Taking business elsewhere today after a horrible and terrible experience.I’ve spent hundred of dollars here and tip extremely well.I’ve never had an experience quite like the one here and and appalled how unapologetic he was.Jack was EXTREMELY RUDE - cocky, unapologetic and made a scene. FYI you are rough, arrogant and not good at 💅 nails. I’m a licensed cosmetologist of 11 years and asked specifically for a WHITE BASE COAT under glitter to cover previous French manicure (which of course - is noticeable look at pics) lazy Jack only did one coat of powder not even covering all of the nails-in fact didn’t even look like I had a fill. If you are gonna charge an arm and a leg at least have the craftsmanship like some of your fellow employees to back it up. You should also learn how to conduct yourself working in this industry and being in customer service. Having an attitude instead being apologetic will never work out for you or your business in the future.Definitely plan to relay my experience since I still ended up paying with no follow up- and I know you have my info since you pulled up my loyalty card at checkout.Completely unprofessional and quality of work would be compared a child (they could probably at least color a shape completely 🙄)

Such a great experience!! I’ve only had my nails done maybe once before this years ago so I was nervous, but I am OBSESSED! The last photo was the photo I showed for reference and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I was so impressed! The inside of the salon is beautiful and well kept. Will definitely be going back!!

Only amazing experiences here from me!! I was told to come in any time and show pictures and they could do whatever I asked for. Everyone I have had do my nails has been sweet and polite. Beautiful work and nice people.

Came in for a manicure, my mail tech was Wendy, she was super sweet. Took her time, and made sure I was well taken care of!

They did a great job on my pedicure…. But my nails are so thick and it makes me look like a werewolf. I will need to go somewhere else to get them removed and redone. Not worth the price at all, very disappointing given the salon was nice and clean.

I had gone to another nail said in the area that had botched my nails. I came to beverly nails salon to get them removed and a new set of acrylics they did an amazing job (I believe the person who did my nails was Bau) very nice staff. The selection of colors for gels, sns, and acrylic powders were amazing so many to chose from!

Loved this salon! Very clean, upscale, and the staff was very welcoming. John did my nails, and he was very attentive, he took his time, and always a plus in my book. They also have a point system for discounts once youve spent so much in services. Im new to the area, and its always hard to find a good nail salon. Without a doubt, this is my new spot!!

Tried this place out because my original salon was closed. The girl who did my nails was rushing and didn’t seem to care. I got dip and she left my nails looking a mess and I had to ask her to clean them up and fix them so they looked presentable. She didn’t seem to care. Everyone around me got offered water or a drink and I got offered nothing. I was super nice and made an app and still was treated poorly. I even asked her nicely to clean up my nails for me. It is very nice inside but poor service. It seems some of the workers do care and some dont. I won’t be going back.

I have been going to Sophia for a long time. She is amazing. And does a first class professional job. Every time. And I love Jack too! They are both super great people and I’m happy they take such good care of me. Once you’ve been to this beautiful salon, with wonderful owners, you won’t go any where else.

First time here. I left moderately pleased. I always give a place two times before I can really say, unless it was That Bad. Pricier than I have been used to but we shall see if it is worth it.

My first time here and even though they were busy their kindness and service was FANTASTIC! The quality of customer service went above and BEYOND my expectations. I will not be returning to my previous salon, this is the place for me!

There are many options for these services in the area, and I wont be back to this specific location. Staff was pushy, seemed rushed and kept looking at the clock, and constant chatter between staff. Toward the end of the service, instead of waiting for me to leave to do so, staff bumped my shoulder to indicate to move my arm so she could raise the handrest. If you dont mind pushiness and the feeling of being rushed, you shouldnt have any issues here; but for me, this experience should be comforting and relaxing.

I did dip with tips with Bao. He did a great job.

Beverly is my new go to nail place! The people are very friendly and do a great job. The salon is very nice with lots of chairs with a variety of drink choices! They even have a VIP room where you and 3 of your closest friends can get your nails done together. Great experience every time i go here. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Every one there was extremely nice and professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The woman that did my nails was Sophia and she was the sweetest person. She did an amazing job with my manicure and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Their prices are very fair and she even broke down the pricing for me, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I highly recommend this salon. This for sure is my new “salon home”

Lam is the best. Its the second time for me and can not tell you how much Lam takes care of me. Im super ticklish and she works around it. My wife has been there many times and turned me on to them. You rock Lam!!!

I had a fabulous experience at Beverly Nails. They have a wide selection of colors (I did SNS nails). Annie took her time on my nails and I was very happy with the outcome. Additionally, the inside of Beverly Nails in beautiful!!

This is my usually place and got a full set mani done and a pedi. The pedi was great but the man that did my nails was extremely rough and caused physical pain. I usually love going here but toSpend almost $200 for someone to not really care about the quality of their service idk if I’ll be returning.

