was just too difficult and time consuming to take care of.The Pool Chem folks are just awesome. Pool Chem Plus stepped in and took over when our pool builders failed to complete the final tasks of our build. The heater was installed incorrectly, the chlorinator was installed backwards, our pump wasn’t powerful enough to use our cleaning system and our water feature at the same time. CPP identified the problems and has either fixed them or will be soon. They’re quick to respond, always on time, and super easy to work with.

Ive owned a pool for 30 years and thought I had experienced just about every repair with the pump and filter system. Then one day water started pouring out of the bottom of the diffuser.I sent them a video and they diagnosed the problem as a shaft seal. They quoted me the repair cost on the phone. I was very impressed. They were able to do the repair promptly.

Pool pump took a long time to prime and then would continuously blow bubbles out the inputs to the pool. It was an obvious air leak but darned if I could find it. Called Pool Chem Plus and their crew quickly found the issue(s) and replaced the needed o-rings. Pool was up and running perfectly again in a couple of hours. Have used Pool Chem Plus multiple times and have always been happy with their proficiency.

Today, Ryan did a great job cleaning our DE filter and replacing a cracked manifold in it. We also had a leak in the filter pump and he replaced all the seals. I have been maintaining the pool for 8 years, requiring at least 30/day.Having Pool Checm regular maintenance has freed up half that time at an affordable cost, by a friendly and knowledgeable tech that quietly comes once a week to test and apply the necessary chemicals.

Most knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. When we called them for a problem we were having, they took additional time to show us how to better maintain the pump and chlorine generator. We also had to replace a part still under warranty (that was purchased through another company), and the process was easy and speedy.