We were passing through Georgetown and I need to have a refill and pedicure. I chose Be erlys after reading reviews. Itus the .out Fabulous nail salon I have ever been to.Beverly is the owner and she is amazing. She listened to my needs with my nails being filled and the correct color for a French manicure. She explained to Tiffany her nails technician and Tiffany took the time and was very concerned that I was happy. My nails look amazing!! Tiffany also did my pedicure and it was wonderful...Highly recommend Beverlys and if you can have Tiffany provide your services.So sad I will be leaving and will not be able to keep them as my permanent go to nail salon 😩Thanks

This was my first nail salon visit in Texas, and I have been going there since January. The service has changed and so has the quality. I got a powder dip on my nails (on a Wednesday), and within 24 hours the nails (3) began to chip, on both hands. I am sure they would tell me to come back to get it fixed. But I do not have time to visit the salon, again, to get a fix on what should have been done correctly the first time. This is a waste of my time.The first time this happened (yes, it happened before with an other nail person) I let it go. They tend to rotate the nail persons, all of which are not good and I am not sure all are licensed. To make matters worse, they lost my points (they offer points per dollar) and, I had to start all over again.

I love Beverly Nails! John is one of the best experiences at this location. He is kind, patient, and pays attention to detail. He is always punctual and delightful. You can even book a VIP section for intimate relaxation while being pampered. The wine and professionalism are just icing on the cake.

The people are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend coming here.

Went in for a simple refill on acrylic nails and my appointment time was not honored...I had to wait almost 40 minutes. I felt the nail expert was rushed because they were so busy, she didnt take the time to also give me the manicure I had requested. I also feel the amount I paid (40 + tip) was way to much for the simple refill I got. Luckily I dont live in the area so I will not be going back!

With an appointment I have waited 20-25 mins each time. I keep saying square shape on my toes and yet my toes are round. My toe nails have not been cut evenly every time except once. I can never get the one person that actually did a decent job. Upsale is the game here! The classic pedi is their lowest priced pedicure which is more expensive than any other place. They try to upsell by refusing to scrub your feet with a pumice stone and trying to upsell you on the callus remover. In 20 years I’ve never needed a callus remover at any other salon I’ve gone to anywhere in the entire country.The pedi is really a polish change unless you pay for the extras.

Went for Dip nails and a pedicure. Jack did my nails and toes. when doing my Dip nails, he was very rushed, cut me 4 times and did not make my nails thinner- even after I asked him to twice he refused. The cuts I got turned into an infection. The pedicure was better but he seemed rushed during that as well.Two stars for the cleanliness and the color options. I will not be going back from my experience though.

I absolutely love this place. After being disappointed for the third time with Organic Nail spa in Wolf Ranch I looked for a recommended nail salon. The reviews were raving. This place exceeded my expectations! Staff is so attentive and friendly. They are clean and best of all they do not rush and make you feel like they are just trying to get to the next client. On TV they had really cool fashion runway shows on and the music was fabulous!My nails look really good and I really liked the girl who did them. This is just what Georgetown needed. A high quality nail salon. They were so far and above any other place I’ve tried here in town and I’ve been to almost all of them over the years.They offered a back massage while getting my pedicure. Very thorough and professional.Just a wonderful experience.

I went here with my mother. In the beginning they were great but then they got a little busy and messed up some nails. Sometimes she went to get something and came back 5 minutes later with just a bowl of water.

Three of us went last Saturday. All got pedicures. My husband wanted mani as well, but she never offered after he requested. My daughter in law literally had to beg for a menu after sitting there for 10 min and then they just chose for her even after asking. She did not get what she wanted. Then there was my experience. I got the new girl who I believe has never worked in a salon before. She had no clue how to trim nails and at one point forgot where she was (toe wise) and had to be reminded to finish my foot. She did not speak or understand English and relied on gal next to her to translate and instruct. She tried to copy the lead gal but got so far behind she just began to wing it - at my expense. The foot soak powder was not added until about 15 min into soaking, then she wrapped foot in exfoliant prior to trim, had to remove to finish nails. The other people in my party were completed but I was still in early stages of my torture session. Instead of one of them replacing her they just let her go it alone. She then brought me room temp soaking wet towels and scalding wax to experience. After avoiding a good foot burn she graciously scratched the sin out of me with lava rocks over a sugar scrub. I wanted to cry, but grabbed rock and called over a translator. After showing her how to remove an the scrub she continued. She then but the oil on and attempted to cover with now scalding towels. My right foot took a hit before I was able to get help from a translator. I removed the towel myself and showed her how to shake out a little heat prior to injuring me. At no point did mgt ever ask how it was going nor was there any reduction in price for my 2+ hour pedicure of pain. We will never ever go back! Worse experience ever!

The manager (i think she was the manager) did a great job on my nails. I got a french tip gel set.My problems though.They got swamped fast, which you would think was great. But I did not receive everything for the services I bought. There is a massage suppose to be received for a manicure, which didnt happen.And the lady who did my pedicure knicked the side of my foot with what looked like a cheese grater.Over all. I had 3 different people end up doing my mani and pedi, who dont speak much english to you. And I felt like a number. It was not a relaxing experience. 😔

The amazing atmosphere and aesthetic added to the experience. Very clean as well. They all fallow the social distancing and masks if you’re at all worried about that.
